Hands down this is the cleanest, most organized Goodwill I have ever been to. The staff was super nice and they were all working. You can tell they take pride in their store! All the dishes were even wrapped together so they don’t break! I’ve been to several Goodwills across the United States and I will make the 2 hour trip to return. Great job to everyone!

I love this store.I buy picture frames that would ordinarily cost much more if purchased new elsewhere.The various items in the store are all tagged with different colors. Each day, they offer up a 50% discount on one of the featured colors. It's a great incentive that keeps me coming back.I don't always find something to buy when I go to the store, but I enjoy the hunt of browsing the merchandise.

All clothing stuff is way too expensive, I like electronics that's good, but clothing is too much, everything is donated but higher than Walmart or ollies, and they don't put the 99 cents deal no more that was a very nice thing, I understand about the inflation in the country but man you sell donated stuff, about clothing is better for going to Walmart cheaper and brand new

My little girl (2 year old) stepped up on the toy shelf to reach a baby doll. The metal shelf ledge that she stepped on was not secured down so it fell off the shelf onto the floor causing her to get scratched all down her ribs and stomach area by another higher up shelf ledge. So I nicely let a worker know that it wasn't secured the way it need be. I soon am met with two employees whom I did not ask to speak to. The man was abusive. He was not worried about another child getting hurt.His only interest was to make sure I knew children shouldn't step up on the unsecured shelf. The man wasn't even going to zip tie the ledge up ,he said it was good the way it was. The other employee who I believe is the manager had to mention to him that it wasn't secured. My girl was fine but I didn't want it to happen to another child and In the end me doing the right thing made for a hard time. Please do better next time.....

We love it. Everything is one set price, so there's no fussing over what's what there. It's clean and organized. It doesn't have a terrific selection of plus size women's clothes, but has fabulous girls and men's things. Staff is always very friendly and willing to help you any way they can.

Overly stocked Goodwill but good prices. I love that they have a different half priced color item everyday but it seems like I always miss the colored day I want lol but it's ok, I love going there and looking at the glassware because I collect teacups and tea sets. Pretty darn clean and tidy. Great employees, they are very friendly and ready to help you.

Well stocked, clean, organized friendly staff.Bathrooms were very well maintained and clean. Huge variety and great prices especially the first Saturday of every month sale.Something for everyone at affordable prices.Union City TN store is probably one of the best I have shopped at.Can't wait to go shopping there today.Happy blessed 4th of July American and all of her fine citizens.

Definitely one of the better Goodwill stores. A very large store with ample square footage. They could easily increase their inventory by 50% and there would still be excess space. I like how the men’s pants were organized by waist size. More thrift stores should follow their lead. When I pass through Union City I’ll be sure to stop again.

This is the best goodwill I’ve ever been to and it is now the only one that I go to. It has the best variety and so organized and clean. Has very trendy, cute clothes as well as shoes, home decor, pants. It never disappoints! The clothes here look brand new.

I try not leave negative reviews but its hard not to. A lady refused to sell me a item today. It was a desk file seperater. She told me I could not get it until it was placed on the shelf. She got down to just the item I was wanting and went and refilled her stock cart. She avoided me and avoided putting it out she would grin like it was funny. I waited 20 minutes with her avoiding putting it out and walking in circles placing nothing else off her cart onto the shelves. Very unprofessional. If she wanted it she could have just said its not for sale. It would have been poilte.

Never know what u will find here,it is kind of like a flea market in a way and sometimes brand new name brand items are available,good staff and always a warm welcome when I go there.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. But prices are going up till you almost can buy cheaper in other stores . Also the .99 deals should come back. They are extremely helpful to those of us on fixed incomes.

On Sunday i took a truck load of stuff to Goodwill in Union City. I had some furniture clothes and some nice stuff. I packed my clothes in big plastic totes. So the guy threw my new tote in his cart. I said I need my tote back. He turns around and was hateful and said well thanks for letting me know. Very rude. I said sorry, wanted to let you know cause i had 3 large totes.He says sure lady sure. I can find somewhere else to donate the rest of my stuff.

I love shopping here! There is no shame in my savings game! I buy name brands,gently used or with the tags on for a fraction of the original cost. I have also found books:new,used,and first editions. Many household and craft items as well as things that I repurpose I also find at my favorite "boutique". Yes,I have shopped around the world, but now that I am down to earth I realize I don't always have to spend a fortune to feel great about me.

If you need to use the bathroom there, you really need your own toilet tissue. Theirs is a half of a half layer thick!!!

This is the absolute best Goodwill store I've ever shopped--kind of a cross between an outlet mall store and a J C Penney's. Clean, well-organized, highly-professional store staff, and a surprisingly large selection of clothing for men, women and children. There's a large selection of books, too.The first weekend of each month is half-price on nearly all items. I picked up 3 paperbacks in near-new condition, plus 1 CD, and with my total rounded up to the next dollar as a donation, I spent $3! This Goodwill is well-worth your time and support!

Don’t go here. I went to buy an item and told I wasn’t able to buy because a piece of a ticket was missing. Worst experience at a goodwill I’ve ever had. Took the time to stand by the item to wait on a cart to put it in. Rude employees and rude managers. Very disrespectful.

First time I've made the trip from Jackson to UC for half price Saturday at Goodwill. I thought it was worth the drive. The store was huge and had a great selection of nice merchandise at good prices. I will be back.

I've went to this place for about 9 years now, and it is my favorite place to shop for cute clothes. The people who work there are also very nice, and everything is great prices for great quality. I definitely recommend it!
