Finding workers to help is a laugh. Finding carts is a laugh as well. Had shoulder surgery and went in food service door and no buggies. None inside as well, had to use carrying basket. By the time I found 4 items and got to self service register my shoulder ached and workers are standing around jabbering/complaining about being watched. Well if they would work!! Told them they needed to hire me so I can bring in carts and they said there are some at other door and I told them they need to move some to other door then cause that was where I came in at. I am 70y/o, had surgery and have to check out by myself? Prices are higher? Going to find somewhere else to shop asap

Stay away from this store! In fact stay away from Walmart in general, as well as Union City Tn! The whole town is corrupt, especially the cops and the court system! Anyway, these monopolizing carpetbaggers (Walmart) had me banned for paying for a homeless person’s food. Wasn’t my fault the person stole something. I just meet the person and was trying to do something good. Then, months later, they thought that I was in the store, so they called the courthouse and had me arrested. I wasn’t anywhere near that dirt hole place. I was stuck two towns over with a messed up car, but just because someone looked like me in there facial recognition system, I get arrested! PEOPLE, WAKE TF UP! This is wrong and no store should have this kind of power that they can make a phone call and have people arrested a month after the alleged trespassing.

I like this location. Currently doing minor construction on parking lot. They had all my essentials. Fresh foods. Returns are quick and painless here. Great customer service. Needs more cart returns in parking lot.

The ppl that work there are rude. We do their job by scanning our own groceries and things and they wanna watch you like your gonna streal something. I don't like being watched like that. Half of the time, you can't get any help at a department. They're not running the register, cause we do it so why can't they work the floor.?

Anywhere I go in the store, from the bakery, to Grocery's to electronics to clothing, to lay a way, to Sporting G to pets section which is awesome, and hardware to lawn center, to pharmac y to getting your oil changed or the tire center. The staff is in tune with that store and they know what they are doing and if not they will get your answers. They were dedicated employees during COVID when everything was crumbling down around here, but you can depend on them! Please give these employees a raise bc they deserve it without question. When Scotty was away, they remained professional at every level and I applaud them all at the Martin Store, and their family's that support them. Sincerely Derek Hawks

Half the parking lot is closed for repaving! They picked the busiest time of the year to do this. They have completely revamped the store so it's impossible to find anything! I suggest driving to Fulton, Ky or Martin, Tn. Disaster!!

I just dislike Walmart. I'd rather shop off Amazon and ruler foods the other grocery store is lake Kroger. You can use your fuel points or use your Kroger card to get your fuel points and Amazon has a lot better deals. For instance, a no-seaters Cinema, let's just say 42 and that is for 1 mop head when you can get online and order the same thing for just a couple more dollars if you want the four extra mop heads. If you buy the extra my pads at Walmart they're $10 a piece. They are washable but Walmart only basically has maybe one cashier if you're lucky just not a Walmart fan, especially since their prices in skyrock

Clean, not well stocked. Last several times I've shopped here I always leave with items not available. So tired of this store not be stocked properly. The only saving grace is most of the employees are friendly and helpful.Update Nov 19. Well, more self checkout and now the employees are not so friendly. You get a rare nice person like today Kain was a very nice young man at one of the few banned stations. This store is never stocked fully. If you wanting to try to eat healthy the choices are few and get between here. They have stopped sticking Canada dry ginger ale. I strongly dislike coming here but there is nowhere else to go.

Over priced and no check out people. Scan your own groceries, bag your own, then have a clerk at the door asking for your receipt. I wish there were more independent groceries stores around.

Had to wait for them to find someone to help with loading my purchase but the young man that did come was very polite and helpful. Also the employees need some training. I was walking in the store and two employees pushed in front of me with an empty cart. Courtesy should be a priorty

I'm not sure if it is just a cultural thing but I remember when Walmart employees were required to be friendly. Not the case here. Fortunately, there is a Walmart in Fulton, Ky about 10 miles from here and one in Martin, TN with a little better staffing. If you have to shop here, it could be worse. The 'greeters' and the enormous woman who works the self checkout are doubtless some of the rudest people I've met in or out of a Walmart. The store itself is okay, if you have no other option.

Poor customer service. Employee working there doesn’t like my wife because he got fired from their previous employer for stealing! My wife and I scanned all of our items while dude set there staring at us like a stalker then we proceed to leave and get stopped at the door and get accused of stealing a bag of sugar. Then a manager comes over to check receipt and tell us that she couldn’t find the sugar. Proceeds to tell us that we are going to have to pay for it again. Then she finds the sugar on the receipt. I want a logical explanation as to why we got profiled as thieves because some employee doesn’t like my wife!! This all happened after we spent over $400 at the store. Won’t be shopping there anymore!!

Rolltainers sitting all over the store but not many people stocking ( not surprising with companies cutting hours). But with that, lots of empty shelves. Products being condensed down and lots of things are super-sized, mega sized, family sized. But with that also means higher prices. I'll be shopping elsewhere where I'm not forced to buy extra that I don't need and can purchase the items in size and variety that I want. Also produce can be very iffy at best.

There are huge banners, written in Spanish saying what I do not know. So obviously English speaking native born speakers are no longer wanted, just illegal aliens spending American worker tax dollars. So this and the lousy attitudes of many but not all employees has convinced me not to spend my money there.

So I use yall over the fulton walmart even though it's only 7 mins away and yall are a 20 minute drive. Today alot of yalls refrigerants were down so you had them covered with signs saying to ask for assistance if you need something from them. So I go over to where I see 5 workers to ask and I see 2 workers behind the clear paper and they were handing out items to customers. I ask one of the workers if they could get cheese for me and the woman said no they aren't allowed to get items out or go behind. Now why would you say that when you know I just saw you doing it for others and why is there a sign saying ask for assistance if you want something IF YOU CANT GET ANYTHING. Put a sign up saying yall aren't allowed to go behind there and you are very sorry. I work in the restaraunt industry and understand situations happen like coolers going down but never would I do something for one guest in front of another and tell the other I can t do it for them. That's messed up.

This is a large Walmart. They have everything any other Walmart has. The store is not laid out like other Walmart locations making it more difficult to find your things. The floors look uneven and could easily cause someone with depth perception issues. The shelves are really cheap looking and do not appear to be strong enough for the items on some of them.
