Prepaid for not one but two dogs who we brought into this very rude establishment. For their grooming to take over 4 hours. And after their closing time. The hair cuts were choppy. Razor burn they failed to mention. Our second dog has no hairs on his chest and very long hairs on his feet and between his legs. When we spoke to them about it. They told us the razor stays the same and some times it comes out short. Sometimes long. They didn’t offer to fix it. They’re both obviously distressed, and have slept the rest of the day. I would never bring my dogs back here.And yes owner. For reference it was the schnauzer and Doxie poodle.

Our German Shepard, Koni looked amazing after his "salon" experience at Pet Paradise. We were extremely happy with the results and the price was way lower than we had expected to pay. We will be going back very often from now on!

For years, I have been driving over 70 miles to come home to Tullahoma & bring my fur babies for grooming while I visit family in town. One of mine is a little on the anxious side and this is the only place where she feels safe & loved. They must sweet-talk her through the whole time because she always looks so nice afterwards & there's never a hint of stress on the return drive home. The prices are very reasonable & the turn-around time is also very good! Thanks Pet Paradise! See you again soon.

The last two dog grooming by Pet Paradise have have been awful. They shave the dogs down to their skin and even made them bleed. So unhappy with this place.

Tried to call to get some quotes on grooming for my three dogs. The person who answered the phone said that they can't give me the quotes I had to speak with the groomer and she was checking someone in and asked me if I didn't mind holding. I said no problem.11 minutes later, I'm still on hold so I disconnected. I find it strange that only the groomer knows the pricing of grooming dogs when typically it's by weight and size and type of dog. Or that if the groomer is the only one who can give quotes why did the person who answered the phone not check in the dog and the groomer pick up the phone?I'll be looking elsewhere.

We brought our dog Dewey in to be boarded for the night. They were very friendly and we left feeling at ease leaving our beloved dog there. When we picked up Dewey he was happy and he seemed very trusting of the people who cared for him. We will board here again when needed in the future.

I absolutely love this place. I have a cockapoo that requires a certain type of haircut and he is sooo nervous at the groomers. He has been several places who have tried to cut his hair and they’ve had the call me to come get him. Pet Paradise is the only shop in town that will be gentle enough not to scare my baby, and he looks great and smells fresh every time he leaves! It’s not super loud either, which also raises my dog’s anxiety. 10/10 recommend!

We have been taking our 3 dogs to pet paradise for almost a year. They always seem happy when we pick them up. The staff is wonderful and helpful and very professional. They always treat the dogs so nicely. I highly recommend Pet Paradise. We also get our dogs groomed there. She always looks great!

This place is owned and run by people who love dogs. We've been taking our dogs there for 6 years and won't use anyone else. I know they're good to the dogs because our dogs love going there.

My mama took her cocker spaniel to get a trim. They SHAVED him! Completely! She just wanted a small trim where he still had hair, but they shaved him like he was going into the military! A complete buzz cut! He's an inside dog with air conditioning, so he needs some hair to keep him warm. She explained this to them when she dropped him off, for the third time. This is the second time they haven't done what she has asked and the staff was rude and disrespectful to her. Their excuse was that he was knotted all over, which was a lie. He had ONE single knot on his back leg but she keeps him mostly groomed, he just needed some hair trimmed off to keep him from getting too hot when he goes outside. Needless to say, she will not be taking any more of her pets to this facility.

Definitely more expensive than other places but you get what you pay for here. Our dogs normally leave boarding kind of scared and skittish no matter where we take them. Here that was not the case, I think they got a lot of play time and interaction which made all the difference. Highly recommend if you're willing to pay the higher prices.

The owner of this grooming company is ignorant. I can not get a hold of our normal groomer so decided to call and give it a try. I was first asked what breed to which I replied black lab and pit mix. I was then told the owner will not allow anything mixed with pit. My sweet baby is more loving and respectful than most small yappy dogs. Does not have an angry bone in her body. Is this not why companies have insurance? The discrimination of breed and ignorance is mind blowing. I will NOT be sending anyone to this place. Yours truly, a proud pit mix mom.

I'm impressed with this place. I was traveling through and the place I was to stay at for the Labor day weekend did not allow dogs. I needed a boarding kennel ASAP. They got my pomeranian in right away. I recieved a phone call the next day with update that my pom was doing great. When I picked him up he was happy and they just gave him a bath so he smelled wonderful. Would definitely use this kennel again if I was ever in the area. Thanks Pet Paradise in Tullahoma, TN!

I called and got pricing and was told to come on over with my pup. Then had service denied bc "she has pit in her. They don't service pits". Looks like pet safari in M'boro is the only way to go for my sweet doggy love. They do a great job and are full of kindness for anyone willing to make the drive! They've always treated my girl well and love to love on her when she comes in for service that it almost feels more like a visit to a friends!

This was our first time to kennel our dog with Pet Paradise. Checking in and out was easy and everyone we dealt with was wearing a face mask. The cost was comparable with other kennels in the area.Little Girl seemed happy to see us but I have a feeling she would have stayed on to be spoiled by the staff.I would highly recommend Pet Paradise as a place to safely kennel your pet.

I do NOT recommend this place. I am very unhappy with the service. I don’t even want to give 1 star. I was told that it would take no more than 2 hours to bathe, groom, glands and trimming claws when scheduling ahead of time. I asked when dropping off my dog when would my dog be ready and was given the response to check back in 2 hours. I checked back in 2 hours only to get a very rude person on the phone saying my dog was in the bath area and that they close at 4:30 pm and will give me a call. Now remember I scheduled ahead of time and told them my schedule on when I could get my dog. They had several time slots but suggested a time for me so that he would be completed and done during that time frame. Well time went by and I started to worry a little so I decided to go by and check on my dog after “4” hrs. I waited another 20 min or so because apparently my dog wasn’t ready. Finally got my dog and notice that my dog had some marks on leg and underbelly was uneven and backside was really looking agitated and red. My dog had been scraped or burned with clippers. I have documented the proof with pictures. My dogs eyes were really red as well and I thought maybe the shampoo. My dog smelled really bad as if they had not bathe my dog but only did a cut and what I would call shave in some areas. I have taken my dog to other groomers and my dog would come out smelling so nice and clean. Also others said that their dog did not have their glands express and I noticed that my dog had been dragging backside on the carpet and has never done that before and has been acting very uncomfortable Long story short, I will NEVER take my dog back to Pet Paradise not just because of my dogs grooming but because of the rudeness of the people there. An owner should never have to worry about the welfare of their dog due to rude and insensitive people. Think twice before using this business.

You will LOVE Pet Paradise!!! I am a very protective doggy momma. The only place I have trusted with my babies for almost 17 yrs is Pet Paradise. They are professional, friendly, caring and overall FANTASTIC!! If you are looking for a place to board or groom your fluffy family member...you will not be disappointed.

The website says that no appointment is necessary to get your dogs nails trimmed. While the groomers were great with my dog, every time I came they would tell me a different time of day that they did nail trims (again, not what is said on their website). First they told me any time after 12, the next time they told me between 1 and 3, and today they told me only at 3:30. They were always extremely rude on the phone and did not appear to want to deal with just a nail trim.

I love bringing Nizmo and Lucy to Pet Paradise. The staff is always so sweet and absolutely loveour fur babies just as much as we do. If you need a groomer I will recommend that you use Pet Paradise.

I have no issues with the business itself. However my issue is with whomever lives in this business on the weekends whose friends blare their music in their Cadillac at 1am. We all live in this neighborhood with children, and we're getting tired of the disrespect from the weekend guests. If it doesn't stop the law will start getting involved.
