Took my dog in for a bath this morning. They also trimmed her nails, cleaned her ears, and brushed her teeth. She feels soft and smells so fresh and clean. Great job Nikki.Thanks so much.

The adoption process is ridiculous and misleading. No one could give me a straight answer on what the process consisted of, and I spoke to at least 3 different people. Adoption is $65 cash only? Why? And to top it off, you yourself will have to pay to neuter/spay the animal, too. What the hell is the $65 for? No wonder so many poor animals stay there for months on end. To top it all off, everything the sell is way overpriced. I can usually buy online anything they have have in store for a 1/3 of the price, or get 3 times as much for the same price. Rural King has good name brand food at better prices. Carrol County Humane Society has a 10x better adoption process. The animals here need good homes, too, but be certain you understand the process or it'll be a pain.

Had the worst experience ever there. Paid for a full groom on my dog go to pick him up and the cut was horrible long in spots bald in spots looked like he got cut with a rusty pair of scissors. I was given nothing but attitude when I asked them to fix it. Biggest waste of 60 dollars ever! I will be finding a different groomer. Wouldn't ever trust tgem with my dog again!

This is our second time using them for grooming our dog and they have done a great job both times. He is a very hard dog to groom because he has very bad axienty but they seem not to have a big problem with him .

If you love your pet, STAY AWAY. I walked in and I could hear someone yelling aggressively at the adoption dogs in the back as they were grooming them. Finally an employee yelled to the person in the back "hey there's a customer here! " the lady finally came up to me and I asked her for a nail grooming. The first claw that she clipped, my dog started bleeding profusely from. Then the lady was not helpful at all. She was condescending towards me and made it seem like if it was my fault. These people are rude and don't have any love nor compassion towards animals. The girl that would groom my dog (which was great by the way) is no longer there so the people there now are HORRIBLE. If you love your pet, make the drive and please go somewhere else.

As I walked around the inside of the store, with my 50 lbs dog. (Who doesn't like to stay quite) There was no employee in sight. We kept walking around for about 10 minutes. No one came to help us. So I will take my business elsewhere. I would give this place ZERO stars but I had to give them at least one or it wouldn't let me post this.

Im begging anyone who has room in their home and heart to please rescue a kitten from this Petsense in Union City, TN. I went in there the other day and my heart sank. I saw so many kittens that need love. some of them have been there for 3-4 months. Obviously this business is wonderful to help them find a home but they need your help. The fee is $50. I think its a little expensive but if you are genuinely going to make one of these kittens your new family member then email me...I will pay $20 of it so your fee will be $30. They really need our help. Everyone is turning their back on these kittens...Please help you can be everything to one of these cats and save them...they will love you forever ;)

I was greeted as soon as I walked in by store personnel. I found the item i wished to purchase. The manager unlocked the case, and answered my questions regarding the item. I was pleased with the experience.

Misrepresentation,on their website it stated that they have LIVE FRESH WATER FISH. We drove 45 minutes 1way walked the entire store. AND NO LIVE FISH ,except for 3 Betta ...
