Used the Murfreesboro location in the past and had no problems. Decided to try this location since it was the only place with open appointments during the holidays. The staff didn't even attempt to sooth our clearly nervous dog in a new area. No talking to him, no getting down and letting him sniff them, zero attempt at a friendly introduction. Just walked right up to him grabbing at his paws. He got defense at the abrupt action and snarled and they refused to groom him. I understand the policy regarding that behavior. However, I believe that the staff's poor judgement in how to interact with an anxious dog is of low quality.
