I went on a Sunday afternoon. The employees couldn't have been any more kind. I took several pictures. Clean & organized. My friend had gotten a pair of work boots at the Tractor Supply in Middlesboro, Kentucky location. The boots were too tight. So exchanged at this location. He did have to pay the sales tax difference since purchased in Kentucky is 6 percent sales tax & Tennessee is 9.25 percent tax. A Smooth transaction. Will return. Thank you Tractor Supply Co

I shopped at the TSC in NewTazewell, TN. The salesman, Collin went above and beyond to find what we needed and had it available when we drove an hour to the store. He was amazing and very friendly and accommodating. He deserves any additional recognition that you might afford him!!!

The only reason I gave 4 stars is because a lot of items here can be purchased elsewhere for quite a bit less.However, thsre is a vast supply of pet and farm animal feed, gardening needs, cute little chicks in the spring ( no, I'mnot talking about pretty girls)😁 , outdoor decor, grills and such, and lots more.Easy access from the highway, wheelchair friendly, clean and friendly employees.

One of my favorite store to go into. We go in at least 3 times a week. Most of the time we go in to just look around. There's always someone at the counter with a smile and a big hello. Sometimes it hard to find someone to help you but its still a great place to shop for your feed and animal supplys

The worst service I’ve ever had, if you can even call it that. Me and my family went there for dog food and dewormer. The dewormer was locked, when we asked the cashier for help he just kept saying aisle 5. Then we told him we needed someone to unlock it, we waited by the dewormer for 8 or so minutes before deciding to leave. On our way out the cashier, who was sitting there with 2 other people, told us “Don’t come back.” If at all possible I would give it less than 1 star, but in order to leave a review it has to be one.

Great new store and great customer service. I had my propane tanks refilled and paid at the pump. He told me if I needed a receipt I could get it at the front desk inside. By the time I had my 3 tanks loaded up and heading towards the front entrance. He was heading out to hand me my receipt. I really appreciate that kind of service.

Pretty nice store ladies at the front were nice and welcoming. Way nicer than the middlesboro location. Also has a do it yourself dog grooming station for you pet lovers 👍👍
