First time taking a deer to Potts. I was very impressed by the friendly service and price. Got my deer meat in exactly 1 week and was met with fast service and super friendly staff that helped me load everything in my truck. I've always used another processor and always questioned the amount of meat , here there was no doubt that they processed the entire deer. I highly recommend this place. Looking forward to being a regular customer. Thanks Potts.

Very good quality meat. I also took a deer there last year to be processed. Some of my order was wrong on the summer sausage. They made things right immediately and were very friendly about it. Finally!! Good country folk running a business the right way. I'll be back every month if possible.

Our favorite place to get meats! Excellent quality and supports local farmers. My family loves stuffed burgers, cheddar jalapeno brats and the Italian sausage. And don't miss out on the jellies! They are excellent as well.

Great place to take your deer. Have always been friendly. There price is on average about 20 dollars more for processing. I feel like I should of got more meat out of the deer I dropped off a couple of times. Over they are friendly and do a great job.

Pott’s is a special place. Their services and products are exceptional, but their people are what earn the 5 stars. I’ve been a customer for nearly 15 years and have NEVER had a bad experience.Recent products including the New Years box and other local meats have been great quality and have added even more value.

Would not trust them, I waited 6 months for a butcher date only to be told that I was waitlisted and there is nothing they could do.Potts Meats did in fact call me back only after I left a negative review. They then began to belittle me that I did not know what I was talking about, and that I was always on the “wait list” I have been raising my own beef for 25 years, I know the difference. Never once did I get an apology or solution, they simply wanted me to take down this review. Potts did come highly recommended, so I thought I would try them; after interacting with the owner, his wife and mother-in-law, I can honestly say I will never be going here and suggest you think twice before going.

Memorial Day weekend was the first weekend we tried to do all of our grocery shopping local so we went to Potts for what would of been our butcher meat section of the grocery store.Was it a little more? Maybe. Was it worth it? Absolutely. The quality and taste of the meat was superb and the staff was extremely helpful. My fear going in was that there would not be a wide enough product selection. That was not a problem at all. They have plenty of verities of meats and cuts. Besides all that. I believe it makes more sense to give my neighbor $2.00 then giving a dollar to Walmart.

I’ve gotten several deer done here and picked strawberries at the farm and they always seemed to do a good job; however, the people that run the meat processing are rude and unhelpful. I have had several bad experiences regarding customer service, especially when asking questions about their process. Not the atmosphere that I expect out of a family operation. It’s sad to see how bad customer service at farms can give such a hateful taste when looking at the industry as a whole. I will no longer be a customer due to the uncalled for negative attitude of their workers.

Unless you have absolutely no place else to take your deer go to potts otherwise avoid it with all costs, people are very rude and YOU will NOT get all your meat back , they do not test for CWD but will charge you a disposable fee regardless, they quote you one price then when you pick up your meant they tell you another price also they only let your deer hand a day or less before cutting it upAnd your meat will not be fully frozen when you pick up I dont recommend using potts meats at all
