Store is a lot cleaner and more organized lately, but two of the past three times I've been there, the check-out line has been ridiculously long with only one person checking. I understand that there are sometimes valid reasons for having to wait in line, but on both these occasions there were two other employees there, in the front of the store and in plain sight, standing there having conversations. The last time, with five people in front of me and four behind me in line, I set my full basket of items down and left. I intended to return for it later; however, as I left the store, the two stand around employees walked outside and one lit a cigarette and they stood there talking as i drove out of the lot. I'm going to assume that I was there at particularly busy times and adjust my trips there accordingly, and hopefully my assumption will be correct..

aisles are an obstacle course, so much merchandise in floors, that you have to navigate you way around it. Stores just generally dirty.

They can’t keep anyone hired there and it’s usually really messy and super hard to find anything there.

The store itself was fine but my 4 yo needed to use the restroom. The employee told me it was against company policy to allow customers to use the restroom.Pretty sure it's not company policy. Left our items, found a restroom and anther business to spend our money with.

Store is very clean. Very organized, if you need help the staff is will to help you. The manager and other employees are very friendly. I come from Dyersburg Tn where it's store is only a few minutes away.

I got balloons for a birthday, unfortunately they were out of stock on over half the choices. The balloons I got worked and I love the price. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The staff were friendly. This storev was clean and it had so many items that was not in other stores I have visited. Loved this store!

Large clean store with stock actually on the shelves rather then in boxes blocking aisle passage as is with the dyersburg location,(which I despise patronizing and only go when absolutely necessary) I did find that there was that one rude employee at this location, but the ease of manuvering through the store compensated for the one person's lack of respect and obvious disgust in having to be there

Workers are taking stuff off the shelves and saving things for other customers and that is not right you do not have the right to take things and save it for someone else who has not came to the store and purchased it and put it behind the register
