Final flight outdoors in Union City Tennessee is a very nice store they have lots of choices of shotgun shells and hunting clothes and numerous other hunting apparel for us and for our hunting dogs I would recommend this store to anybody looking to have a good variety of things to choose from thank you final flight for being there for us

Ordered a duck call on January 4th that came in the mail around the 8th of January that is tuned to sound like a dying crow. Left it sitting on a shelf until I had time to return it. Called today(Jan. 28th) and at first they told me it had been too long to return the call, and then after I told them I have barely had it two weeks, they try to say their policy doesn’t allow me to return a duck call. Never seen this anywhere else and wouldn’t recommend taking the risk of buying anything here. It didn’t help that the girl on the phone had to put me on hold for 5 mins every time I asked her a question. Brutal

Update, apparently they basically don't do returns at all. Be careful buying here.Bought a rifle scope base. Got home and had a defective screw. I tried to take it back for a exchange or refund or anything. They wouldn't give me anything at all. Horrible customer service.

They have a wide selection of any outdoor needs, tons of outdoor clothing, and even Yeti items too. I absolutely love coming here to look at the guns and dream about owning them all lol. They are very informative and if they don't know the answer personally then they go out of their way to find you an answer. With NY next gun purchase I definitely will be coming here because Rural King doesn't know what they're doing.

Final Flight is one of the finest establishments I have ever visited. The girls at the front counter were so helpful and resourceful. The guys at the apparel counter are very knowledgeable and can answer all the questions you might have. There was one particular girl that stood out that I thought deserved a raise. She's AMAZING !!! Everything about this establishment was GREAT !! I would consider this place better than Bass Pro or any outdoor place. Everyone is so humble and they have so much stuff it's overwhelming. Even if you're not a hunting gal like myself they have something for you!!

Took a hat to the register marked 19.99 on the factory tag. When it rang up 24.99 and I called the cashiers attention to it she said it was marked wrong and would not change it! Don’t think Drake Nontypical would be pleased with this… I told her I wanted my money back! If it was marked wrong they should take the loss to please a customer. Glad it was only a hat! Don’t know if I will be back, 😠

Final Flight and Mack’s Prairie Wings go hand and hand when it comes to being awesome waterfowl stores! We stopped at Final Flight on our way to Reelfoot in January 2020. I had never been to this store and I was amazed when I walked in the door. They have literally anything and everything you can think of for waterfowl. I’ll be visiting Final Flight from now on when I’m passing through to go hunting!

Stopped here while running VolState and the customer service was awesome! Outside they provided us with drinks, fans and a place to relax for a little bit. Once going inside I noticed that they have something for everyone no matter who you are.The Yeti selection was one of the largest that I had ever seen and they had clothing for all seasons and outdoors sports.If you are looking for something I would stop here before going anywhere else. Chances are they will have it or be able to order it for you!

Bought a gun here. The staff were amazing. Employee that helped me was knowledgable and friendly. Wide variety of guns, ammo, and sporting equipment. Definitely coming back in the future!

They act nice selling you a gun but dont tell you they don't have ammunition for the gun until after the purchase. No warning as to the scarcity to get the ammunition anywhere. Couldn't trade to a different caliber with easier time to get that ammo. I will never recommend this place to anyone

This is based strictly on the the help at the cash registers.Those little girls need to be fired. They’re stuck up and rude always have been.I live 40 miles away from final flight and wanted to call to check stock on one of the Sitka pieces. Called girl picked up and I asked simply did they carry the piece I was looking for and she no more than turned around and didn’t ask or even try. She clearly sat the phone down I could hear her cutting up in the background and laughing then picks the phone back up and said no we don’t carry that piece.I didn’t have anything to do so I travel to another outdoor store in Atwood and then make the loop to final flight.Then BAM! There’s the piece I wondered if they carried and in the size needed.Kelly needs to get some decent help up front other than the snotty college girls that have an attitude and are stuck up and did I say rude worse than any store I’ve even been in!

Great stuff inside the store but poor costumer service and we felt like they looked at us like we where some thieves due to us having tons of ink. Definitely not our MO at all!!! Felt very uncomfortable there and we where even made to feel that way as well. Horribly sad in my opinion because we are amazing entrepreneurs

Bought a motorized decoy. The box was open before purchase. When we remote receiver inside the decoy was pulled away from the base that it was attached to as if it had been sold and returned. Then sold to us. When we called about returning it. They said they wouldn't do anything about it. No more business of mine
