Brush creek is very clean and organized. No getting stuck between the aisles from things being strowed everywhere. They even keep the tote carts at the end where you can still get through them. Customer service is really great. We love it.

Nice location , clean , staffs are nice and welcoming. Products are priced reasonable. I suggest store manager to keep the trash can outside of store or board for not to throw trash at the smoke area which is near to entrance. Otherwise products selection are great at this store. Definitely recommend if you come across the area.

They have 4 self checkouts and only one has been working for months. So whenever someone messes up their order then ALL the self checkouts are down. Somebody gotta fix this bruh

Updated review March 15th, 2024 I'm about to move from Watertown, and all this time I've been here, I can tell you that Tina and her employees at the Dollar General have been so good to me! The store is clean, the store is organized, and the employees treat me like family. Thank you, guys ❤️Very friendly employees and I shop there every day

So the store has a digital coupon if you buy 10.00 or more you get 2.00off. Coupon dd not work. Cashier was very friendly and also very helpful. Please work on the digital coupon.

Such amazing people, every single one of them! The store is always clean and organized and everyone works their butts off in there. Tina is an friendly, down to earth manager that goes above and beyond to help you!You guys are the best!! You all deserve a big fat raise and a paid vacation, lol !!

This store is so well organized !! Shelves neat and orderly with a great presentation of seasonal items!!! I would like to thank the manager Tina & staff for her help during my visit on Friday . I accidentally locked my keys in my car & without haste she had made calls to local friends at the Watertown Water Dept to come over and assist me with opening my locked car ! Thank you for the shopping experience in your organized & neatly kept store - and huge thank you for your generosity in helping me with resources to fix locked car problems 🙃.

They have 4 self checkout lanes, but I have seen all of them open. At the moment, only 1 is functioning. Would be great if they would make the effort to have them all working.

This is One of my favorite Dollar stores because of how big it is and the much bigger variety you have than most dg stores but some of the employes are rude and talk about one another badly in front of the customer's and the employees even talk bad about each other to other employees its like a bunch of high school drama queens🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️If the manager Tina was gone whom causes alot of it then employees would act better..I would give 5 stars instead of 3 but customers want to shop happy and not hear negativity while doing so. I will change my review as soon as the manager and employees start acting and treating customers better!

They have one lady in there who is absolutely hateful. I've said good morning to her 3 times and she won't even acknowledge that . She's tells you what you owe. Not your change, have a nice day, thank you,nothing. If I see her at the register I turn around and go elsewhere

While driving in a storm I realized we were out of milk. I didn't really want to get it there because I had never bought it there before. Stopped anyway due to the weather. Inside was good lighting and clean. Lots of things to brouze and check things out. Good prices on most everything. Got my milk and noticed they carry meat and other fridge foods. Chectout very slow. When I got home I poured a glass of milk to take my medication I was surprised how good it tastes. Guess now I will try other things at DG.

Rudest man I have ever dealt with, named Monty!!!!! I will never go back there when he works! I bought a visa card for $21.95 and asked several times if they work. I was told they do and I could bring it back so when the card was invalid upon trying to register it, I brought it back going out of my way 30 minutes to get here, Monty wouldn't even call the visa number nor would he do anything about it!!!! He said you'll have to call the Visa number and deal with it yourself! I used to own a business and would NEVER SAY THAT TO A CUSTOMER YOUR SUPPOSED TO HELP!!

Probably the best store in Watertown. Larger than an average dollar general and everyone I've interacted with there has been friendly and helpful. They also have a self-checkout lane which isn't open right now, but once it is that will be super convienent.
