I’m very disappointed in Dairy Queen tonight. I ordered my food. The hamburger steak at 4:30. I did not receive it until about 530. I waited almost an hour only to receive it and it not be hot. It wasn’t cold. It was just warm one piece of lettuce, the fries were soggy, the hamburger steak itself was actually good but it wasn’t hot when I arrive. There was nobody there when I left it wasn’t super busy. There was probably five people there. I noticed the workers there were two that were on the grill but the rest of them were just kind of roaming around, I’ll still eat there and I’m sure I love it but I’m just upset with this service tonightWheelchair accessibility: Very easy access

Great burgers fries and onion rings. Staff was friendly and the store was clean and very organized. So glad we found this original DQ while visiting the area! Had to get ice cream cones to go! 🍦😋

Most unique dq I’ve ever seen. They stay busy but get orders out pretty quickly. Great ice cream. Haven’t had the chance to try their food but they have stuff that other dq restaurants don’t have.

We went last night we ordered and then 6 people came up got waited and got there stuff before ours was even made and they knew everyone by name. When we finally got our blizzards there was paper in two of them and we didn't get the sizes we wanted. Needless to say we will never be back .worst experience ever. Don't go here unless you know everyone by name if not your probably won't get good service.

They have two doors in and out and they also have a window that you can walk up to or wheelchair too

An old style dairy queen which is nice, but the hamburgers are nothing more than soy burgers. I ordered some sliders, and although they weren’t too awfully bad, they weren’t the greatest either. I guess they’ll do in a pinch, and that’s as nice as I can be about it.I will say that they were a tad bit busy for 8:30 at night, and the order came within a reasonable amount of time. Personally, I don’t think that this Dairy Queen is cracked up to be all that it’s made out to be in my humble opinion… I’ll stick to cooking at home from now on as I expect more for my money than what they’re delivering to the customer.

Food was great. Little bit of a wait time due to short staff, no indoor seating because they are keeping their staff safe which I think is a good thing. They do have outside seating but the tables were pretty dirty so we planned to eat in the car. Originally we were handed a bag and our drinks and went to the car and a lady customer quickly tapped on our window and scared the heck out of us and when we rolled down the window she told us we had her food. So we handed her the bag and went back to the window and got another bag which had our order. Then we took a sip of our drinks and one was a soda and not iced tea so that lady customer was probably disappointed after all when she took a sip and got tea. But other then that, no complaints. I feel for the gals working, it’s a busy spot at night.

I’m from out of the area and this DQ is the best one I’ve ever been to. The young man working the counter tonight 5/30/20 was so good at his job. Excellent customer service skills. He asked all the right questions to the customer after me ordering a fairly large order. The fooD was so hot and fresh. Amazing fries! This location deserves recognition for their efforts.

Great walk up old style dairy Queen. The Dilly bar my wife got was a very nice size and frozen rock solid just like she likes it. My hot fudge sundae was excellent. I highly recommend this particular DQ.

This Dairy Queen is exceptionally clean. The staff were super friendly as were the "locals" who answered my crazy crop questions. My mother and I had frozen coffee drinks that were delicious. If we ever pass through again we will definitely stop by.

This is one of very few old fashioned Dairy Queen locations remaining, and it's quite charming. Service is excellent, they still have several classic menu items, and the atmosphere is hard to beat. Both parking and seating are a bit cramped, but this is a must-visit place for a Jim Dandy and soft serve the way they've done it for 50 years!

This is a step back in time kind of place .With the red seated chairs and outdoor seating area .Dated tiles on the floor and old b/w pictures on the wall that validate my statement. I loved the atmosphere and the food was good too, plus it's real close to Reelfoot lake .

Gone downhill. Food is average or below. Really slow service, and been that way for years. Ice cream is partially melted by the time you get it. Still one of the only Dairy Queens that do not have a full Dq menu. Okay for a quick bite if you have 30 mintues to wait for a burger.
