Have to give a star in order to review, If I could it would be a negative 5 stars. I have ordered twice from this company, never received products, called and talked to one lady, emailed her as well, no help, ?? blocked my email/phone. I reported to BBB and they lied to BBB saying they had "repaid my credit card" they never did. Use extreme caution when ordering from this company as you may never get your product. I lost about $400.

I ordered some calls from this company and they changed the status of availability after order. All they could provide during the time was the "runaround"... Horrible customer service. When looking on their site they still show the calls as being available on a future date...Make sure and read their terms of services, or better yet go elsewhere. Really glad my bank backs me or I'd have been out of a hundred plus dollars here.

Awful customer service. My husband ordered a box call back in March. A week later told it was “out of stock”, which is fine, but was still charged. Have attempted to call and email only either 1- to be ignored or 2- to be given the run around. I was hoping to leave a FB review as well, but no option. It is now mid May and have yet to receive a refund or even an email/return call about this issue. Definitely would not recommend.

#ClinchMtnOutfitters. It's been 2 months. Boots were ordered. Not received. Paid for. You took the money.Can't get a hold of any of them, they will not answer the phone. It's been 2 months. I asked for a refund. It's been 2 weeks (reply on occasion by email, ya know whenever is convenient for them). No one will answer the phone (12 calls, just today) was told they are busy with " customers" or "on the phone" Was told I'd receive a call back today in some "stern but made my point" messages.. Was told to "they suggest" I leave a message...12 later (again, just TODAY not counting the two months worth)NO call back. Anyone know anything I can do? I believe they have stolen my money. I am being avoided. Anyone looking to order off them, I highly suggest if you value your money and your hobby you DO NOT. They are a piss poor excuse for a company and evidently fb theifs. I would be VERY careful. I have messages to prove how arrogant they are. Not worth losing massive money over. I assure you.😠👎

DO NOT RECOMMEND Clinch Mtn Outfitters!!! I purchased 3 items from them and received an email that they were out of stock- I called numerous times for my CC to get refunded and they keep saying they will get to it- Never happened- this has been over 3 months- I have numerous messages sent as well- look up on google and the BBB and be sure to do business elsewhere! Once posting to their social media- they deleted the posts as well as any sort of communication- DO NOT DO BUSINESS

Took 20 days to get my order, customer service is absolutely horrible, I’ve called their business phone number that was listed on their website over 100 times left messages never got a call back, sent several emails and got answers from their customer service she was very rude she will not return the item they sent me which is wrong and missing parts. The company lied to me on multiple times about my shipment they said they had it in stock when they actually did not and had to drop ship it from the placeIf I was you I would steer clear from this business I can’t believe they’ve been in business for 10 years absolutely horrible experience all the way around

I've waited and waited for my coon hunting stuff to arrive but here I am 2 weeks later waiting. I've called every day during business hours but not 1 time did they answer. Never ordering from them again.

We had ordered a pair of frog legs and a month later we still have no shipping label nothing created all it said was your order is being processed had called them over and over Facebook message them and everything horrible customer service still haven't received the product finally got to cancel the order after a month of trying to get a hold of them and now it says we have to wait 30 days for $186 back ...... definitely don't recommend doing business
