Beautiful Walmart with super friendly and helpful staff!Returning items is also super easy and quick :)The Restrooms are clean, which isn’t the case in most of the stores so that’s a big plus!The shelves are very well organized and you barely find things that don’t belong there which contributes to a excellent shopping experience throughout the whole store!

After remodeling they gave a fresh look to the whole store. I like the idea of adding city picture to the entry way. This store is more managed, neatly arranged compared to other Walmart stores.

Love the new layout and reset of the store.Totally makes the clothing area more upscale. BUT the stock seemed limited on selection and may not appeal to most people. Especially in children's department.

I like the way this store is setup, like the Florida stores, so big and nicely designed and layout. I enjoyed shopping here, spending about three hours here, looking through the clearance items, you can mark it down more than that dollar, I’m looking for more than $5 off, but you are getting so close.😢

I Looooove Walmart! Recently my FAVORITE FAMOUS CHICKEN FINGERS had been OUT OF STOCK!!! This morning I still went to check in hopes they were back! I was Surprised to see 4 bags in the container!!! I scooped up two of the bags, and would have gotten All of them if my freezer was larger. Tyson has NOTHING on these Chicken Fingers. First of all, Famous Chicken Fingers is raw breast of chicken and should not be cooked in a microwave! Plus, they cook PERFECTLY in my air fryer. I am Sooooooo glad that these Chicken Fingers are back!!!PLEEEEEZZZZZZ Walmart, keep these Famous Chicken Fingers in stock. They keep Me coming back!!!💜💜💜

I do not like the remodel of the Spring Hill TN store. It is harder to find what you are looking for, and just has a negative vibe. It is much harder to navigate and new locations of certain items do not make sense. Example: moving pet items all the way across the store. They were fine in the previous location by the garden section. I especially hate the makeup and face moisturizer area. It use to be lit up, and now is dark and dismal. I do not get a good feeling when I shop there at all. I hear the same feedback from other customers when I am there. I have started ordering things on Amazon in order to avoid shopping at Walmart. They definitely took a step backwards , and if their goal was to make customers feel uncomfortable then they hit the nail on the head!

My daughter took disposable cameras to the photo center here from a once in a lifetime Mexico trip. They told her it could take up to 6 months to develop, which I thought was absurd. She has been randomly checking on them and they haven’t been ready for pickup. So she goes in to the store today and they said they SHREDDED her pictures! She was NEVER notified that they were complete, by text or phone… and they have been in process for months! This is absolutely despicable and unacceptable! Unfortunately there is no dollar amount that can be compensated because the pictures are irreplaceable. She’s making a formal complaint at customer service as we speak! DO NOT USE THEIR PHOTO CENTER!!!! They will destroy your irreplaceable photos!!!!!

Want to enjoy the pickup option for the convenience, but twice in a row they've messed up our orders BADLY. Pickup order is placed at minimum 6 hours in advance but the pickup gets delayed 30-45 minutes, we've gotten charged for items we never received and customer service refuses to help, plus the groceries we DO receive are packed terribly- 12 backs of soda thrown on top of eggs and bread without any care

The rating should say enough. I wish I could give a zero go to Spring Hill Walmart if you want great customer service and wonderful managers. The managers at Columbia are there just to say they have a job. I called to speak with head of management and the lady that was transferring me told me that I kept getting transferred back to her because the head of management was transferring me back. Then when they didn't transfer me back to the lady that was doing the transfer the manager just let the phone ring called back again and the lady that transferred me told me she didn't know why the person wasn't picking up because they were in the office. This place is a piss poor place if it's like this for customers it HAS to be even worse for employees.

This walmart seems to be a step above any other walmart. Excellent employees. A night shift female coach helped me when I was looking for something and you couldn't ask for a better experience! Thank You Makia and keep that amazing work ethic! Walmart needs to train more employees like her!

I went to the FedEx store, inside in the front of Walmart. Wish I knew it was there before. Super convenient place to scan, fax, ship, etc. Professional service and no wait. Saved me miles of driving!

