Horrible customer service, William was rude and of no help. Trying to pick up T posts up outside in the rain. William simply said I can't bring that in here talking about the flat push cart. We said we know, he the promptly turned away and walked out as we struggled to pick up fencing and T posts. When asked he kept going. I'm not very impressed with this store. We only stopped here because we were on this side of town. I will stick with Ashland City store from now on

Same as most any TSC.One thing most people don't know is you can get your propane tanks filled here. Not just swapped out, they fill your tank, and I always seem to get a full tank. This is great if you're running a little low and just need to top off your tank. You don't have to swap and lose what propane you have left!

I feel awful for not catching her name, but so grateful to the employee who went out of her way to help me find the grain I needed for my horses, and also helped me push it through the store and out to my truck while I had my baby sister in tow! Will definitely be back!

Several problems at this location. Drive to Ashland city you’ll receive much better care and service.I’m shocked the manager is still at this location with his arrogant attitude and lack of knowledge.

It was a clean store and excellent overall experience! The store manager was very professional, attentive, and helpful with recommendations of products that were suitable to my needs and the cashier was also very polite and courteous during the checkout transaction. I will definitely shop here again and would most certainly refer this store to any future shoppers. Kudos to Tractor Supply for hiring such awesome employees; those guys deserve a raise just for representing your company so well! Just sayin'...-I Am The ReBeLLe WTH a Cause-

Brought my daughters two dogs in to use the dog wash there was no apron in the dog wash of course I got soaked…. I had two large dogs and was given two small towels. After the baths I purchased a undercoat rake and a bone in the process my male dog marked a spot where he had smelled another dog ….I went to the counter to let her know that he had marked a small spot and was told to go clean it up myself that they don’t clean up P…. had I not told them yes they would’ve cleaned up the pee…I don’t mind cleaning up after my dogs but her attitude was extremely rude I could’ve walked out without saying a word like most dogs parents do but I am responsible dog owner I didn’t mind cleaning up the P I just didn’t appreciate the attitude!!! My dogs enjoy their trip to tractor supply!

I’ve shopped at TSC Springfield Tn for years. I bought a heater towards the end of last season, it worked 6 weeks an quit. I couldn’t find my receipt, returned to store an clerk said I could swap or get a store credit. I wanted another but they was out of stock. I was told I could swap when they got more. So yesterday I took the heater back (still in the box) was told I could swap or get a store credit an while the clerk was taking my info, a guy out of know where, rudely interups an says he can’t take it back without hearing anything I had to say. I told him to keep the dam thing an left it on the counter. I’ll never set foot another TSC

Went to TSC to buy Dog food! If Walmart in Springfield doesn't have wet dog food normally you can get everything for animals at TSC! Store is very neat and clean! The stores customer service individuals are very friendly and helpful

Good products. Also, you can get vaccines for your pets here to administer yourself for way cheaper than a vet. Make sure to read the instructions thoroughly and disinfect the area before injecting on your pet's hind haunch. Helpful tip for pet owners. Be responsible.

I saw a husqvarna weed eater online, went there to buy it and the whole section was empty. The manager was nice and the cashier was freindly but the manager checked the back and told me they have it but it's put up, and said sorry seasons over. They really had it but wouldn't sell it. I tried to order online but it says delivery unavailable. Don't waste your time at this store like I did

All our pet supplies come from TSC. We went through a spell where they never had the wet food we wanted, but haven't had that issue in several months. We really like the curb side pickup.

I always find what I need here, usually competitively priced, and the folks who work here are great! Super helpful and friendly! We love their 4 Health brand of dog food, so we've switched strictly to that and as such we are in this store pretty regularly.

This is one of the best tractor supplies ive been in. Several options and vast amounts of decor as well as plenty of space to look for whatever you might need. If you needed to find something the staff was rather friendly amd helpful as well. The store was also clean as a bonus.

There's a large selection of all kinds of things you would need no matter what you were looking for. We come here to get specialty food for our pets. And there is also a number of things needed to take care of livestock and everything needed on a farm. We even have a large selection of trailers and lawn equipment needed to do whatever task you are about to embark upon. the staff was all very friendly and willing to help. I was looking for a specific item for my pet and a staff member actually took me to the exact location of where this item was. I would have to say that their customer service is a priority.

TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO YOUR LOCAL CO-OP, ACE HARDWARE, OR HOME DEPOT.Wrote a detailed review regarding an issue but no response from owner or corporate. The whole ordeal resulted in me losing $60 with no product to show for it because management was too incompetent to handle their online ordering process or refunds. Terrible business and this locations management team is probably the worst I have ever seen from a store. Do yourself a favor and don't even bother here.

They do sell a lot of different stuff, many different things for trucks, they have all kinds of dog and pet accessories, they and sell propane and propane accessories. However, they do not sell tractors, the name is very misleading. But they do have really good service, and are very friendly and helpful.

The store is really nice and clean. I am pretty sure though in the likes of Ron Swanson on Parks and Recreation, "I know more then you do." when you walk in. You ask a question and you leave scratching your head from the answer.

Salespeople are friendly and helpful. Clerk checked the plants I planned to purchase to nake sure they would grow. Did not rate 5.0 because it is difficult to maneuver a snall cart through some aisles as they are crowded.

We get our dog food from TSC. We buy 5 (35lbs) bags at a time and it seems like every time we buy, it never fails it goes on sale $5 cheaper per bag within a week. Other than that the people are nice, store is clean.

I hope you don't need help finding anything, especially if you need to order it. They act like it's way too much to ask for them to look up a part for you even when it's for a mower you bought from them. I've tried them many times and always have the same experience.

Met the Peach Truck there this morning. Last time here this year. On the items they carry, Tractor Supply has good prices and good service. They are farm oriented. No refrigerated items or produce.

They always have what I'm looking for. Whether it is parts for lawnmowers, tools for yard work, feed-n-treats for your animals, and vaccinations for your critters. Makes it easy with friendly people too!
