Wow! Marlene in the service department is by far the best service advisor I've ever dealt with. Been to Ford dealerships all over the country and she blew them out of the water. She went above and beyond in every aspect of the repairs we needed. Great communication throughout the process. Bent over backwards to make everything easy and work within our schedule to get the SUV back by the end of the day so we wouldn't need a rental car. This is my new Ford Dealer in TN from now on!

I called Brandy Nyberg and told her what I wanted and expected in financing and her and the finance manager Toby made the trade and transaction the best and less stress free trade I have ever made! I made the appointment for a oil change dropped the truck off the night before and my wife went to pick it up at 4:00 the next evening and nothing was done my truck was still setting in the same place. The lady at the desk said she looked and there was no key in the drop box and my wife said she watched me drop it in and finally she went and looked again and behold there it was. They got my oil changed in about 45 minutes to where it usually takes 2 hours. Very unacceptable in my book and I will not be returning. I was trying to spend my money in the town I live in but I guess I will take my business elsewhere. This was my very last dealings with showtime fords service department

Fast, efficient, quality service. Had a “Check Engine Light “ on a F450 Super Duty Diesel. System was analyzed, bad module and sensor, parts obtained and installed. Talked with their excellent and professional diesel mechanic. Listened to my symptoms, really cared about me. Being a new customer to Showtime Ford I felt welcome the moment I entered from the Service Advisor, Sales Associates, Office Manager and staff. They will have my loyalty and support from now on.

I took my 2010 Ford fusion in over some recalls bc my brakes wasnt working and they fixed the recalls and got my brakes working free of charge. I recommend to use Morgan co Ford ! They did a great job. Thank u guys

Nathan at Showtime Ford is the first person I will call to purchase my next Ford. Bought a BEAUTIFUL 2021 F-150 from him this weekend. Negotiated a price (painlessly) over the phone due to a long drive and wanting to make sure we were on the same page before I made the trip. I was given a fair price right out of the gate, treated very well upon arrival and everything was as described-no surprises! He even helped me get financing when my bank couldn’t make it happen on a Saturday.Thank you, Nathan and thank you Showtime Ford-passed 1/2 dozen Ford dealers on my way and will make this drive again next time.

I purchased a vehicle from them this past Saturday. When I initially spoke with and agreed on a purchase price the Thursday before, there was some miscommunication between them and I. When they realized what happened, they immediately tried and got a compromise for us that I could work with. They were very helpful, informational, and the biggest for me is that they were down to Earth. I live over an hour away, and here in a couple years when I will be purchasing another vehicle. I will gladly pass the 2 Ford dealerships on the way to do business with the folks at Showtime Ford.

unfortunately i helped my father buy a truck from showtime ford right after new years. hes been dealing with health problems for a little while. anyhow he was wanting a truck to be able to travel to and from doctor visits. sadly he passed away 1/21/24. was never able to use the truck. come to find out its got a host of problems. while most are small. from missing seat bolts to the cab flooding when it rains. guess what i'm trying to say is be careful when dealing with the people here. i"ll add photes soon.

All the employees at Ole Ben Franklin Ford were amazing. Salesman Nathan went above and beyond for us. It took me nearly a year to decide the exact vehicle I wanted. He looked for many different models for me and pulled all the carfax on the used ones so I could see the history. We decided last minute to go look and test drive an Escape with no appointment, sales associate Dana stepped in to help since Nathan was with another customer. She was very polite and knowledgeable. Michael, the finance manager spend a very long time finding the financing I wanted and showing me the many options I had. He pulled up a website showing me the difference in gas mileage/fuel costs per year for my truck I was trading in verses my Escape I was buying. He explained the extended warranty plan and the reasons I needed to get it. I ended up buying a new 2019 Escape and I am very glad I did. I was very pleased with the service and will buy from them again in the future. Don't just assume because they are a small town dealer that is associated with another lot with a similar name that they are not a good dealership, they were great!

Showtime Ford helped me with no other Ford dealership would. I was camping with horses and my young son. My steering dampener went out on my Ford truck. Showtime called in a service technician on a Saturday and fixed my truck for free. It has been the best experience I've ever had with a dealership. I didn't even buy this truck from them and they treated me wonderfully. Highly recommend!

Went in for service on my 2015 F-150 that had blower Motor issues and issues with reverse light. Marlene in service had parts ordered quickly and fixed in two days. My biggest reward was they didn’t install new blower motor as it turned out to be a ground issue under the hood. I was charged for new one the very next morning service called me to state they made a mistake and charged me for the motor and issued a refund. Very grateful for that and could easily let it go but they didn’t. If your looking for a good place to take your car or truck give SHOWTIME FORD a chance and you’ll be happy. I would give more stars but 5 is the limit.