We ordered groceries and picked them up yesterday and got home and noticed the bananas that THEY gave us had mold on them and a couple even had a gash in the sides of them were the banana was OBVIOUSLY opened up. I don’t understand why it’s so hard for y’all to tell the difference between molded fruit and non-molded fruit but this is really unacceptable. And it’s not just a one time thing either. This happens EVERYTIME we order any kind of fruit from Walmart.

Very poor customer service. I went to return items that I did not need for a school project and they forced me into getting store credit instead of putting it back on my debit card. That is not what I wanted I wanted it put back on my debit card because that is what I paid with. I tried speaking to two managers and no one would help me get it fixed. This was extremely poor customer service. And I still don't understand why I was forced to get a gift card and not just put back on to my debit card like it's always has done

I made a grocery pickup order this morning from 9-10 AM and was told three items from my order were unavailable and had no substitutes (after already having to wait/be delayed the full hour from 9-10 AM for my grocery pickup). This is at least the second time this has happened. I immediately left and walked back inside to check whether this was really true. For all the unavailable items, I immediately found an over abundance of substitutes available. On previous occasions, I’ve even received the exact same substitutes for the same out of stock products. I then went to customer service with my substitutes in hand and was told they could not help me. They called someone else with a yellow vest, but that person did not help either. They referred me to grocery pickup and called someone else over, but that someone else never came. I then resorted to calling the Walmart by phone while in the customer service area and asking for the grocery pickup department. They then told me that they can’t do anything about a grocery pickup order once it’s finalized and I would have to take it up with the home office. Furthermore, no one in this process asked me for my order number or any other details about the issue. The total value of the 3 items in question was $17.38. It is now 10:50 AM and I was not really helped by anyone at the Spring Hill Walmart. I feel like they should have taken this as an opportunity to simply apologize for the inconvenience and let me have the three items for free or offer some $20 WalMart gift card for my trouble. Yes, I'd like to know the actual hours of so called operation at this facility. I stood at the counter in sporting goods for over a half an hour trying to find someone to assist me, but to no avail. I was even passed by at least 3 store employees who heard what I was saying and just walked away as if it weren't their problem to deal with. It wasn't even eight o clock at night and the employees all disappear. Either do better or shut it down man .

Employees are not well trained, and not familiar with inventory locations. Instead of telling me aisles to look for my needs, other competitive stores actually have trained their employees to walk customer to location

I saw Bob Harper from The Biggest Loser in the parking lot of Spring Hill Supercenter. That was kinda cool, otherwise Walmart is horrible now, never have decent sales anymore, especially not for good meat, you would think the largest retailer in the country could get decent prices for steak since they would buy it in extreme bulk, even if they sold it at a loss, the other things the shopper purchases during the visit should be where they earn their profit.

They are always out of things I need for store pick up, usually for several weeks. You've moved store pick up to a weird spot with numbers listed in the wrong order. The highest numbers are closest to the doors, which is harder to get to in the app. Why do you need that many spots when you don't even allow that many people during a pick up time? I also think it's a little tone deaf to upgrade your stores while Americans are struggling to pay for groceries and your prices have skyrocketed. Besides, no one cares about fancy Walmart. We shopped there for lower prices. Now I get everything I can from Aldi.

This Walmart store is wonderful. Always clean and shelves stocked well. Have almost everything I need. Prices are very competitive. I have used curbside pickup, which worked out well. I have also ordered on their website and they are so fast at delivery! A positive experience!

I was extremely thankful for this specific Walmart, specifically towards it’s Deli department. I am sort of newish to the area and I really wanted a Pick Three bucket. I’ve gotten them from other Walmarts and they are one of my favorite family meals. It’s a hit or miss though because specific policies for specific Walmarts may not sell them anymore. So I went to this Deli department and asked if they had it. They said no, but they apparently still have the physical bucket. So instead of just turning me away they said what we could do is give you the same amount of food you would have gotten for the bucket with the price of the family 15 dollar meal. I was like ok, I’m down with that and buying a bucket for another 3 dollars than what I’m used to buying it for. So I got more food than what I usually would get in a bucket and the meat came in the physical bucket. In the long run Walmart made more money off of me sure, but I really appreciated the customer service going the extra length to give me the bucket they don’t “technically” sell anymore. The food itself was kind of dry and that’s the only reason this isn’t a 5 star. :)
