Crickett Lane is an excellent place to keep your animals overnight or doggy day care. My little Polly stays there quite a lot for doggie daycare. The staff loves animals, are knowledgeable in every aspect of taking care of animals and each member has a heart of gold.Still using them after a year. Excellent staff !

Cricket Lane is always a 10/10. They take such good care of our girl and always make a point to post videos of group play sessions which helps set our minds at ease. They are also always available to message. I have checked in numerous times because I’m a worrier, and they always reach back out and give updates. They make dropping our baby off such an amazing process. The second we turn down the road she screeches with excitement and flies out of the car ready to go!! We can tell how much she enjoys her time there. They give just as much love and compassion as we would and it truly helps when we have to board her. I can go on about them! We trust them for nail trims and baths too! HIGHLY recommend!

Outstanding kennel! Crickett Lane is our go to kennel for boarding needs. My family used them for years with my childhood dog, and now my family continues to use them with our current dogs. Crickett Lane has always been accommodating and has exceeded our expectation. We never hesitate to leave our dogs and are confident that they will be well taken care of during their stay. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Amazing!!!!!!! We have two large dogs, who have never had to go anywhere like this. One tends to not like people through a fence sometimes so I was worried he wouldn’t behave. My dogs didn’t want to go home! They took such great care of them , kept me informed, and gave them nice bath’s before they headed home. We will definitely be back!

It's rare that a dog owner can find a boarding establishment that completely calms the owner's fear of leaving their pets with strangers. This is it! The folks here are only strangers once, and the caring & love they show for our dogs shines thru.

We brought our two pups in for a 4 night stay as we were going out of town. Even paid the extra $20 per day for "brisk walks" and playtime.When we picked them up, it was very apparent they had been stuck in a cage the entire time. The food bowls I got back were not the new ones I dropped off. They were smelly and dented. The dogs were injured. One was limping and the other acted terrified of everything and everyone. When asked if they had been allowed to play together or with other dogs, all they said was "no". Then charged over $150 each ($300 for 4 nights!) The place stunk and most of the dogs up front looked miserable.My neighbor said they stopped taking their dogs to Crikett also, after many years for the exact same reasons. Everyone I've talked to locally who used to gush about how great Crikett was has stopped taking their dogs there, even though they used to be a great place.I don't know what's happened to Crikett but they've changed drastically over the past few years and we will never be returning. It was an awful experience and they had the gall to charge us for "playtimes" and "walks" that never happened. I get the feeling they don't like certain breeds. But to stick puppies in a cage for 4 straight days with almost no interaction is cruel. Our dogs were very unhappy and acted sick and injured when we picked them up. There are plenty of better options out there besides Crikett.

Picked my brothers dog up after a week, he came back with kennel cough, then tried to say it didn’t happen and they won’t investigate or compensate. My house is clean and nice and he left well, and came back throwing up because of his horrible and dry cough! So a vet bill, thanks cricket! Better hope my dog don’t catch it because of his dog.

We live behind the kennel and the barking is excessive. It is currently 9:30 PM and the dogs are going crazy. It's to a point where we can't relax outside in the mornings or evenings, or any time for that matter without incessant barking. I understand you have a business to run, but please be mindful of your neighbors.

Our pups love going to cricket lane. Best and cleanest boarding facility around. The staff is amazing, they always remember our pups and they love going to boarding here. We recently moved but we are and will still drive an hour to board our dogs here due to the service and staff.

Can't beat this place especially if you have a social dog. They even post videos on facebook from play time outside if you sign up for it. A Nice way to check in on your dogs while on vacation. The last time we dropped our dog off they didn't have our reservation in the books and they were full. We did make one however and they quickly figured out how to make it work anyway. Above and beyond staff and property!

I had previously written a glowing review, but being that my dog developed kennel cough for a second time in a row when I left him there (the two visits were extremely far apart), and they didn't ask me to provide proof of vaccination when I made the reservation, I have to assume that they don't always make others provide proof either. I understand that no vaccination guarantees protection against kennel cough (or any other disease for that matter), but the function of vaccines is to reduce the risk of diseases being passing around. To be fair, they did tell me that there had been a few cases of kennel cough when I made the reservation, so the decision was solely mine, and I take that responsibility. Nonetheless, if you aren't enforcing a proof of vaccination policy on everyone, then you put the dogs' health at risk, and I'm not going to do that again.

They are the only place I trust for boarding away from home. The dogs are well taken care of and clean when they come home. I don't know how they do all that they do but I'm so glad they are here! We drive from Knoxville to board here.

These people absolutely LOVE our fur babies as if they are their own. I recommend them to anyone that wants loving care for there fur babies when they can not be there. They also have different options re: play time. There are extra fees for this, but worth it. I was also updated with Facebook photos and instant messaging. And they posted videos of the dogs playing which helped ease my anxiety.

Fantastic kennel filled with fantastic people. We board there (mostly on longer boarding visits as they are quite a drive away from us, but worth it!) most always, and definitely always when we're traveling for more than a few days. They have excellent rates and benefits as well for longer stays.

We LOVE Crikett Lane Kennels & will never go anywhere else! Even though they are in Walland...It's not too far & worth the extra drive time. Scott & Jennifer are wonderful & I don't ever worry about our dog when he's there. He loves playing in the river & gets lots of outside time when he goes for a stay. They're awesome folks! :)

Great folks own and run this kennel. They are so hard-working and pour their heart and soul into the animals they serve. They truly care and they're never far from the animals--day and night, since they live next door. I highly recommend this kennel for boarding and/or grooming.

This is one of the best kennels in the area. This is a second generation family owned property. This is a locals recommended kennel. They are very strict about the health papers that must be available to prove that your pet has all the required vacinations, etc. You should always call ahead for reservations. Several times we have found them full in our times of need. If your pet stays there they have options for playtime that we always want and pay extra for, but our dog loves it. This is an off the road kennel by about half a mile. The small road access is worth the trip.
