Sales associate who answered the phone was so helpful and knowledgeable. Flowers ordered were for a friend whose mother had passed away. He sent us a picture of the arrangement and it was beautiful. I would highly recommend this florist.

The staff was very nice and helpful.Keeping in mind you are in a store/shop,the area was private with kitchen and restroom. The tables are lovely with plenty of seating. We also took time to shop after our event. The shop has a variety of gifts for any occasion!!! Love Sweetwater flower shop and thank you for helping make my granddaughter’s and niece’s baby shower a beautiful event.

Could not have asked for better service. I send a picture of that I was looking for but need to add a few more flowers and change the ribbon. Sweetwater Flower Shop when send me a picture of the finished arrangement for my approval before sending it out for delivery. I could not have asked for better customer service, simply love working with them for all my flower needs in the Sweetwater area.

A dozen roses were mutilated during prep, thorns plucked off as well as leaves, making the flowers wilt the same day as delivery. Disappointing to see, as they were a very thoughtful gesture from a special person. Wouldn't recommend ordering from this flower shop and we won't be ordering in the future.

THIS IS MY GO TO FLOWER SHOP AND BOUTIQUE!!!! Casey has literally been my floral saving grace for multiple events!!!!! I wanted an arrangement made for my mom utilizing a Bogg bag and YOU SHOULD HAVE SEEN IT!!!!! Casey has the absolute cutest things in stock for all kinds of fun shopping!
