We don't love fast food, but this place was awesome. Shockingly low prices for burgers (literally under $5) and fries and everything else. And generous sizes of everything. The people were nice too. The view though was best of all, such a peaceful picnic table area right next to the river. Convenient place to stop on the way to The Dragon.

No Restrooms!!The attendant said they've been here 60 years and never had restrooms, and she was proud of it. Considering this is the beginning, or end, of the Cherohala Skyway, you would think that they would be more considerate of their customer's needs!!The food is very good (as I set here wondering where I'm going to find a restroom!!).With the business that they take in, I would think that they would at least spring for a port-a-potty!!

A cool spot by the river! Driving through the mountains we decided to stop and cool off. Our poodle wanted ice cream! Out door seating for all including your four legged family members.Walk up orders and outside seating by the river, not a bad place to be!If you're in the area make a stop here.Parking: Plenty of parking, it's a gravel parking area but it's well maintained. Kid-friendliness: Out door seating tables.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room for anyone in a wheelchair, it is on gravel but it's small well packed doown.

Absolutely best hot dog I’ve ever had. I hate slaw..basically all slaw. But not their slaw. I LOVE their slaw. I got like a gallon of it for part of my wedding food lol. Always very nice people. Right on the river. Amazing place all around. Only downfall is no bathrooms. But there are some right down the road, and also they don’t take credit/debit cards. So BRING CASH!

The food is absolutely amazing and we've always made it our go-to favorite place to eat. You get to eat, take in the beautiful river and nature all at once! Very very clean and the staff are as nice as can be. They go above and beyond to make sure you have an unforgettable time! After you enjoy the Beach Drive In, you can drive on up to Bald River Falls and enjoy the true beauty! Trust me, if you haven't been to Tellico Beach Drive In then you must give it a try. You will not disappointed!Parking: Parking depends on the day you go. Some days, especially on summer days, holidays, and weekends. It can be packed and you may have to squeeze in, but I've never seen a person not able to find a spot to park (I'm sure there has been times some haven't been able to park, just none of the times we've came here)

Been a very long time since I have eaten here. Let me start off by saying how friendly the staff was. I was actually greeted at both the windows by a gentleman and a young lady at the other. Both offered to take my order promptly. I placed a rather large order with the lady and she quickly jotted down my order with no mistakes as I had some specific ways the food be prepared. She verified the order with me once I was done. Then rang it up and I paid. Let me add at the time not knowing how good the food was. For what all we got a very good price. She then gave me a ticket with my number for the order. I asked her how long it would be and she said about 15-20 minutes. I walked back to the van and after about 10 minutes the gentleman whom greeted me at the order window came up to the window and said your food is ready. Wow that was fast. Made two trips back to the van with our food and drinks. My bacon cheeseburger was absolutely delicious. Matter of fact it was so good I ordered another and it was done in a couple of minutes. The meat would melt in your mouth and the bun was so soft. My wife had the foot long hotdog with slaw and chili. She loved it to. Said the slaw was better than anything she had ever had. My daughter also had a plain foot long hot dog and is already begging me to go back. We sat in the car due to Covid exposure. We have a social needs tracheotomy son and couldn’t get him out in public. The view is wonderful. Having grown up in the area it’s what you are accustomed too.Bring cash. No cards accepted!IF YOU ARE IN THE AREA THIS IS A MUST STOP!!

Average greasy roadside food. Staff wore no gloves, were on their phones while working, and audibly complained when they were tipped $1 for simply taking my order. Honestly, I was being generous with the tip. The lady taking orders was on her phone for a solid minute before she noticed me at the window. Man who I suspect is the owner (???) was giving his daughter a shoulder massage while she was working the grill? Not even sure what to say about that. I'm still in a state of shock.

This is a great place to stop to grab a bite to eat - we’ve been coming here since 2007. It’s drive-in grub so burgers, dogs, fries, etc and I’d recommend trying their beach burger.It seems best to hit it slightly off of normal rush times as they can be short staffed with a bit of a wait.It’s right on the river and it’s a good spot to take a break while you’re visiting the area’s sites. No inside seating but there are covered areas and lots of picnic tables.

Beautiful location and old fashioned delicious!!!! Wesplit a small cheeseburger and chicken sammy, footlong chili slaw dog, munchies sides.The dog was great nice and sloppy. The burger was juicy and tasty with fresh toppings falling off. Chelsea's sammy and snacks were on point for roadside fare and the view in the back is worth the hourish drive it took for us to get there. Took the skyway and tail of the dragon home. Happy drive and lunch .

Most of the time this place is normally good. But on this day, it wasn’t I ordered a burger with cheese no bun because I can’t have bread and they put it in a french fry paper. The cheese was stuck to the paper. I had to pick it all off had no way of eating it when it should’ve been put in a container. You can see through the window after ordering your food and watch them make no one was wearing gloves it took aver 45 mins to get 3 burgers and fries that was old after driving over a hour to get there u would hope good good food cooked fresh

Prices were amazing, especially considering they were the exclusive option. The ice cream was great. The hush puppies and burger were both good. It is cash or check only so keep that in mind when visiting. The dining is right on the Tellico River and the views are very nice. Stop by here if you are in the area.Parking: You can sit right in your car and enjoy the river if you'd like.Kid-friendliness: The kids loved watching the river while eating their ice cream.

A great place to take a visit after riding the Skyway for hours. The food tastes good I only wish the burgers were a lot larger and fit the bun. Seems like a wonderful attraction for the locals who love to swim eat ice cream and enjoy their time close to home.

Though it took a while we all enjoyed our ice cream. Employees were personable and part of why this is a popular place. The ceiling fans are very low in front of the order window; my brother-in-law received a free haircut.

I have been going here for 40 years , and I learned how to swim in the river behind the restaurant. My parents came here when they were young , Its a beautiful place and wonderful food, and the ice cream is amazing. Just remember there isn't a public restroom, so make sure you go before you run up the river to the beach..Parking: On weekends, especially, it's hard to find a parking spot, but you can always find a place to park a little up past the beach and then a small walk over to the restaurantKid-friendliness: There is a little area for kids to play and swim. It's like a little beach area..Wheelchair accessibility: There is no wheelchair access.
