Used to be a really nice place to shop. I saw a safe I wanted on the Tractor Supply website and when I came into the store to buy it I was told that the manager was not going to sell it to me because he wanted it.[EDIT: I called the number in the owner response, and was told that someone would call me back within "24 to 48 hours". As of two weeks later, no one has followed up. It seems that Tractor Supply doesn't seem to care how their employees treat customers.]

Always seem to have the type of items I am looking for. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. It always nice to experience that great Southern hospitality. They are very easy to find and have plenty of parking. I gave it 4 stars just because they sometimes seem a little pricey.

The manager is completely incompetent and lazy recently bought the most expensive bird feeder at the local tractor supply first day the wire on it breaks I take it back into tractor supply to get another and the manager Travis refuses to return it due to the return policy no where in the return policy is this reason listed I will never go to tractor supply again I spend over 100 dollars every week on dog and chicken feedThank you to the wonderful customer service lady in Brentwood Tennessee that helped us immediatelyPs find new management tsc y’all are dropping the ball

This was the second time when I have been to the pet dept that Noah, a very nice young employee, has offered to help me and did sell me a box of food that my dog really likes...your brand. I told the checker, Junior, about how helpful Noah was. Junior agreed that Noah was nice. Junior was very helpful and cheerful, too. Both of these employees should receive recognition for a job well-done. Thanks.

I wish I could remember the employees name but I don't. However, she was extremely helpful with what I was looking for was product that kill weeds in my pond but doesn't hurt my fish. I caught her as she was leaving for break, and helped me with what I was needing..and actually read directions, warnings, and making sure it would not but my fish. Many thanks go out to her and her over the top customer service she gave me.

We bought a new lawn mower and we paid an excellent price for it. This went smoothly. We were in & out in @ 30 minutes. The sales team & the manager were very helpful.A++

My visit today was to get a larger size of Canine Cuisine for my furry child. He was extra excited because he got to ride along. We picked up the food and then went to find an airtight container with wheels that would hold 25-lbs. A kind, tall customer fetched it off the top shelf for me. Buying the larger bag is going to be a great savings, even taking into account the cost of the storage container.In addition, I found three of Tractor Supply's "Blue Mountain" brand of tee tops in bright summer colors. They are nice and long - so many brands only reach to "high hip." And because I am a "Neighbors Club" member, I had an emailed discount coupon.It was a great day to shop at the Union City TN Tractor Supply. Very helpful staff as well as customers, clean store,and easy to navigate aisles.

If you want work boots in women's sizes, go elsewhere because this sad excuse for a farming and country living store doesn't have a single one. I'm sure there are other nice things there, but that's the only one thing that I wanted, and they didn't have it. The inside of the store looked clean at least.

They have coal! For all your forging needs. It's anthracite, so it's not the best for forging but it will do. Very helpful staff!

Went in to buy horse feed. There was a guy at the counter talking to another customer & watched me pick up 3 50lb bags & never offered to help. It wouldn't have taken 2 minutes but instead would rather talk! I was so mad that I put back the other items I was gonna buy!
