I Can't say enough about my positive experience with the The Parts Store except thank you, thank you, thank you!! They have amazing and friendly customer service, very knowledgeable, super courteous and practical pricing. These guys got my older zero turn mower back on track in a very reasonable time frame (with my particular situation) and gave me piece of mind again. The staff at this local business are so friendly. My battery had died in a nearby parking lot, and I was unable to move it. I called, and spoke with Matthew about purchasing a battery; he brought me a battery AND changed it for me. My car was back to running in no time. Service was top-notch.

I had an oil seal go out on my boat trailer wheel bearing and The Parts Store was able to track down the replacement for me. They really went the extra mile to get me up and running again. An absolute pleasure to work with. Small business that truly values YOUR business. Treats customers with respect and won’t oversell or demean you. They were very understanding of my needs and scheduling issues and found something that worked for our family and had it to us within a day. I will never consider a different business for my lawn mower needs and I am roughly 30 mins away.. and have about 4 mower companies within 10 mins of me. I can’t thank you enough!

I purchased a 50 in Toro Timecutter online at the Toro online store and selected the parts store as my dealer. Let me tell you that these people are excellent. They went above and beyond. My mower arrived off the freight truck and wasn't there more than 2 days before it's now in my driveway on a Saturday. Everybody I talked to on the phone was more than helpful. The owner was super nice and brought it to my house. I cannot thank you all enough and since I love my Toro machines I will not be going anywhere else but The Parts Store for my purchases. I am not paid by this and am not pushing any opinions other than locally owned stores are the best. Again thank you all so much.

This PLACE is AWESOME ! My mom was needing a part for the Bad Boy Zero Turn mower... Wasn't sure what the part was called but could describe it and the location. They were so good to her!!! They were very patient and helpful!! Great place!!

Actually I normally don't venture away from my auto parts store because they know me I can order online with discounts and such. But I decided to save the trip and see if it cost me anything more. Well it cost me nothing to go here but saved a long drive and the young lady that helped me was pretty good too. The only thing that bothered me was she answered the phone and never got to thank me just handed my change back and then the other employee and a customer stared me out the store like I didn't belong so I will probably not go back unless I have no choice. I am a normal person but felt like I had 5 eyeballs and a elephant ear on me the looks I got just don't do places like this very well..

Very nice clean friendly helpful place. I had to leave without the carburetor for my tiller. It would been a hundred dollars to have them order it but they were helpful in suggesting how to fix it

Went here a few months ago for the first time. Been looking for a part for a few days with no luck, even online. They didnt have the part i was looking for. A younger guy helped me, cant remember his name, but this guy called different auto parts trying to find the part for me. He even called a chevy dealership in knoxville, which they had the part and were able to hold it for me.I really appreciate it. Thanks for going above and beyond.

Advance Auto said one of my batteries on my diesel was bad. Stopped at the Parts Store in Vonore Matthew checked it for me found out it was the alternator that drained the battery and even helped me change it before I left. Good honest people!

My rental car overheated when we were at Fort Loudoun State Park, after driving down from New Jersey for the Great American Eclipse. After filling the car with whatever water we could find, we limped down the road and stumbled upon this store, right as it was about to close. Matt, whom I believe to be the owner, came out and saw us. He stayed over 40 minutes past closing to ensure our fluid level were correct, fitting us for a new radiator cap (which had been lost), and washing off the excess fluid which had splattered all over the car. He was a life-saver! I couldn't recommend this place more, and Matt helped make our eclipse experience even more memorable with his friendly attitude and willingness to stay long past normal closing time. Thanks Matt, Auto Plus, and to Tennessee for your hospitality and for providing such a wonderful place to watch the good Lord put on his wonderful show in the sky!
