Just had a great weekend staying at the Happy Yakker Cabins! The cabins are unique, very clean, and beautifully maintained. John and Leighsa are great hosts and made it a great experience. They have built the place from the ground up and have done an amazing job. Twin Falls was beautiful and just up the road. The Happy Yakker is a hidden gem that I recommend! Thank you for having us!

We loved our stay at Happy Yaker Cottages. We stayed in the Canoe Cottage and it was perfect. The cottage was very clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. There were two king sized beds with pillow tops. We met the owners the first night and they gave us a bunch of tips about the area. Each night they would start a fire out in the fire pit and our son would roast marshmallows. We really can't say enough about these rentals...I wish there were places like this every where we visited.

GREAT place to stay! The cottages are so charming, comfortable and immaculate. Beautiful scenery and waterfalls are right down the road. There are also hiking trails nearby as well as unique shops and restaurants in the area. We had a wonderful, relaxing experience and can’t wait for our next trip to Happy Yaker Cottages! The owners were so friendly.

We, Madison County Fire and Rescue, stayed here for a couple days for some training we were doing. Our cottages were beyond any expectations we had...super clean, very nice and comfortable and the owners were the most awesome, friendly and accommodating host/hostess you could ever possibly imagine. Cannot wait to go back and visit!! Highly recommended for anyone headed way!!

My wife and I stayed with the Binkley's for our anniversary weekend and it was wonderful. The owners are amazing people and extremely friendly, making this a very inviting place to stay. The cottages are beautiful inside and out. Much more room than one would think. The rooms were extremely clean and the property is very well kept. We had mentioned that we were in the middle of nowhere when Mr. Binkley pointed out that we were actually in the middle of everywhere! We were 15-20 minutes from many attractions such as parks, the river and downtown McMinnville, where we went for breakfast with that small town homemade vibe. I highly recommend these cottages for any of your vacation getaways. If you enjoy being on the river, hiking some trails or just simply walking down to see some of the most beautiful waterfalls Tennessee has to offer this is the place for you. We will be back asap!!
