I signed up for the Walmart Plus so I can have items delivered. The associates that “shop” for my orders never put any effort into finding items or picking better quality items. Damaged, expiring with in days, etc. I also end up going straight to the store to get items that the associates marked “out of stock,” I effortlessly find them every time, same day and I don’t work retail. My recent order; the associate did not store the pick up items correctly, meaning, frozen items were thawed out when I received them and one bag of frozen (thawed out, mushy) yeast rolls were partially opened. I guess shopping for pick up orders is a very complicated job for them. I canceled my Walmart Plus, I have to return to the store every time I place a delivery so why pay monthly.

The store is becoming less family friendly to any families with more than one child and this is whyHave spoke with management and corporate multiple times in the last 6 months and yet they are making it to where we have started taken our business to other stores

It seems as if this store has gotten progressively worse over the years.When shopping in the grocery department, the aisles are always crowded with employees stocking shelves and pushing large pallets of products. I understand this is necessary, but I don't understand why it can't be done at night and why it is almost every aisle, every day.When it is time to checkout, aside from self checkout, the only lanes that are ever open are #4 and #5 and at times only one of them will be open. This of course leads to incredibly long lines and incredibly frustrated shoppers.Of course when it's time to leave, the employee at the door, more often than not, wants to see your receipt. I love how they study the receipt and then look at your cart before nodding their heads and giving you the ok to move on signal, as if they can see through the bags and have visually verified all items are on your receipt and that you are not a theif, even though you are treated like one.This store does have one redeeming quality... It's pharmacy! The Pharmacists and Techs are always so helpful and kind and make every effort to go e you fast service while also answering any questions you may have. Love those folks!If you are in Sweetwater and need to hit the store, Walmart is not a great choice, but it is one of the only choices.

Waited for someone in fitting rooms for 15 minutes after asking someone 3 times. Tried calling the operator at Walmart to get someone but no one answered. Walmart, yal can do better!

I went in to exchange a pressure washer I purchased two months ago and stopped working. I handed her my receipt and was in and out with a new one in less than 10 minutes.

The sweet water Walmart is one of the nicest walmarts you'll ever be in. The staff are friendly and helpful.The store is clean and well organized.And always stocked well

Entire store is a mess while under construction. Over half the parking spaces have been taken away with the new Duncan donuts they built in the parking lot and the building expansion. Not even the workers can find anything. Wasn't worth the trip into the store.

This has got to be the absolute worst walmart in the entire country since all the older employees have retired no customer service no courtesy completely rude behavior will tell you they don't have something and then you end up finding it when I worked here there was honor pride and kindness now you could probably die in an isle and the employees would probably just step over you

I absolutely hate Walmart in the biggest reason is. They're not cheap like they used to be the next reason you they expect you to check your own merchandise how and then they probably have more people in. Theft controlled than they do working in the store.They could eliminate this by having somebody check you out but you can expect your stuff to be gone through and if you miss anything you can expect to have the. Police called on you now the problem I have with that is I don't steal don't need to.But if I go there to buy groceries I don't go to buy 1 or 2 items. I would buy a month's worth of groceries at a time because I don't like going to the grocery store. The problem I have is there's very few choices that we have in the area because they've driven all of the small stores out of business and now. They've raised their price and raise their price and raise their price.There's nothing in their food department.The 2 can't buy El square but the problem that we have is simple.They do have a big variety and they chased all the little stores out of business.I would never go to another Walmart except for my wife. She seems to like it because she can get everything she wants at 1 location now as far as the Store it's always clean the bathrooms are always dirty heaven help you if you needed to go to a bathroom expected to be clean the baby cleaning. What's a day if they do that but with the amount of people? They. Go? In and out they actually need to have a person in their clinic at constantly because it's always dirty.

Never in my life have I been with two really happy easy-going ladies that got tonight!! If that lady is going to remain a manager somebody seriously needs to take time and work with her on her customer service skills! so bad by a couple of the staff members from this location. They had to wait all day on a ride to go to the grocery store and at last minute they're ride canceled on them. My aunt called and asked if I can give her a ride I was two cities away so it took me about an they actually and a half to 2 hours by the time we arrive to The Sweetwater location Walmart it was almost 7:00 p.m. I think these ladies not being at a store and almost a month had some serious shopping to do but not knowing that it closed at 11:00 p.m. and only receiving one PA announcement the lady with the dark shoulder length hair who was obviously some type of management was a total jerk these were very sweet little ladies they weren't being rude they did not deserve her attitude and it really agitates me at the end of the day that people are allowed to get paid to treat people that terribly my aunts friend was threatened she may not get to finish purchasing her groceries and items because the registers were already shut down. Well apparently she went to the wrong register because that's where the rude manager lady just short of yelling at her told her she'd have to check out there's no reason to treat people like that you don't know what anybody else is going through you don't know how hard it was for her to get to the grocery store even have the money for groceries !!! how dare you? I'm certain that's not what Sam Walton was thinking about with his customer service management team! Dear Manager lady that was a total jackass If you really hate your job that bad please for the love of every person that has to shop at that store, QUIT NO ONE WANTED OR DESERVED Your jerk of an attitude. Wal-Mart has got it going on today! I arrived at 6:30 am to plenty of staff attending to customers every need and the local police dept. making rounds up & down the isles. Everyone is friendly and efficient.

Hate having to go here, most the staff is rude, they themselves are not very helpful on finding items in the store, the prices are overpriced and they never have enough cashier's but plenty of self serve checkout (free labor)

This store has been remodeled and that's nice- 5 starsBut so much is moved around! Jewelry is halfway back and on the left, Parchment paper is apparently next to electronics? -1 star. Not cool.Yes, "I could look up things on the app". But it was more important to keep my 3 year old from getting in trouble than to be on the phone.

Employees standing around everywhere with their faces in their phones but absolutely no customer weighted 45 minutes and automotive to get a car stereo as two different employees to get me someone to unlock the case with no results ask a third person for assistance whom I found an electronics only to have her roll her eyes at me needless to say I did not receive any assistance therefore I left the store without purchasing anything

Fairly busy, hard to find help when needed, seems to be understocked. Parking is adequate. Some prices are a little higher than other stores. Self checkout is easy and more spacious.

Well I went into the wal mart in sweetwater went to use my gift card and it has money on it and it wouldn't take my gift card. So I finally got a girl to come over there(well actually 2 came over) they tried a couple of things and I had to go to customer service which I had to wait awhile . In all honesty they should give me a gift card for the inconvenience and me having to wait awhile cause there was only one person at customer service . I do all my shopping at wal mart but today was just not a good day there it stressed me out
