Not the best customer service but low prices that isn't usual with other grocery stores around here. I needed help finding something and staff in the store weren't keen on helping at all. There were a lot of phones out and store employees were all having conversations and it was very busy. By the time I was ready to check out there was about 10 people in line already and one cashier, poor guy. No other cashiers were opening, however the line was shrinking pretty quickly so my wait wasn't too long. It is the only option in town to go shopping though.The store should be better staffed than this and staff should be more motivated to help customers, especially in the front.

This place is a nightmare to both get into and get out of. Parking is literally nonexistent and difficult to navigate. Barely visible lines make it hard to park anywhere correctly so vehicles are parked all over the place. Inside the store is fairly clean although upon entering it seems like a rotting produce smell hovers at the entrance. Selections are competitive and stock is good. If you frequently shop here some of the items are not always in stock and substitutions aren't always acceptable. Check out is usually quick and cashiers are always friendly.

It is a basic grocery store. Occasionally has some great deals. Meat is good. Prices are low. Not a lot of variety due to the size of the store. The staff is nice and helpful. Currently only grocery in town.

Store carries alot of variety and the clerks are friendly and very professional. They could really use more sales people or stockers to help clear the aisles with inventory and restock the shelves, etc.

Not great but it's the only grocery store in Tellico so what can you do? The prices are pretty high. The manager named Shelia is quite hateful. Stories from previous employees are pretty nightmarish. They don't seem to care too much about customer service.

Clean store and friendly staff. Low variety due to being a Savalot. Meats are good, the ground chuck is much better cooking quality than Walmart. The ribs were good quality as well.

Staff is really friendly.. But,, when you're the "only show in town" you're not really interested in quality. The better cuts of meat are sub-standard. Stay away from them especially when they run a sale. They're just trying to dump them fast. It a Save-a-lot...you spend as much there as you would Wal-Mart. I call it Save-a-loser.

Trash store, while on vacation here from Illinois we were staying in Coker Creek so this was the only grocery store close to us and had to unfortunately shop here. The cuts of pork chops we’re subpar and spoiled unusually quick and the milk we bought had a week and a half sell by date left and when opened it was spoiled. My wife tried bringing it right back driving another 20 mins into town to exchange and they refused to do it bc we didn’t have a receipt that the young guy clerk never gave us in the first place. This young man at the register did take the time to make my wife feel very uncomfortable though by hitting on her and speaking/staring at her chest instead of with her. He went as far as trying to obtain her number lol and couldn’t take a straight forward “I’m married and I don’t feel my husband would appreciate me giving you my number”. So there is more detail for the inquiry you left on my review. Unfortunately I’m back home or I’d come up and speak with you and that young man personally about manners. Thanks!

It's not the location I dislike it's just not a grocery store I'm used to, very limited stuff and I like to cook fresh handmade meals so I was super disappointed when I realized they didn't have much, but again I'm not used to tiny grocery stores like this one. I drove 20 miles to the food city for fresh stuff.

Save A Lot is affordable great quality food for your family. It is my opinion they have the best Produce department beating Walmart hands down. I do wish the one in Madisonville carried more brand names.

Not a great selection if your hunting for brand names- but try the off brands- they are good! Excellent meat selection- they cut our ribeyes extra thick for us in the meat dept!

I was quite impressed with selection and quality of goods at this store. The nearest Aldi is probably in Atlanta. This place is a remarkable close copy without the European pretentions.

As the only supermarket in town there is little choice but to shop here if you stay local.Although the staff are helpful and friendly the choices and reliability of the stock is often disappointing and frustrating.Saying that, I'm glad it's there!

1 cashier needed help for 15 mins, line wad so long no one to help her check out, so save alot wrote back, saying the are short staff to keep cost down. NO, THERE WAS 3 CASHIERS, BOTH WALKES OFF NOT TO BE FOUND AS I, AND 10 OTHER PEOPLE WALKED UP, the poor girl working got into a panic because she had no help, which bruised my fruit because she was in a hurry to put in a bag. Do not make excuses for poor staff. Those young men, walked off as I walked up and at least 10 others behind me. That was rude and lazy on the boys part, as a store manager, keep your cashiers at there stations when it's that busy and ot was super busy

It's alright not too limited in variety. Usually have amazing specials and sales on their meats but sometimes when you go in they don't have hardly any specials on their meats but when they do they are so great I get all my meats there and stock uo on and freeze whatever they have on sale

Off brand groceries made by the brand name retailers usually at cheap prices. Pay half price at the end of the shopping trip. Plus you're getting good that's just as good.
