Yesterday my son told me that my favorite lab Casey had a swollen jaw. I looked at it and realized he needed care right away because it was very swollen. I called my regular vet only to be told they were just too busy to see him. I then called another vet in Tullahoma to be told the same thing. I then called Crownover and they immediately said to bring him over. The vet determined it was an infected abscess tooth and gave him a antibiotic shot and pills for continuing treatment. Thank you Crownover for seeing my baby with such short notice and you probably will be getting more of my business in the future! Thanks!

I decided to take my cat to the vet whenever I saw she was not eating and walking. I got worry and I took her to the first vet that decided to take her in. The Crownover Animal Clinic had one of the nicest, sweetest and most warm hearted staff. My cat had the bob cat fever and they took really good care of her within 2-3 days I was able to bring her home to me, they gave me the most affordable prices to take good care of her and the compassion they had with me and my cat was one of the best I have ever experienced. Really amazing place to bring in your fur friends

Great staff! Dr. Jerry is really caring! They all seem to genuinely care about my dogs as well as me!! They love my Frenchie and I did not think they we're going to let me bring her home! I HIGHLY recommend Crownover Animal Clinic!

I was only there for puppy shots. The staff was super friendly and the lobby was not over crowded. Dr. Crownover was also very friendly and made conversation while taking giving shots and checking for worms. Overall it was a nice experience.

They have the most rude, unprofessional and cold hearted receptionist I have ever dealt with. I hope the rest of the staff is different; she wouldn't notify them my pet needed ER care. Subsequently, I went to Dr. Hambrick, who was so kind and empathetic. Her entire staff was a great help and kind hearted and I suggest you go to her.

Dr Crownover takes good care of my dogs. He performs surgeries, annual shots and they offer some grooming services also. My dogs don't mind going there, even enjoy it most of the time!

I would NOT recommend my worst enemy to this place. If I could give less stars or none I would. I have been warned about this place, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I think all they really care about is money. They didn't ask questions, didn't really probe to see what was wrong with my cat. I think he was in and out in less than 10 minutes. If you're looking for a vet in Tullahoma, I'd recommend somewhere else. Fair warning!

Amazing! I am new to the area and didn't know any better and got my dog fixed at a low cost place.he got a bad infection and I didn't know where to go, I went to crownover and they worked me in the same day and took great care of my boy! with in 2 days he looks and acts 100% better I can't thank them enough.

Dr. Crownover,In my heart as for a vet the sky's the limit. I called and spoke with Tiffany told her what was wrong with my baby Dorito they said bring her in. Took her in and doc seen her immediately almost positive she's got encephalitis gave her 2 shots straight off the rip baby running 103.7 temperature keeping over night we love all the folks at Crownover animal clinic.

Would not refill a prescription through Petco even though it is a LAW that a pet owner can use any pharmacy they like.