The only positive thing I have to say about this dealerships mechanical side is that they can fit my '94 F-350 crew cab on a lift to give it an alignment.However, their mechanics don't take pride it their work (centering the steering wheel, making sure their fixes mean the vehicle comes out in better shape than when you left it with them, and prioritizing your vehicle getting back to you in a timely manner, etc). When I get calls that the vehicle is ready for pickup and they made sure to drive it to see it was functioning perfectly, I should not have to waste time and money to come up there, pay them, drive it for less than 5 minutes before turning right around and having to leave the vehicle with them until they do the job right.

Couldn’t be happier with my experience with showtime ford and my sales person and GM Bruce Babb. This is my 3rd vehicle purchase from showtime ford and it was just as great of experience as the first. I choose to drive almost a hour to Showtime ford to purchase and service my vehicles for a reason. Bruce and his whole staff are very friendly and welcoming and strive to do whatever it takes to make you happy…Bruce was outstanding keeping me informed every step of the way from the order process until i signed on the dotted line. I couldn’t recommend showtime and Bruce more to anyone looking for a new or used car. Bruce makes you feel that your just not a number or another sell but your the most important person there and they truly value your business. In the days where customer service seems to be lacking at most places I can say that this is not the case here they truly will do whatever they can to make the whole ordering/buying experience as great as it possibly can be .

Recently purchased a Ford Edge for 23,000 from them. 3 days after had to return because rotors were bad. They told us we could transfer our special plate, but they instead purchased a new one and told us we could exchange it after the new one came in which was a lie. Also never sent us the plate when it came in we had to go get it from them after our temporary plate expired. Now our transmission is switching rough betweet 1st and second gear. Very disappointed with the service we received and the dishonest employees! I do not recommend them and will not be sending any family or friends to them.

Did a pre qualification got approved. Checked availability online only got price emailed back so I drove 1 1/2 hours to look at the truck and it was in the shop how surprising so I left they called me finally after I left Melissa made it out to be my fault. Read her email replyThe truck wasn't in the shop for any reason other than we noticed a leak ( a drip on the pavement when we moved cars/trucks Saturday) and we pulled it around to the shop for them to see what it was. I wish you had spoken to the manager while you were there. Just upon a pre approval on the Cap One site, that is exactly what that is. A pre approval, that is only based on what information you input, to get a final approval much more information has to be input. I appreciate your time, but it is always good to call and speak to someone before making a drive as it could have had a pending deal etc. You took it upon yourself to make the drive, which I appreciate that very much, but someone would have called you back.I would highly recommend going elsewhere for a vehicle

Very disappointed in service. After dealing here for many years my new EcoSport has a major safety issue. Dash display disappeared no lights blinkers windshield wipers etc. Wife has to drive from oak ridge to lancing with emergency blinkers. Car is under warranty and has service contract which covers rental. Car is not safe to drive in this condition. After calling service department could not see vehicle until next week. After asking if I could bring in earlier and get a loaner I was advised I could leave it but would need to get my own ride. I asked again to get a loaner or rental and was told no. After asking again service manager advised he would not attempt to get me a vehicle to drive. Shame is when I called a dealership I have never used before within a half hour they have me setup with a rental and appointment due to this is a safety issue. Showtime has lost my business even for simple oil changes I will drive further and avoid ever spending another dime there. If could give minus stars I would.

After about a year of contemplating replacing my first car (that I bought used at Sexton Ford), I decided to take the leap and go talk to a sales rep to figure out my options. I didn't plan on making the purchase for about another 2 weeks, and they pulled all the right strings and I drove off the lot today in a brand new car with a monthly payment I was more than happy with!! Nathan and Brian went above and beyond my expectations to make sure I was happy and secure with my purchase before I walked out the door!! Plus, the added maintenance perks y'all added was a pleasant and appreciated surprise that I didn't bargain for. I love my KIA Sorento that I bought at Ole Ben Franklin. Our car buying experience was the best we have ever had. Everyone we dealt with there was extremely helpful. They brought our vehicle from another site on the same day we requested. They were very low pressure and pleasant to work with during the entire process. The manager, Bruce, and our salesman even washed our vehicle before we left the lot in it. We are very appreciative of Brian, the finance manager, for helping us in securing financing for our vehicle. I have driven my KIA for a month now, and it has exceeded my expectations!
