Terrific prices on great food. Their meat is the best - price, taste, tender. fresh etc. This is a great discount grocery. Their prices are great and selection is excellent. You can have them email you their weekly ad so you know what is on sale etc.

They angus beef on sale. Stop by, and the wonderful butcher ed find the best one for me and my family . He even helped me find the 50 50 ground meat i use to make gyoza. I cooked some after i Marinated the meat for 24 hours. I cook it medium rare. It turn it very good. Very tinder and juicy.

They have great sales, if you are shopping for a family then the meat prices on family packs are great! Good produce specials as well, I believe they source locally when possible as well.Only thing I don't care for is not knowing if they will stock from week to week. Like running in for a loaf of rye bread, or a specific salad dressing ECT. I do feel like I get a great value on the thing I do buy though!

Love visiting here every time I'm in town! Great deals on basic staples, and sometimes stuff I never knew I needed! Found 8 dollar vegan cheese today for 2 bucks, and was stoked! Do watch the expiration dates, because some things are past due, but overall, love it!

This one is the best UGO. I lived in Oak Ridge when they had one and recently in Lenoir City which has a small one. I'm not sure if there is another one that compares to this one in the region.

Great prices. Sometimes find real big savings on name-brand products. We've never had any problems with anything. Could be a tiny bit cleaner; overall very good. Friendly employees.

I love this place. Is it fancy? No. It's not trying to be. Is it somewhat dated? Oh yah. But if you are willing to look past those unimportant things, this is a great little grocery store FULL of deals on great food. I have probably cut my monthly grocery bill in half since I started going and I'm buying the same products I would've bought at my "usual" store. Employees are always friendly. Fastest checkout experience you will ever have. We visit many times a week. I wish I had discovered it years earlier. Think of all the money I could've saved.

This place is great for saving money on food and toiletries. The items are close to the best by date so keep that in mind. They do have great prices, a decent selection of items, and a good looking meat department. I don't buy a lot of meat but all the meat I bought here was good. The people that work there are very nice and helpful. This is a good store and I love shopping here.

Generally a lot of closeout items sold cheap. It's sort of a dive, but it's worth it for the deals and this one is actually better than the one in Lenoir City, closer to my home. My suggestion to the workers there: use the loud speaker to announce when you're closing, rather than lurk around the aisles and be angry towards unassuming customers. Not everyone checks closing times on the door when entering, especially when your neighbors are open later!

It's a great place to shop on a budget! Just remember to check dates as the reason you're getting such great deals is over stock items and short shelf life. However, going in knowing this is why I give 5 stars. You can also find great oddities you didn't even know about.

Ugo is NOT a place you want to rely on to get all your groceries. However, it is an excellent place to"fill the gaps" in your shopping list. Most times they have a specific item that would cost more at other stores. We always check the meat department and frozen section for entrees, and then finish our shopping elsewhere. That all being said, check the sell by dates carefully, as ugo does not like to throw out food and will simply mark expired food down to an insane price. But if you know anything about buying food, this is an excellent money saving store.

We always do our major meat shopping at UGO there staff are pleasant to deal with you're never waiting in a long line and even if you're in the wrong they never treated us with any kind of semitism. They have always been respectable, courteous, and very pleasant. I really give them a 5 star rating the only Quan I have is that some things that they carry are a sometimes if ur lucky type thing. But for the most part I wouldn't go anywhere else to shop

I was disappointed. I wanted to buy a whole ribeye and it was the same price as steaks. Since they trimmed the steaks, I figured they would trim the whole one. I was wrong, so I wound up not getting any.

The most affordable place to get grocery items. You never know what they have in stock till you get there and shop. Sometimes really good finds. I always check out every aisle. If you see something you love ,stock up. The inventory changes all the time so get it while you can.
