I have shopped here a few times. They sell plants, fertilizer, bird food, paint, tools, snacks, and more. I've had a great experience every time I visit. Love the bird food here, or I should say my birds love it! I was able to pick up some chalk paint on one of my recent visits too. The atmosphere is that of a mom and pop store. Everyone is helpful, and cheerful. One of the workers stopped what she was doing to ask if I needed help as I was walking by. I did need help finding an item . She didn't just point to the aisle she literally walked me there! I love it. Great little hardware store. I highly recommend it.

One of the best store's you'll ever stop at.They have come along ways with the little store on old Tellurium Street.Went there when I was a child with my DadBut when there Grandson took over he fought. Opportunities to expand and not Change the family's tradition.They have Grocery 's , there own Butcher with the best meat 's and very good prices. and produce. they have everything else your looking for in the hardware. Gardening, Plumbing,Electrical, paint,barn and shedSupplies,Fishing gear, Bait,collection ofKnives,Etc even self service gas and car wash. And this one is in,Vonore,on Highway411.and another on down in Madisonville,Big Gas Station And Hardware store in the back. And food on the other end not to shopTo Order sit-down and eat or Carry out.The very first store does not exist anymore.It still stands but to small of a spaceBut they do have a big hardware down on the New 72 toward Tellico Village.Sloan's go way back and are good kind people. and would help you. Welcome you in like Family.

Had a bad experience and the owner addressed the situation and every single time I’ve been there has been amazing! I appreciate your professionalism!! The deli has Great prices and the food is definitely worthy of trying!

What an amazing surprise of a store. Found this passing through out on a lazy day drive. Does not look as big from the outside but it is huge and has so many things to look at!!!!Definitely check this place out!

I live in cleveland tn and absolutely love too drive up too this place and spend time looking and buying lots of good things and great fresh meat you can't beat sloan's of vonore tn i wish we had one here in cleveland tn. they would get all my money on tools and goody's please keep up the the great work and the employees are very helpful and nice to everyone I have seen so far thank you very much

Well organized. Everything we were looking for was there and easily found. This was the 4th time I have visited this store with the same good results. My trips have always been for home care items but they do carry other things.

I usually wait until a problem is solved before leaving a review, but this instance needs to be documented. My husband and I were needing plumbing supplies due to the recent cold snap. On our 2nd trip to Sloans the cashier charged us for 11 pipes when we only got one. My husband caught it as we got to our jeep. He went in and she gave us a refund for 52.32. He specifically asked how soon the refund would be put back into our account. She said oh no problem, it is instant. Well it indeed showed right away on my banking app. Easy peasy we thought. Well the following morning the transaction had disappeared. The original charge of 127.45 was still there. So i called my bank. They said they had no record of the refund and I should call Sloans. My husband called and talked to Lynn Sloan. He asked how long were we expected to wait for the refund, 5, 10 days.... She had no idea but said it had been taken from their account and was somewhere between their bank and ours. So we said what a bind that was to put people into. She said well they were out the money and the pipe.... wait a minute.... we never got 10 extra pieces of pipe.... but she kept saying that.... they were out the money and the pipe.... That was the most frustrating part! She saying that we had the product and the money! We were about to spend a lot on plumbing there but not now. I understand having to wait for a refund, even though your cashier says it was instant. I understand you saying the money had been taken back out of the store account. But I dont understand being accused of having 10 pipes we never even had in hand. I will drive to Home Depot before spending another dime for plumbing supplies here.Edited to add: no apology takes away the fact that you practically accused us of scamming you. Saying the store is now without the money and without the pipes. We are without that money for the entire weekend and never had the pipes, it surely could have been used for more plumbing supplies from your store. But not now. Thanks for nothing.

Sloans is great. If you need gas or a quick drink they got ya. If you need bait a new fishing pole or ammo... guess what... they got ya. If you need a long swoop 90 pcv fitting or a sani-t to fix you plumbing and don't wanna drive to the big town...they got ya. Seriously just about anything you might need or want. Prices reflect convenience of availability in locations.

