Friendly staff and there is always someone in the aisles ready to help me locate whatever I need everytime I go there. I don't always find what I need as I tend to get into major home repairs and this is a small town store, but they help when they can.

Had an issue with a power tool. Made one phone call, Potters Ace staff jumped on it with the manufacturer and set up a replacement in a day (it wasn't a normally stocked item). The folks there are great, and now have a loyal customer. Good job.

DO NOT RENT EQUIPMENT FROM HERE!!!!!! Use caution if you rent ANYTHING here. The staff either is unable or unwilling to articulate ALL the hidden fees. I told them what the competitors price was and they were $50 higher, however, I wanted to try to stay more local. Wrong move on my part. The "$230" rental for a skidsteer with ONLY forks....NO BUCKET!!! ended up being $353 on my card...I did get back a $75 deposit, but that is $95 more than the competition. It's not the dollar amount.... It is the principal!!!! I will never shop here again, and I am about to build a house and shop as is my buddy, so huge loss of business for Potter's!!!!!! Lee Truan should have better business partners to rent his equipment out for him. Due to these folks he will not be receiving anymore of my business either!!!! Further, I put 1.5 hours on the skidsteer maximum!! Guess this is what I get for attempting to go with a family owned local business.....Sunbelt rentals from here on out gentlemen!!!

3 people behind the counter when I walked in . Not 1 person spoke a word . When I came to the counter to check out . I was just told the total and to sign here. I told them to all have a good day and still no response. Very poor customer service! I will not be back here.

I only go there because we don't have a Lowes in wartburg. I don't feel like driving 30 miles to Harriman or Oakridge for small stuff. I hate Oakridge especially. Its turning into another huge tourist attraction. You basically have to find stuff on your own. It's expected. Wartburg is a tiny town. I've never been helped I've always had to find stuff on my own. Zombie apocalypse I know where everything is now by memorizing the isles and products! Lol.
