Today, Jack went to his new Groomer for the first time (Jacqueline's Happy Pup Parlor) & we are SUPER pleased. He hasn't been groomed in awhile because we were looking for a new one. Sadly, his old Groomer we had upon moving here, has had many issues come about & we need our baby safe & back to us in a timely manner. Jacqueline & Fiona from Jacqueline's Happy Pup Parlor came highly recommended. From the moment we called to schedule the appt, she was extremely nice & efficient, with text confirmations & reminders also. Upon arriving, we were met with smiles & a cute building with a fenced yard for the furry babies to potty & feel comfortable coming in. The gals immediately welcomed us both. The place was super clean, smelled good, was safe & nice and cool with AC inside. After past experiences & the stories I've been hearing about the Horrors with Groomers, I've been kind of reluctant to take him anywhere, but this was an AWESOME place, I felt comfortable leaving my doggy at. She said about an hour. She text me updating me on how he was doing, then about 45 minutes after dropping him off, she text me to let me know he'd be ready in 15 minutes, WOW, what Service! When we picked him up, he looked great and smelled yummy. I can tell he loved the girls too, totally stress free acting 🙂Thank You so much, Jacqueline & Fiona, we will be back FOR SURE. Would Recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jacqueline is absolutely wonderful with my very senior pittie. She’s great with all dogs but especially with dogs that have special needs or behavioral issues. I trust her with my dog and that says A LOT. Her pricing is very reasonable as well. I’m so glad to have found her. As an added bonus I’ve seen Jacqueline take in strays (huge problem in this area) to safely hold them until the owner could be found and also foster strays for a local rescue (Woof Woof Fosters) here in Sweetwater. She’s one of a kind. You won’t be disappointed with her services.

Jacqueline has done some really amazing things for dogs! She offers to help out with our rescue dogs constantly, she is fostering for our rescue, and is very professional! We have had nothing but great experiences with her and would recommend her to anyone! Highly recommend her and her services.

Jacqueline has been WONDERFUL with my little reactive chihuahua since he was a baby! He is very very shy with new people, however, she doesn’t let that hold her back! She has always taken good care of any dog in her care! 10/10 HIGHLY suggest her as a groomer! Her personality, and work with dogs is something to really cherish!

Maggie had never been professionally groomed before, but they took excellent care of her and she seemed to enjoy her time here! I was worried because she stresses out when we go to the vet, but she seemed very happy when I picked her up!

Truly an amazing groomer, she works with your dogs comfort level, and gets to know the pup beforehand, she amazing with anxious dogs, and if your fur covered friend needs to be the only one in the salon she will make sure that happens!
