My daughter and I were in there last night right before closing and the lady working made the call that we had 10 min til closing and the other guy working "Johnathon " literally said to his coworker you made the call and none of these MF has even came up here. They thought it was funny until I spoke up and told them what I thought. I did call and make a complaint but I'm sure nothing will be done..

After waiting in a line approximately 7 minutes with 8 other customers behind me it finally my turn with the cashier. Only one register open with a line almost to front door, I knew that a higher up cashier had to ring my GO2BANK prepaid ADD TO MY CARD BALANCE at another cash register. I inquired and was told she was unloading the truck, just a minute , plz step aside so the next one in line can continue. NO PROBLEM. About 3 minutes later the higher up lady appeared and she informed me that it was going to be a while before she was done with the truck. She didn't want to stop til she finished truck.WHAT???Not stop and help a cash paying customer ($500 + $2 fee). And my buggy with $64 of items I wish to purchase? Apparently the truck comes before the customer. I told her to don't worry about it, I'm sure that I could find someone who appreciates cash business. I left empty handed.Normally- I spend $400+ monthly at dollar tree and that DOESN'T INCLUDE GO2BANK total.I will NEVER STEP FOOT INTO THAT STORE AGAIN.Without customers they don't need that truck unloaded.

Well went to Dollar Tree to get a few things and found them but this was the Sweetwater DT I live in Madisonville and both stores have basically the same stuff but not everything the one in Madisonville has a much more of a verity of stuff maybe it is bigger not sure and the cash register is in the corner of the Sweetwater Store which I found kinda strange oh well I love the store

Always dirty . I went there the other night and they were using boxes to block off isles. This woman started yelling at people for moving them to try to get thru. There are always boxes in the floor so were not gonna know. there was a woman in a yelling match with a customer over the box. The woman working there stomped thru the store went over the intercom and said we have boxes blocking off the isles bc were unloaded a truck. After she stomps back thru. Will not be back.

I was in your store today 02/09/21 I am a shower at the store on 919 hwy 86 in Sweetwater went to get some thing. But ending up at dollar general to buy my stuff. The man unloading a truck was very rude to me they had entpy boxes blocking that the iles I ask if some one could get me something and again was the ride man telling me no. Not only a fire hasered was there but shoppers could not get around in the store manager would not talk to me and the cashiers would not go get her I will never go back to your stores again good day

It's what we call a dollar store. Everything is a dollar and you get what you pay for. They got most things you're looking for though so if you're low on cash but need something don't hesitate popping in and checking. Stock changes month to month so no guarantee a specific item will be in but nothing a minute search won't fix.

The store in sweetwater Tn. The manger was cussing the cashier and customers ask him to stop cursing in front of the kids in the store. He said he would do as he pleased. Then he told the customers to get out of the store. You don't do this in any store.

Employees super nice. Store was well maintained. It was the cleanest and well stocked. I have been to many Dollar trees lately and Sweetwater Dollar tree employees deserve a raise

Small Dollar Tree store. Not very big at all. This dollar tree location was once a Family dollar and it should have stayed that way. They had much more to offer. This dollar tree is what seems to be a condensed version of a dollar tree.. but they kept the stuff they should have left out.