I go here every single day, sometimes twice. When you live out here it’s nice to have access to things normally not found in the local gas stations, especially their hardware, nothing is worse than running to Maryville in the middle of a project. Sporting good section is great and they have quality goods. I get all my lures and live bait from there. Clean bathrooms and the staff is very friendly and very helpful. Never had a bad experience in the 3 years we’ve been here in Vonore.

Great little family owned store. They have most everything I need. Gas, Ice, hardware, fishing supplies, propane, Etc.. and now they have expanded their hardware department to include a whole lot more stuff.They also have a cafe inside that serves good hot food made to order. My only complaint is that they have only one (1) Men's and one(1) women's bathroom and they are always full when I'm there and need to go. This place gets busy and the bathrooms are always full. Please add more bathroom space!

This is a grate store Evan if you like here or pass by the flowers,food,fresh produce,trees,mulch,sporting goods they have it all!! I remember going here with my grandfather as a child to go fishing.

This place is a rarity in today's society. It is at once a convenience store/gas station, grocery store and hardware store. There is not much you could not find here. Staff is very helpful and courteous. For as many items as there carry it is stuffed yet tidy. Very much makes me think of an old fashioned general store where old meets new and they exist quite nicely together. Definitely worth a visit if you happen through the area.

We bought a bunch of really heavy Would it was for a deck we were building and it was just me and my dad they're buying it and 3 guys king out of the store and help us load every single bit of that word we didn't even have to touch it they did a great job I wish I knew their names but I don't I just know they work at the lows over by hunters Crossing. And we definitely was not bored while we were waiting for it to get loaded because the guys were turning up and having fun so it may be time go by faster By just laughing and talking with them!!! I definitely think all 3 new A raise On the in no thank you lows for having everything we needed in one spot we didn't have to go the 10 different places to get what we need to build our dead so 5 stars for you awesome job thanks

I have lived in this area for a couple of years, and haven't visited this place until today. My first impression is that it is promising for somebody looking for a bait shop. I went in to browse, and was actually very impressed with their selection. I thought I had a found a place to spend a lot of my money, and well... I COULD spend a lot of money here, but not in the way I'd want to. The fishing gear in this store is wildly over priced. I don't mean "country store convenience" over priced. I mean "this store apparently thinks it's the only bait shop within 100 miles" over priced.I did like the selection, but I am not willing to spend double the money for something readily available anywhere.

Absolutely love this place. They are remodeling but don't let that stop you from shopping there. Awesome selection of zoom plastic bait's. All kinds of fishing equipment as well. Definitely be back.

Great neighborhood store that has it all. Groceries in front, hardware in the middle and lunch counter in the back. Great burgers. Ask for Wanda. Sadly the grocery part of this store is closing and converting to sporting goods. I suppose for all the boating and fishing activity in the area.

If you love to fish in the Vonore, TN area, you have to visit Sloans hardware store for all of your fishing equipment. They have everything you need. It is amazing. I have to fix a few things at my parents and sisters houses every month, and I can always count on Sloans to have what I need to get the jobs done. Always willing to support a family owned business. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Love yall 💓.

Amazing fresh meat and produce. Also has a bass pro shop! Gas station on one side with a convience store. I buy hardware here as well. They are decent priced and the staff is real friendly and happy to help.

I was very disappointed that they got rid of the groceries at Sloans, it’s still a great store but now all it has is hardware and the gas station with a side restaurant. I understand there have been enough people wanting the groceries back that they are looking to do that. All in all it’s a wonderful place

They are a-bit pricey on some things, you'll have that!But I absolutley love the FACT, that when I need a machined or specialized threaded bolt, theyll have just what I need and I dont have to buy A box of 12, to get 1? Like ALL THE AUTO PARTS STORES MAKE YOU DO!Speaking of that, they wont clip ya $10 for 3' of fuel line EITHER!Theyve got over-head and bills to pay too!Do if i pay a dollar more ONCE in awhile for items, what the hell!I save more in the end!Besides that, theyre kind & curtious, makes you wanna come back!

Every time I have been into Sloans someone has been eager to help me. A good hometown hardware store! I love that about this place. They usually always have some sort of beautiful hand made furniture if your looking for a unique piece.

I have always loved Sloane and the folks working there. Today I stopped and the blond behind the front counter up top gave me the wrong smokes and put them in a bag and I didn't notice till I got back to Maryville. She was Rude too!
