Visited Townsend for the weekend and went for a late lunch/early dinner. The beers were delicious (tried the sour and IPA) and food was so good. The sourdough bread/pizza crust was phenomenal and left you wanting more. It was very family friendly and dog friendly. Great place to spend the afternoon. We had the pretzel, grilled cheese, fig and pear pizza, margarita pizza, power bowl, ham and brie sandwich.

What a wonderful place! Stopped in for lunch while on vacation and fell in love! We sampled a little of everything: fig & pear pizza, Buffalo chicken pizza, fried goat cheese balls and pulled chicken & bacon sandwich. It was all good and servings were generous. Service was fast(got our haul in 15 minutes) and friendly. All of this food and four drinks cost around $80. When we are in the area again, we'll be back.

It was an interesting place. You order at a counter right when you walk in. The staff was friendly but the wait was looong. We ordered the fries, 2 salads and 2 pizzas. The fries LOOKED good, but the truffle oil tasted like it was mixed with vinegar so they had a real funky taste. Salads were good. Pizzas were good, too, just took forever so we ended up just boxing them up to go. We may give it another shot later, but it wasn’t as good as we anticipated, unfortunately. Also, for a place to have a play ground and no kids menu, we thought that was odd. The food is too quirky for most littles.Kid-friendliness: Cute mini playground for toddlers but no kids menu

It was horrible..... again. The pear fig pizza was soaked in about a gallon of syrup and the crust tasted like rubber. My salad was basically a cheese salad with a couple leaves of arugula. Then I tried to go get an ice cream cone and it was a hot mess over there too. I have eaten here from the beginning, but I won't be back. It's been several times in a row that we have had bad food / experiences. It used to be good.

Place is our new favorite spot. Great pizzas, but even better sandwiches. The trout avocado is amazing, same with the beef tips. Great outdoor patio with plenty of seating, dog friendly, and a playground for the kids to play. As well as a few sets of corn hole if you feel like throwing some bags. Great food, nice staff, and great location. Pricing is reasonable, too. We hope to make this a regular spot.

This was an outstanding restaurant to go to after a long hike! They seared a delicious salmon for me, and those truffle fries just couldn't get any better! The overall restaurant was clean and busy, with an outdoor play area for the family to hangout including cornhole! Lastly, there is a great selection of alcohol to choose from! This would be a great restaurant to go to!Vegetarian options: There are salads to choose from!Dietary restrictions: Many options for vegan and gluten free people!Parking: The parking is right in front of the restaurant. The place can be busy sometimes, but there should be enough spots.Kid-friendliness: They are kid friendly and have an outdoor play area for the family!

Cool place, good beer and food. I stopped in after hitting the Smokey’s On the way back to the airport. Decent selection of their own beer with a few others from other breweries and a non alcoholic one too. Large patio with a kids play area. They said it gets crazy busy in the summer with the traffic through town, seems like a pass through town to me not much there.

We stopped in here with some friends for a quick and delicious dinner, it was incredible!!! I ordered the half chicken with roasted potatoes and it was divine! We also ordered the hummus with bread and veggies! They had lots of options for vegans, gluten free, and vegetarians! They had a cute little playground for your kids to play at too. There also seamed to be a taco bar but unfortunately it’s was closed but I bet that would have been delicious! The creamy is also right next to it, we didn’t get to go today but I can assure you the ice cream would be DELICIOUS! You should definitely come here! Vegetarian options: They have salads with no chicken or you can add chicken if you’d like!Dietary restrictions: They have lots of options for vegetarians, gluten free, and vegan!Kid-friendliness: They are very kid friendly and have a super cute little playground for your kids! (Or you!)

*** We visited again this weekend while in the area (a year after our first visit) and it was just as amazing! The atmosphere is fabulous and the food is delicious!WOW! The food is amazing! We tried the corn fritters, shrimp & sausage, pear & fig pizza, and 3 meat pizza. All were fantastic! We will definitely visit again on our next trip!

