Of all the Dollar General Stores in my area this store is so cluttered can’t get a cart in isle merchandise is in floor all over. So dangerous for falls store number 16315 Telford not sure if there is not enough people to do the stocking but something needs to be done before a accident happens

Nobody ever working register when I walk in OR check out. Staff is sitting in office talking and on their phones. Inventory on carts blocking isles for days. Parking lot trash/debris is never cleaned up- litter lines parking lot and side areas. It's years of disgusting slop building up. Zero pride in management and a total eye sure to the community. The community deserves better.

The store typically has stock held up in the aisles to the point that you can't even shop. You can't see around them, and you can't get past them and it just really looks unprofessional. I would understand it If Maybeit was just occasionally. I know they get busy or get behind, but it's almost always like this at at least two of the Dollar General's and in Jonesborough.

CLEAN UP YOUR PROPERTY!!!People are nice but the grounds always have garbage laying around. It's embarrassing. And they never have enough help. You'll wait awhile.

The store is not friendly for people with disabilities because we can't move in there. The isles are too narrow and merchandise is all over the place. The parking lots are disgusting full of trash and cigarettes. 2 min drive to somewhere else for those who expect some level of cleanliness is worth it.

Not the best store, but certainly not a bad one either. The people who work there are very nice, and do their best to help you if you need it. The store is clean, has a decent selection of items, and the location is handy for those who don't drive, or just need to grab a few things without the hassle of driving into JC. The only downside, I feel, is that they need a few more employees to help run the cash registers... especially during the holidays. This store is definitely what it is..the good ole handy dandy Dollar General. Happy Holidays Everyone🎄⛄🦌

The store is always a mess and it's not changed in over 2 years, the inventory sign is just a excuse. Management is poor and needs replaced. The store is always out of stuff or it's in the back room still and no one will go get it 🤦 you have to shove carts out of your way just to get through a isle so it's also a health hazard and a half and has remained this way for the most part of 2+ years update here we are over a year later and it's even worse (edited to say starting to look better than it was for sure)

Store was messy and disorganized. I know Christmas just finished but it wasn’t acceptable. Shelves were also not properly organized. I did find some great buys especially for my daughter with panda socks.I would go back but I’d like to see it cleaned up. The customer service was good.I look forward to seeing the store in the near future.

I enjoy going to this Dollar General in particular as they have items the other sites sell out of and don't have often. The only problem I've had there has been how much higher the prices are compared to the other Dollar General stores. The staff has been helpful and kind every time I've visited the store.

DG is one of my favorite stores,especially if Jeremy is working. He is always so helpful and polite while being professional. As always taking care of each and every customer promptly and treats you like family. He makes it a great store and a pleasure to shop there.

The place is forever busy . The people that run the store never order and stock there shelves correctly. When they do finally decide to stock the shelves they will do so right in the middle of a busy time . The thing is that the company makes the person that runs the register go off and stock shelves until the line wraps around the candy isle .?Then when they decide to finally take care of waiting customers they will open 1 register . Even though they have 3 registers and a self checkout that has had a sign on it that says coming soon for 4 months .I believe that it has to be one of the most poorly ran stores around anywhere. Also id like to mention how when you go to checkout the person alot of times talks to the customers about how they are overworked underpaid and

I like the fact that if I need an item or 2 this store is much closer than going to Jonesborough. I don't like the fact that I have been in this location multi times and there is always boxes or carts full of items sitting in the isles. They only have 1 employee running the register. I have stood in a line of 10 or more people waiting to be checked out.

Cashier was nice, but the store always seems to be cluttered with carts of merchandise. It's hard to get to anything with all the stuff setting around. It's like this almost every single time I've been.

It's close but they never have what you are looking for there shelves are always empty and one of there managers always follows people around like they are going to steal something but if you want a good dollar general the one in jonesborough beside Arbys is the best place to go the workers there are very nice and good people and they don't stereotype you

It's the messiest dollar general I've ever been in. My first time ever going into that store and probably my last. You couldn't see anything on the shelves granted they where trying to stock but you couldn't get a buggie all the way thru not one aisle in the entire store. Wouldn't recommend that store to anyone terrible

Worst store ever....the inside is as dirty and unorganized as the parking lot!!! You can't find or get to anything....most of the shopping carts are full of junk and are pushed in random places all over the store. I would rather drive 10 miles out of my way and pay more, just to avoid going in this store.

This store was very clean and well organized. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Also have great sense of humor and wonderful smiles. Prices are great and coupons welcomed.

Shelves not stocked, huge loads of products stacked on carts, cant even maneuver you buggy in the aisles---- huge fire hazard!!!!!!!. No employees to assist you. Usually one register only , open , long lines. And the list goes online, and on. HIRE SOME PEOPLE!!!!!!

This store is always a mess! There are buggies, boxes, and carts of merchandise everywhere that need to be put out. It makes walking through the store difficult and shopping unenjoyable. I have started avoiding the store due to the mess and having to wait so long to check out when only 1 line is open.

Every dollar general I have been in is cluttered.the isle is full of stuff to put up to where you can't bring a cart down it.it would make sense to hire a night stocker. Makes me claustrophobic.

I get everything here that i would buy at Walmart but get it cheaper.their miracle whip is 3.25 for a qt. jar and 6 29 at walmart.theyre folgers coffee is 6 25 qll the time qnd 8.99 at walmart
