My husky is very dramatic, but she cut his nails and he never made one sound or tried to get away, she didn't use a muzzle or leash, just cut them in her office. I used this groomer years ago with my Shih Tzu and she did my parents Australian Shepherd. This is where he will go from now on even though don't live 8n Sweetwater! Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our experience and time with her. She made my little max very comfortable by petting him so much!! He wasn't stressed or shaking when I picked him up. Did I mention he gave Ashlee sugars? He sure did!! That told me I have found my groomer!!! I would recommend her to anyone that needs anything done on their fur baby!!! Highly recommend her!!

I really appreciate the way they have handled my 2 fur babies when they cut their toe nails. They are in and out in no time plus I don't have to have a appointment. I took my cat here a time or two for bathing and nail trimming! The wonderful and caring people that made her feel very comfortable, were a blessing! They even let her stay in the kennel of her choice, they told me she didn't like the one she was put in, so they moved her! I was impressed by that Act alone! They loved on her and talked to her like I would! She smelled so wonderful and was so soft! I would definitely recommend this place for all your grooming needs! Brenda

Our sheepdog was a complete matted mess when we brought her to Pooches and Puddycats. Within hours our dog was well cut and looking like her beautiful self again. The owner/groomer knew that our dog had never been to a groomer before and quickly put us at ease with her patience and clear explanation of how our dog would be treated with gentleness. A perfect job!

I have used this place twice for my Shih Tzu. And will continue to use them. He always looks great when I pick him up. Last time I took him the groomer told me he had diarrhea with blood four times. He didn’t have diarrhea before I took him or after we got him home. I think maybe he gets extremely nervous about being groomed. But they are very patient with him. She took him out to potty 4 times and still had him done on time. I have shown up early to pick him up both times and found the groomer to be meticulously trimming the hair on his head. They take their time to make sure I’m happy with his hair. Sweet ladies! I highly recommend this business.

Love that they are open so early in the morn and they are so gentle and patient with my little peanut he is a very small chi and hates having his nails done would not take him anywhere else they are so patient with him and so quick to get it done and over with for him so he is not in any discomfort.
