Since moving to the area almost 11 years ago, I've been to the Union City, TN store many times. Today (Apr. 14, 2024), I noticed the most annoying music that I've ever heard being played in the store. Please re-consider the music choices. It was bad!

Ran in for cat food and treats. Wasn't disappointed. I'd given them a 5 if they hadn't had the air conditioning set so high that it was uncomfortable. I'm aware it cuts into the profits but good grief. It's was so hot in there ut borders on stingy.

The manager, I think Dan was his name. He was so attentive an nice to us..He helped us pick out a love seat for our 39th wedding anniversary. We love it ,it is so comfy and relaxing. We hauled it 5 hrs home ROFL Our Big Lots store didnt have one like it..

Really not to impressed. The workers were great. But Big Lots computer system and printers were acting up and I was shocked at prices on alot of things. Some more than Walmart

I loved it since there's not one close to my house, only problem, there were a lot of empty shelves. Employee was very nice though

Staff is always friendly and helpful! My issue with Big Lots is that it isn't close out stuff like it was once. I have found a few things over the last year I liked, but the quality of some items was less than expected. The small electronic area for phone chargers, cords for media, etc is convenient.

This place is starting to become like every other store in regards to the lack of good discounts. In some cases products cost more than in retail stores.

Ordered a twin bed for my youngest. The furniture guy that assisted me was so helpful. He got it ordered and had it finished in no time. Picked out sheets at a good price and a couple of blankets on clearance and was done. Now on to a big girl bed when I pick up the bed. :)

Love my local Big Lots store in Union City,TN. Never have a problem finding what I'm looking for. Jay ,Crystal, Marla store manager, and all the store associates are very nice and helpful.

Great employees store is ergonomically set up. What you would expect from a Big Lots. Decent prices on what you would think. Furniture well they definitely seem to be proud of it (seems a lil expensive to me) not exactly sure of quality of furniture for price should last 20 years. Besides that great place.

Oh my goodness!! Beautiful Christmas decorations, and home furnishings, you certainly can't beat the quality and price, anywhere in this area!Went in there today, if you aren't in the new furnishing mood, or Christmas spirit, walk into your Union City Big Lots !!!!Friendly management and cashiers.I rate it a 5!

This place is wonderful for decor furniture you can also buy food here home appliances just about anything you need for a home and if you have someone's birthday coming up they have pretty cool Bluetooth speakers that are reasonably priced and they're well-designed they have some that look like old jukeboxes an old record players

I bought a fireplace, it broke a month or two later. I called the store manager to get the number of the maker of the fireplace but ultimately got the runaround...needless to say, I have a fireplace that still doesn't work. I don't recommend there quality and customer service skills.

Really! I made a return today. I had used my debit card... cash right? They put it back on my card and said it will take a few days. Isnt it my money. They already have it and I have done my return. Where's my money????? Gods thing I don't need it right now. I am not a Happy camper

Put several pieces in lay a way after our house burned down. Six months later when it was due out, they called me to see when I needed it. Told them a few more weeks. Called today to tell them my new house is ready. Heartless employee told me they would refund my money because they didnt know when it would be in...So why did they call me 2 weeks earlier to see when I needed it ? They didnt even have the deceincy to offer a discount on something that they could get me.. I'm done with them.. We spend so much money in this store to keep from giving Wal-Mart all of our business...

I love coming to Big lots, they have so many items I need/want there. This particular BigLots is pretty well organized!
