My two male bullies Sushi and Mushu had there very first keenle stay. They loved it. Played so hard. They staff is super friendly. We were able to check in on the dogs. Viva text message and phone calls. I highly recommend happy Tails. Wonderful place

I have gone twice now. The first time I had a good experience but this past experience because of the receptionist only, we won’t be back. I was told my dogs skirt was matted (because of illness’s in the house he was off schedule) I really didn’t want to shave his skirt but was told if I didn’t I could turn around and pick my dog back up, (mind you i had driven 40 min) I understand the customer service industry as myself is in the industry, but the attitude was RUDE on the phone. I won’t recommend this place to anyone. 👎

I've been coming here for years with my dogs. I absolutely love the owners. They are sweet, and I know that my fur babies are taken care of with love when I drop them off!

Well, we finally found a groomer that we LOVE!! This was our first time bringing our Bernedoodle (Liberty) to Happy Tails, but it definitely will not be our last. This will now be the only place we go. They're extremely friendly and professional! They truly love the animals they care for.I'm so glad we found this place!!!

They treat your dog extremely well. My dog came home happy with no issues. That tells me she was well cared for. I highly recommend this kennel and grooming.

The little wife and I were really scared because this was the first time we would be away from our little "Booger". One of the people who works there texted my wife, and asked her if she wanted our little Booger to take pics with Santa. We texted back and forth for a few minutes. It is really great place, when we pulled up to drop our Booger off. There was chickens,ducks,gennies,roosters, and all the assortment of other puppy dogs there at the place. Just warning you ahead time. This family from Yorkshire, England know what they are doing. Because, I had to call them around august to book the time for Thanksgiving and Christmas. They stay that booked up. Really good service and great news that our little Booger is having a great time with them. And 22.00 a day, they can even do a full groom for 40.00. Very well pleased

My dog is like a child so I am always hesistant and slow to trust. The people at Happy Tails are amazing!! My pup was so well taken care of when boarded and when groomed. They are my go to/only place I am choosing. Also, prices are unbeatable.

Took my 2 fur babies in for boarding. When I picked them up, not only had their nails been clipped, they had been brushed out as well! They looked beautiful and I could tell they had been well cared for, as they were not anxious in the least. I can't tell you how much this eases my mind, knowing I can leave them with someone I trust, and who truly cares for them. Happy Tails -- you are the BEST!! Oh yes - GREAT PRICES!!

We love taking our furbabies to Happy Tails. The prices are unbeatable. Very friendly and professional staff. They took awesome care of our ankle biter, even though he's a cranky old man and gets nippy. Thumbs up and paws up for this place. Highly recommended. Cheers!

Happy Tails comes with my highest recommendation. We lived in Tennessee for only an year, but our dogs were boarded frequently (wedding, holidays, etc). Even over extended periods of time, our 2 dogs always returned home happy and unstressed. Their staff is incredibly friendly. It is clear they take pride in maintaining a safe, fun, stress-free environment for the dogs they care for. We have recently relocated out-of-state and I am sad to be on the hunt for another facility that can provide the same level of care as Happy Tails did. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Bravo Happy Tails!

I can't say enough good things about this place! I left my girl with them for 8 nights, and this was her first time ever boarding anywhere so I was nervous. She's a scaredy cat, so I was worried she wouldn't do well with a new place and new people. They worked with her, and took amazing care of her! The owner gave her a hug and kiss when I picked her up, and my normally scared girl was wagging her tail. 😍 She got a bath too and she smelled and looked amazing. I will always board her here in the future, and you should too!

The staff was very nice and pleasant... they were very good with my little lady, Maggie May... I also enjoyed seeing the polish fizzle chicken that was showing off in the yard.

We love Happy Tails! The staff are always so nice and welcoming and my shih tzu loves staying there (and that is saying alot). They do a great job of grooming and I wouldn't board anywhere else in the area. I drive 30 minutes out of my way to make sure my dog stays here. Fabulous people, wonderful facilities, great experience!

Happy Tails offers secure and friendly grooming and boarding facilities. Boarders have their own balconies or green space available for your animal. They are great at placement for their boarders. In case neighbors don't get along. One of the owners is called Cat Whisperer. Gives you an idea of care and attention they provide.

On a road trip with our pup, Rob was able to take him for a few hours while we went to Lynchburg before continuing south. He was quick to respond to our last minute request, took great care of him during our afternoon, and even bathed him!

My girls were very well cared for. These folks cater to the humans too with their Facebook posts to let you see how your babies are doing while you're away. If there were 100 stars I'd give them.

I've read some really bad and real "lengthy" reviews here, from several years ago, yet "there they are - for folks to read.Someone must've been very unhappy.I'd like to quickly & briefly tell you about my ~8 years of experience with the owners: J & R.My 3 little, adorable fur-babies have boarded & been groomed there; perhaps all-total, about 90+ times.I also "watch for signs" that they're treated well. They are. They are so excited to see them at each & every visit - the dogs RUN TO THEM!Grooming results - beautiful.The location WAS old when they bought it. The owners worked on it steadily. It has recently undergone major upgrades & redecorating.As far as how they may treat employees, not-my-business. ALL their workers are happy to see us coming & I've observed the same with other customers.In closing: the world would be A BETTER place, if everyone loved and cared about animals the way J & R do.
