Definitely will be a repeat customer after my first experience ordering from them! First off, I made a mistake with my order and delivery method, they called to help me figure it out and were understanding that I was trying to deal with it at work. Then, on delivery day a few hours before I was supposed to pick it up, my radiator in my truck busted and I was unable to drive anywhere. I called to let them know and asked if they could just hang onto it until I could drive again. And they offered to deliver it directly to my house instead. I wouldn’t ever expect them to do this as they have a delivery route and understandably don’t have time to do this for everyone all the time, but I thought it was so kind of them to help me out like that when I was dealing with a stressful situation. Just shows they care about their customers, which is such a rarity these days. Being new to raw feeding and being overwhelmed by everything to begin with, along with having a busy schedule with my job where I work 70 hours a week, I very much appreciate how helpful and understanding they are. It definitely reduced the stress. My only complaint is they’re only open while I’m at work. But I understand that they have busy lives of their own. Hoping someday there’s a Clarksville delivery location that drops off a little later. Regardless though, I will be a repeat customer even if I have to leave work a little early sometimes to make it on time. Thank you guys so so much for helping me and my dog!

This dog food has been a life saver for one of our delivery customers. Before finding this food our customer almost lost the life of this doodle because of all of the preservatives and by products found in dried kibble. Thanks for helping save a dog’s life!

These guys are the best! I ordered last minute and they were still able to fulfill my order and ship it out. I used to use RawfeedingMiami- not only is RPFDM cheaper but occasionally some orders from RawFeedingMiami gave my dogs diarrhea. I ordered the same 2 day shipping as I do with these guys. I’ve been with Raw Pet Food delivery Market a few months and not ONCE have my pets had any issues.

Highly recommend stopping by and looking at their variety of treats they have in store. Healthy and high quality. Their raw you can schedule to pick up in store and it's very well made. Best food out there for your dogs, cats, ferrets.

I purchased around 80lbs. of meat and was able to get a wide variety of proteins at a great price. Ordering is easy and you just pick a delivery route that is the most convenient for you. The delivery fee is only $20 which is way less than I've paid for shipping on pre made dog food companies. The pick up went smoothly with the driver checking off your items and everyone shakes hands and skedattles until next time. Overall, very happy with their website and the ordering and pick-up process as well as the items I purchased. Definitely worth the effort.

I’ve wanted to love this place for a few years but there isn’t a big enough selection of proteins for my dog’s particular needs to keep me ordering from here. The customer service is difficult to communicate with and has made me feel like I am more of an irritant than a customer. I tried for a long time but have moved on to another company that ships to us and carries the proteins we need.

This company has a terrible driver. The driver in the photo forced her way into a lane, nearly causing a 3 car crash due to her lack of patience. It would be a good idea for this company to hire more skilled drivers.
