April 09, 2024 My wife and I visit many Tractor Supply stores all over the United States and we both agree that every store has its own design, stock and personnel. This store has more merchandise to offer than the store where we live just a few miles down the road. We generally get welcomed upon entering but not every time. Sometimes there is a lack of help yet generally there is someone to assist you if needed. We love this store and feel it is very country oriented and helpful to all as there are no other stores offering what they do. Thankful!Like my review, pictures or videos? I only gave it one star because I couldn't give it zero! Went to the puppy wash with my pup. I asked if it was being used, she said no. Then she had me pay for it, even though the website says wash, then pay. I was going to pick up a couple of things, but not now. So I headed back & someone was in there. I waited. The lady in there pushed the start button when she left. I tried to push every button & nothing happened. So I waited 10 minutes & pushed the start button. Still nothing happened. I heard someone on the other side of the wall, stacking bags or something. I hollered out & said I needed help. Nothing! What an unorganized mess! So, because the lady at the front made me pay first, I had to get a refund. Ridiculous! Won't be back. If you're going to offer it, make sure it's marked on how to use it & have an intercom so you can get help!

Prices are good. But on one of the busiest shopping days of the year the only person working was the cashier. I was wanting to buy a gun safe but there was no one available to help me.

These people are straight lazy. I have carried two 100lb propane tanks to them and both times they have given me an excuse “we can’t fill those anymore” or “this tank is too old.” I then took the tanks to a gas tank company to get the recertification done only for them to say the tanks have already been done recently and showed me the stamp. They continued to tell me that they have been getting a lot of customers lately stating the same thing.

Came in late on a Monday night to get some supplies for my dog and the older gentleman sweeping the floor (didn't catch his name, I feel bad, but he did say he was from Wisconsin!) was incredibly helpful, pointed me in the correct direction and helped me make an informed decision on what to buy. Can't give enough kudos to him for his politeness and his help. If he, or anyone who may be above him, reads this just know that he needs a huge pat on the back and a shout out for being such an awesome guy. Will definitely come back to this location for the customer service alone. Thank you!(Approx 45m later) I am editing this review to extend my genuine thanks to the gentleman who helped me tonight. He is in no way a medical expert, he even said so to me, however I got home and immediately applied the products to my dog and the look on her face was pure joy & relief. If he hadn't asked me, i probably would've simply left as they didn't have the exact product I wanted, but now I'm almost thankful that they didn't. I wish I could've captured her moment of relief, however let this review serve as my deepest, and sincere, thanks. -John & Bella🐾

These people are the greatest to work with I was new to the Tullahoma Tennessee area setting up for over 100 animals and these people have helped me out immensely great staff great Customer Service pricing is good I wouldn't go anywhere else

The WORST cashiers on the planet. Kandi is the ONLY on that should be at the register! You want return customers, try being personable and friendly. If I ran that place those two behind the register tonight, 1\15\2023 would be fired.

In and out pretty quick. They let you bring your dog in. They love her. Help me instinctively. Handy-cap parking,easy access getting in. And help just as you walk in.

The management at this location who is a female is is an absolute sweetheart. She went above the call of duty to take care of me. I bought an electric fuel pump which are not cheap and it came with a part missing in the box. I went back to the store the next day and she apologized for the missing part and went back to the shelf opened one out of another box and gave me the missing part from mine. She did without attitude and with a smile. That was very refreshing to get treated in this fashion and I appreciated it. This is what will make me return for future needs. Thank you very much Tractor supply. You picked an excellent manager for this location.

Kate helped us out with her extensive knowledge of medication for our dog! He has skin issues (which all the vets can’t seem to figure out) and an ear infection. She helped us pick out and helped with dosages like a pro! Definitely recommend her if you have any questions! She is AMAZING and deserves more than 5 stars! Thank you so much Tractor Supply for having such awesome staff!

Very friendly, helpful & resourceful store. Didn't have what we needed because it's out of season & was packed away that morning. But they tried to help. We have always found what we wanted in the store. It's very clean. Always a nice place to stop.

The staff at TSC were very friendly, and super helpful! They greeted me upon entering the store, and offered assistance while I was shopping. One of the girls was kind enough to help me load the feed bags I had purchased.

The workers followed my fiance and I the whole time. There were 7 employees who all spent their time waching our every move. Not to ensure customer satisfaction I'm sure due to them never asking if we needed assistance. I had over $500 in my wallet alone. Why on earth would i take anything?! Im just gonna give them the benefit of the doubt... inside that they weren't being racist against an interracial couple. They certainly lost good customers.

The employees are knowledgeable and helpful. The only reason I am not giving them five stars is the shelves are often empty. I am not sure if it is a supply issue or a stocking issue but it needs correction for five stars.

I shop a lot at Tractor Supply and only two times I can think of that I wasn't happy with the product. Both times I emailed them both times and they got back to me both times right away and made it right. Tractor Supply has me as a lifelong customer! Love this place!

Most worthless sorry excuse for associates I've ever seen in any store possible. 1 cashier and the other hiding in the back acting put out when asked for assistance. Can this store not afford more than one person working the store at a time?

Everyone at Tractor Supply in Tullahoma is awesome it's just a wonderful store to go into everyone's friendly they tried to go above and beyond to try to help someone I wish we could have one in Lynchburg. Lynchburg needs a good store like that to where you can go and get things at a fair price the order what you need there friendly they're just super super super nice people
