My thoughts are they need to change oil more frequently wash tea container out and make sure it doesn't have left over tea from day before lately I have ordered sweat tea to only taste that yucky souro taste like it was left out ... Had to be refrigerated.... Period if the people would t act so childish making fun of elderly people who dnt have all of their teeth and can't say some words an it letters like they sound so they ask over like three times for the perron to repeat themselves mind u im speaking about my 77 yr old mother and she fets frustrated and tries to act as if it isn't embarrassing to her but I. An see it all over her face it burned me up I ended up having to walk home that day sheade me get out and walk back to my place because I let that bunch have it u could hear them laughing it went thru me like wild fore people are so cruel karma is so awesome

Ok everyone above 37 knows that sonic was the absolute best place ever when it was across from hospital. Dave the owner was amazing all the food, drinks, everything was perfect, but now that it's moved locations I've ate there twice and I won't go back the food sucked, it always looks dirty on inside and from what I been told by some people that used to work there, well let's just say cleaning is not a priority there. That was a year or so ago maybe it's changed, but I'm not gonna find out..

Already turned in a seething review to Sonic Corporate.Did I get any resolution...? No.Corporate doesn't give a rats (@$$).The scumbag management at the Sonic store doesn't give a rats (@$$).Now I've moved on. Already put that horror show in the rear view mirror.I'll never recommend them. I'll never eat there again.In fact, I'd rather cut my tongue out with a spork than put another Sonic burger in my mouth.

Our Sonic is awesome!! we have the friendliest workers there. rain sleet or snow they always have a smile on their face and they are always so polite. even when you're having a bad day they can make you feel better by just bringing you your half price large sweet tea

I had a large order, 3 dbl cheeseburger with bacon. One sonic cheeseburger and one dbl sonic and 1 foot long coney dog, 2large fries and 3 tater tots. Non of the dbl cheeseburger had bacon, missing a sonic cheeseburger (they put bacon on that), s double with bacon and the coney was regular not a footling. I will never go back there-they wanted the whole order back when I live 10 minutes away and my company was hungry. Stay away from here with large orders

Stopped for a drink. Preordered a fountain drink on app to get half price route 44. Service was quick, efficient; she smiled & vanished. Perfect ice ratio, included a straw.Dietary restrictions: Diet drinks. Parking: Plenty.

Ordered an online order for 6PM pickup. Arrived at 6:03 and pushed the call button. 20 minutes later someone finally picks up and says you’re order will be right out. At 6:50 we finally received our order and it was cold. There is no benefit to doing an advanced online order if it’s not going to be ready when you arrive.

This Sonic is hit or miss. Sometimes they get everything correct, but other times not so much. Mistakes seem to happen more with orders from the app. Often the food isn't put together well.

Overpriced, crappy food, then they expect you to tip the waitress for your overpriced food when she walked it from the door to the car and you could have just put a Drive through in the place. I would highly recommend if you like dried out shriveled-up rock hard chicken strips!

I'm usually not one to criticize, condemn, or complain, but this place needs to get it together ASAP. I've had multiple family members get sick from eating the food. The workers often sound irritated that I'm simply asking them to do what they're paid to do. Orders are usually typed in incorrectly or even given to you incorrectly. Wait times can be absurd for something as simple as a drink and a small side of fries. Either pack your own food if you're visiting, or try any of the other restaurants/fast food places in the area. Until the equipment is fixed and the workers are trained halfway decently, I wouldn't give this place the time of day nor any of my money.

The food tastes like they haven't changed the fryer oil since it opened. They serve food that's obviously not fresh and was probably leftovers from the day before. They are not friendly, they usually get the order wrong, they don't collect the garage and if you want a napkin or ketchup you better bring them from home. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Any excellent reviews on here I just simply do not believe. The past 7 trips (not exaggerating) there has been something wrong. They just can’t get it done. Sonic needs to re-evaluate their employees.

Really good food on our visits there and served fast and hot. The only reason they did not get the fifth star was the attitude of some of the staff. Loud mouthed and not very customer service friendly.

Poor customer service asked for light ice in the drinks and was told sorry you ordered with your app and the drinks have already been made. We pushed the red button to request this immediately after using the app cause there was no option.

As normal of a Sonic as they come, except this location is slow. I believe they hired sloths for cooks. Other than that, bring on the french fries and mozzarella sticks. Oh and during the summer, buy your Pup a junior cone in a cup -- they'll thank you for it.
