We have to recognize the amazing and incredible Alyssa at this location! We needed to get our three-year-old daughter’s passport photo and Alyssa went above and beyond to not only make the photos happen, but calm our daughter and turn her frown upside down. The way she treated our family made such an impact that we won’t be going anywhere else for our pharmacy needs! She is magic and we are so, so grateful to her!

I am very pleased with Jaden’s customer service. He was very sweet and helpful, every time I go into the store I ask for him because he’s a very respectful gentleman. He greets everyone with a smile and is very open when it comes to his customers! He goes above and beyond for his customers.

This is the most disrespectful store ever!! I was just told by someone to get here earlier when I was trying to get a prescription and the pharmacy closed with a line of cars that have been sitting here for a long time before the closing hour!!! The least the pharmacy should do is get to the last car and then close! Not an employee tell someone to get there earlier when they have no idea how far the person travel for the medication or how badly it’s needed!!

DO NOT USE THIS WALGREENS!! They literally stole money from me. I did an online order pick-up because my children and I are sick and I was trying to be courteous not to spread germs. They charged my card for my OTC medication and my two prescriptions at the time of the order placement. When I got to the store they didn’t even include my prescriptions in the pick-up. After inquiring, they said my prescriptions were not paid for and REFUSED to give them to me. I showed them my itemized receipt and my bank statement that showed the payment went through successfully. Still, they said they would NOT give me my prescriptions unless I paid them a second time! I need this medication for a serious life-threatening medical condition, so not leaving without my medication was not an option. I have never felt so angry and taken advantage of! I will be contacting higher supervisors to get my money back. Everyone else, please don’t make the same mistake as me and trust your health and wellbeing with this Walgreens!!!

Walked in before closing and was told “you have 3 minutes.”I walked to the back of the store, as the only person in the store, and immediately the same lady came over the speaker saying “Walgreens is closing, please bring your purchases to the front.”I came for 2 things and was out before closing time. Very bizarre customer service experience.

Came in to make an exchange and the cashier working, Debbie, was very helpful throughout the process. Such a lovely lady. Her manager, not so pleasant, didn’t acknowledge my presence. Seemed irritated we needed her help.5 Stars because of Debbie.

There is one specific reason I use this Walgreens for everything and that is the Pharmacist by the name of Holly!! Anytime I call to ask medication questions she is always so helpful, never makes me feel bad for calling and is always so informative. Now a days it’s hard to find people that treat customers with kindness even at this location I have run into negative experiences but I will always use this location because of Holly!!

Yet again another bad experience with the Walgreens Pharmacy on Main St. Any other Walgreens I go to I get exceptional treatment, prescriptions filled on time, and top of the line customer service. The only reason I continue with Walgreens is there convinent hours. I wish managers would hire a better time management staff. I get tired of showing up when they tell me my prescriptions will be ready by that time, for them just to look at me and say "we are busy, it will be another 10 minutes, and please pull out of our window." The sad thing is I have already given them an extra 10 minutes.

I went here originally out of necessity. My mom was having minor surgery nearby and I had to get her meds before she was done. Honestly, I was expecting hassles to try and get this stuff for her, especially since one of the meds was a pain killer. To top it off, she had never used Walgreens before. I was pleasantly surprised. I have never encountered pharmacy techs so nice, so sweet, and, most importantly, so competent!!! They helped me out and made sure I had everything I needed within 15 minutes (that includes filling time). Not only that, but the cashier up front was extremely sweet and waited for me because I had forgotten my card. Overall incredible experience!!! I have never had a whole store of ladies so competent and so nice, ever!!!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about 95% of all the employees at this location!I am always treated kindly, compassionately and with respect! I am always approached by an eager smile and listening ear! Thanks to Sheila in the general merchandise area!Then there are two pharmacists, whom I know by name, Man and Becky, who always use compassion and an earnest desire to help and please; not only me, but to many others that I have been witnessed. They realize the importance of their personal demeanor while answering a customer/patients questions or concerns. Knowing that their responses could potentially cause misunderstandings that could result in extreme concern, panic and in some cases... death.I hope that this review reaches the management and that they will be rewarded for not only doing their job but for always going the extra mile!

My mom took my grandmother to the doctors and then went to this Walgreens to get her prescriptions. The tech informed them that one prescription would not be ready until two days later and walked away. My mom and grandmother waited for about 10 minutes, and she finally came back to the window and rudely asked, "Why are you waiting?" My mom explained to her that they didn't get one of the prescriptions and the tech told her that there weren't any more. So my mom had to explain that they had just left the doctor's office and it was ordered. The tech then looked at the computer screen and saw her error. Instead of apologizing, she just gave excuses and told them that it would be about 20 minutes before it could be filled. My mother is 70 and grandmother is 90. I'm sure they were exhausted from waiting all day at the doctor's office and then having to wait so long at this pharmacy, as well as being treated so poorly. This pharmacy is horrible!

Photo attendant couldn't find my album right away so decided to address the next customer in line de facto skipping me. At checkout same guy opens register and decides to skip me again!At register no thank yous or farewells.Last time I come to this location! Outrageous

Really over the pharmacy at this store. For a pharmacist to tell my spouse that omnicef and ceftin are the same is preposterous, they are not, same class yes, same drug no. I have repeatedly had issues with them being unable or unwilling to provide ingredients and cross reference allergens. The pharmacist should be checking the allergies against prescribed medications and they just don't.

I just left after trying to get a passport photo. An associate walked up to the photo counter and asked if she could help me. I asked if I could get a passport photo. She laughed and said it’s at least going to be 20 minutes. I’ll get the picture elsewhere.

Spent 1.5 hours trying to instant print images for them to tell me their machine wasn’t working. Might I add it had something pop up that I told the worker was there to begin with. I had my order complete and asked them why it didn’t just print out and she said sorry you have to start over. After fooling with it for another 30minutes they just cut the machine off and offered me no others assistance.

The pharmacist told me my script would be ready in 30 minutes. I showed up 40+ minutes later, and still not ready. To top off my experience the lady pharmacy tech was very rude. Acted like I was an inconvenience.
