Visiting here in Erwin, Tennessee, I was very impressed with the pristine manner this store was kept. The employees were very courteous and the other patrons were as helpful and polite. Comparing this Walmart to others I have shopped in. I am quite surprised and a very satisfied customer.

First time being in this Walmart, everything looked great stocked and organized a bit smaller than some of the other Walmarts but efficient for the size of the town it is in .

A spacious parking lot and Murphy's Gas station. This store is NOT a super center like most. It is small and rememicent of the non grocery centers. The grocery side is the best part to me. Smaller than others it is easy to find anything on list.

Wal-Mart has about everything you could want. However, while most of the workers are friendly, there's more who appear to be interested in a paycheck more than being kind and helping customers. They have forgotten Sam Walton's vision.

Walmart needs to improve before they get 5 stars from me. I don't like the Erwin Tennessee Walmart. The prices are at least 25 cents to 1.00 higher than the others.

Small Wal-Mart but has everything. Great place to stop while traveling. Bathroom in front by the door. They even have their gas station in the parking lot. Hungry,.... eat at the Mexican Restaurant right on the corner on the way in. Quick service and awesome food for a great price!!!

Spent a lot $$ because they had a lot of stuff on discount. They have whole isle for stuff on discount. The prices are so good u can't help but go head and buy it if u have the money. I bought my normal hair care products so cheap & got a lot of new stuff to try.

THE EMPLOYEES HAVE GOTTEN BETTER AT NOT Being Disrespectful AND INTENTIONALLY EMBARRASSING PEOPLE AT SELF CHECK OUT, ASIDE FROM THAT ITS ALWAYS WELL KEPT & STOCKED! I WISH THEY WOULD DO BETTER STYLES ON THE WOMENS AND YOUNG WOMENS CLOTHING LINE THO!! CONSIDERING THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE FOR 20+ MILES TO HAVE CLOTHES!!

This is the best little Wal-Mart ever! It’s actually the 1st ever Wal-Mart I have enjoyed going to. The employees are very friendly and helpful and the store is always clean.

It's a Walmart, what more needs to be said? Although at least this one was well stocked. Good to see at least some stores aren't feeling the effects of Biden's policies and attacks of America's economy. Well months later I have to change this review, the supplies are limited and so is the selection. Almost zero Walmart brands. My visits at Walmart will be less frequent in the future. Update 12/22/22 the selection is even less and inventory of these limited selections is super low or out of stock. We spent more time looking for items than actual selecting. New update on 3/17/23, inventory hasn't improved. Reduced selection and low volume of items. Higher prices show that even Walmart is a victim of Biden inflation. Update on 8/26/23, still low inventory and limited selection. Prices are higher due to Bidenomics. Update on 11/11/23, store still low on inventory and selection, plus Bidenomics is still causing prices to soar. Update 4-5-24 On a Friday 6pm and store was nearly empty of customers and just two registers that had cashiers. At least the shelves are stocked better.

Great prices on clearance items, $1/2/3 dollars for kids clothing. Good selection of ladies XS clothes. Deli had small selection, but the chicken and potatoes were very tasty. People were friendly. Cops in the parking lot were helping a customer load her vehicle. Small town America!

First time with curbside pickup and arrived 15 minutes after curbside was closed (I thought it was same hours as the store). I explained that we had driven 45 minutes to this Walmart and “Harry”, who brought our order out, was so nice and helpful, refused to accept our generous tip (due to policy). I appreciate this kind of service, as its not an everyday experience these days! Thank you Harry!!This was Saturday night at 10:15 12/17/2022

I haven’t been inside a Walmart in over 3 years but use their curbside pickup. This Walmart has the best curbside service and their people are always very polite. If there is an issue with my order, they’re always asking me about it and if I’m satisfied.

I now shop at Walmart stores with more inventory, better prices, and more help. It’s totally worth the extra 15 minutes to get to Johnson City. Unicoi should have been closed years ago.

One of the worst experiences of customer service I have ever had! I Had car trouble in the parking lot & couldn't get it started. After a long day black Friday shopping, & spending hard earned $ in there, an employee came out at closing time being extremely rude. Saying we had to leave or he'd have us towed. I would have loved nothing more than to leave! It was obvious we had car trouble! But I politely replied that as soon as the car would start we would be on our way. Who knows why, but this young man called the sheriff's dept!!! I'm sure they were tired from working during black Friday, but that's no excuse for treating ppl that way! It was one of THE MOST disrespectful & embarrassing times in my life! I WILL NEVER go to that particular Walmart again! I would rather depend on yard sale items if that was the only option to shop!!!😨😓😡🛑📉✳️❌️