This was a first time visit for us. It was quite busy, probably due to Oktoberfest festivities. We ordered sandwiches, wings, and a pizza. The food all came out at different times, so we all ate at different times. They claimed they were backed up on the pizzas. It took close to 45 minutes for it to come out. The white bbq wings were very good. They were very flavorful and very tender. The sandwiches and kettle chips looked very good. The dough on the pizza was very good. Nice and crispy crust. The pepperoni made it a little greasy. It was a little on the pricey side for what you got.

Amazing food and a great vibe. I had the smoked trout sandwich, it was hands down one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. The margaritas are made from scratch. They make their own mixes which is awesome! The blackberry marg was not too sweet and was garnished with fresh blackberries, 10 out of 10. The brownies are also made from scratch, so good, and they have gluten free options too. They accommodate dogs and have a cute kids play area. The service is fantastic, they switched out a sandwich for us with zero issue. This restaurant checks every box, outstanding experience. I will absolutely return.

The vibe here was really cool and the food was incredible!! I got the ham panini sandwich (it was something like that), and our group split a pizza and a pretzel. We caught it when it wasn’t busy at all so the food came very fast. Great view outside too! Definitely come here if you’re in the area, get a pretzel, sit outside, be happy, all that good stuff. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve been wanting to stop at this restaurant for months now, and I finally got the chance to visit! We thought the atmosphere and dining spaces were well thought out and visually appealing. My daughter loved playing on the play set while we waiting for our food, and I appreciated the technology they used for finding our table. The food was a nice blend of healthy and nourishing. My daughter ordered the pretzel, and I got the smoked trout sandwich. I used her beer cheese to dip my chips in, which was delicious!Next time we will try tacos from the Taco Bar. The only change I would make would be to add more restrooms!

This is a good place to stop if you need to let kids out to play. The food was not great (not terrible-but not great either). It would have been nice if they offered a kids menu option, and maybe another side besides plain kettle chips. No ketchup, or other condiments besides salt and hot sauce were available. We ordered a selection of their sandwiches and a margherita pizza. The pizza was basically bread with a little sauce and some cheese on about half of it. I’d suggest saving your money and eating at one of the other places in Townsend if you’re hungry at all. Otherwise, this was good for hanging out and maybe an appetizer.

This place was awesome! The building itself was super cool and they had lots of seating inside and out. I ordered the Filet Bites, they were top tier! I also tried some of the Half Chicken which was also delicious. The outdoor area was great and they have a small playground for kids. Overall I really enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend stopping by here.

This place was a great way to close out such a serene drive through the smokies in fall. We will most certainly be back here. The sandwich was a bit dry but their yummy ranch helps. The cajon shrimp may have been the best item we tried and very well balanced. The pizza was bomb, the fries and beer cheese were quite tasty, pretzel was overcooked. The grapefruit radler hit the spot.Having a play area for the kids and outdoor seating for people out with their dogs is greatOverall, I strongly recommend experiencing this place yourselfWe'll definitely be back, looking forward to checking out the tacos and margaritas.Vegetarian options: Sandwiches, pizza, appetizers, salads and ?Kid-friendliness: Mini playground and plenty of area for the kids to run around without being a nuisance to others.

Came here for the first time and loved it! Cute outdoor seating in light gravel or paved patio. Plenty of shading between the bright umbrellas or the large sunshades. Small playground. Outdoor music playing thru speakers; indie vibes. Very relaxed and casual.Food is very good and they offer an online menu with pictures (always helpful).Kid-friendliness: Extremely kid friendly.

From the drinks to the meals;Peaceful Side Social is a pleasant experience. Easy to order, waited about 15 min for food, lot of fun for the younger crowd especially if you need the kids to be occupied on a jungle gym.Only two problems:Restrooms could be attended to sooner. They were out of the pizza that I was craving from the menu.Half Chicken was still deliciousAlong with the house Sour.
