I took my 10 month old bernedoodle, Lucy, in for suspected Lyme Disease symptoms. She was nervous and shy but the friendly staff was calming and settled her. Tests were done quickly with reassuring voices and Lucy was comfortable. By the time we were ready to leave, Lucy was wagging her tail and calmer in this place. I appreciated the care the staff gave her and the wellness they provided to get my Lucy healthy again. This is a wonderful facility for our area pets.

They became me vet when I moved to Morgan county and they are awesome with my rescue dog, that is not a people dog, they scare her and the dr and techs at Morgan county are awesome with her. I also just rescued a husky named lucky and lucky loves the girls there

I have always enjoyed coming here. Everyone has been friendly and so amazing, but after today I have to say otherwise. My husband went in with our dog this morning for shots and a checkup. They treated him as if he was a bum with no money because he got muddy before coming inside due to our dog wanting to run. After his shots our card declined because I didn't move money over and had forgotten to, and for the wrong code( thinking his card not mine). The lady was extremely rude saying it's saying declined for not enough money not wrong code. All I can say is this upsets me that you could treat someone like this because they weren't speedy or had a miscommunication. You could treat someone so low for having a bit of mud on them from your parking lot. Just upsetting.

We had taken out 5 dogs there for vaccines check ups spay and neuter.they come across as very judgemental. The exams were not thorough. They only checked one or two items. My previous vet would check eyes ears nose mouth coat listen to chest stomach check the rectum take a sample clip their nails. Communication is poor especially with costs. They also make you wait way past scheduled time to be seen

These ladies are very helpful. They are usually so busy but that doesn’t stop a tech from taking care of your needs if it doesn’t involve seeing a DR. Competent staff here.

My husband and I have had pets our entire 28 years of marriage. We have lived all across the country. This is the absolute best veterinarians office we have ever visited. The staff and doctors are fantastic!! They are very knowledgeable and take the time to make sure they explain any problems and/or procedures your pet may be experiencing. Their fees and charges are also very reasonable. If I could rate them higher, I would.

This veterinary hospital is wonderful. The staff is very friendly and genuinely care about the animals. I was very happy with my experience here. We came in for vaccinations and a routine annual senior check up. After running some blood-work Dr. James noticed some elevated kidney enzymes and took time to go over what that meant and what our options were for treatment/maintenance. Upon checking out I was very please with the prices for our visit, I think they were very reasonable. Additionally, I picked up some treats later in the week for dogs with kidney disease. They required veterinary approval before they could ship. They were approved by the office very quickly and I was able to get the before I initially expected. I will definitely be bring the rest of my furry family here and will highly recommend it to others.

I had originally rated 5 stars, but after visiting with my pets several times since Dec 2020, I would like to update. I was going to rate 2 stars overall, but I am giving an extra star for the way the "vet technicians" responded when I had to put one of my pets down. They were very kind, caring, and we appreciated their compassion. I didn't mind paying a bit more than I was used to for all services and meds because I like keeping my money within Morgan County. However, with all that being said I am getting tired of paying full service prices when I don't feel I am getting full service care for my dog. The curbside thing is getting very old. I feel the need to communicate back and forth with the Dr. during an examination, not have them come out and talk to me afterward. A lot of things come up during back and forth conversation, and I feel a lot is missed by continuing to do things curbside. It's fine for a normal appt or a simple vaccination, but not for the last issue I brought my dog in for. I became impatient with this process at my very last appointment and asked for my dogs records so I could take him elsewhere "next time" if the curbside is going to continue into the future. When I asked for that the Dr. Seemed to become offended and came outside and said "I've been doing this for 20 years" and seemed as if she was not going to move forward with the exam on my dog.... Never did I call into question her experience as a Dr., only the fact that I wanted to be inside with my dog and conversate with the dr. "during" the exam due to all the problems he has had over the last 1.5 months since he visited them last. The vet technicians are kind and compassionate. The Dr. seems hard hearted, sorry to say. I want full service if I am going to pay for it. Another thing that rubbed me wrong this last time is I asked if I could pay for the exam and services my dog was getting that day (nearly $400), and then bring him back on pay day for a normal vaccine(DHPP) I was told no I could not do that, if I didn't get him the vaccine that same day she would have to do another exam in a few days which I would have to pay for. They eventually let me come in after all this back and forth, gave me a mask etc, but they literally could have just gave me a mask when I first requested to be present if that is what makes them feel better. I would really like to keep my money within Morgan County, but I have to consider going elsewhere if the curbside continues. If they start doing full service again, and the Dr. starts being as compassionate as some of her vet techs are, I will be happy to update my experience. If they continue to do curbside, I won't be going back.

They did an excellent job cleaning my dog's teeth and pulling two of them. Lulu seems to feels soooo much better! They have been taking care of both our dogs for the past four years. We would not consider taking them any place else.

Our kitten fell out of a very tall tree an broke his left back leg it was $198 without pain meds an costed 213 with meds. They gave him some there an 2 lil syringes to take home, all 3 with the correct amount was just a lil bit in each one, was $15 for the meds. Other than the amount it costed they did great always nice an understanding an they called me a couple days later to see how he was doing. I usually go to this place cause i live in wartburg but its pretty much same price everywhere i call, i would recommend this place to anyone.

Workers are nice. This place costs alot of money. Be prepared to dish out the cash. I spent $800 on my first visit. 1st visit being check up , heartworm tests, and establish a relationship. Flea and tick prevention. I'll be looking for other clinics. I am not looking forward to $800 every time I go. Generic basic services are offered. A neuter is $150 for example. Just saying. If in a pinch yeah, but it's a no for me.
