Ordered new kitchen appliances. 2 days later we decided to upgrade the range to the best one they had. Only way to do that is to cancel the whole order.. WHAT?? There is no way to swap out the range to the more expensive one? Answer. Nope.they proceed to cancel the whole order. Then tell us they don't sell the refrigerator we wanted. Even though it is 4 feet away from them behind the cash register. 4 people couldn't figure it out, then blamed it on the computer. 2 of them walked away and couldn't care less. Cary Murray, the lady who looks like Aunt Bee, was totally useless. She was the lady who took our original order but refused to help upgrade at all.Wasted a half an hour. Should have went straight to lowes

Staff is very friendly and helpful. If you’re handicapped, the electric carts are helpful but the batteries are terrible. They need more of the handicap carts. Or they need to replace the batteries or get newer carts. The shelves are almost always stacked with plenty of product the lawn and garden needs more attention and more staffing help, pay your employees a little bit more you’ll get more people and the customers will have a better experience I did buy a tough shed product at the store and love it.see the pix ! 10x12x10 with 2 windowsA transom on the other side, a vented roof and upgraded floor and we put in electric. Doug was fantasticly helpful today! I didn't need to go ask for help when he saw me checking the app and the shelves. The product wasn't there so he walked with me to find it in another display...no luck!At the last possible moment, he found what I needed that was in a different place.We drive almost 35 minutes to get to the nearest Home Depot because the local shops don't have what we need.Thanks Doug for your quality service and friendly service!

I try hard not to go into stores when they’re about to close, but I had an emergency the other night and came into this Home Depot five minutes before they closed to grab two small items. When I asked for help at the returns desk, six employees who were standing around chatting refused to help.They were done for the day. Then, I pretty much had an elderly gentleman chase me down in the store to tell me that it was closing time. This was as I was practically running towards the checkout. Granted, he did it with a smile, but still... Since when does Home Depot treat customers like this? I managed to get out the door by 9:02 muttering “Customer service is DEAD” all the way to my car.

Store is well stocked and clean. Cost of items much lower than Lowe's. Employees seem to be friendly but at the same time don't seem to do much greeting or asking questions which are qualities I actually I love.. so five stars from me.

Had a great experience with an employee here at the Home Depot store in Spring Hill TN. Ron Daye at the pro counter helped me out tremendously. I had to order something the store didn't carry and it was being shipped. The arrival date came and went and I called Ron to see where it was. Without going into detail the order was somewhere??? Over the next 3 days Ron hunted it down and was great at communicating. I truly appreciate that about people in the service industry. Thank you Ron.

Don’t let ars rescue rooter sale you a u it. They are a total rip off. I promise you. They give u a warrenty for parts and charge you 5 times the price in labor. I can’t believe Home Depot lets them sale from their stores.

Buyer beware. Home Depot they deserve negative stars! The first pic is what my kitchen floor looked like before I purchased a countertop from Home Depot. The remaining pics show the damage caused by the installers and Home Depot. I paid $250 for a plumber to be at my home during the countertop installation and Home Depot never scheduled the plumber. The countertop company disconnected the water and caused water damage in my kitchen because they didn’t shut the water off all the way. Home Depot is refusing to fix the damage and they are also refusing to reimburse the money I paid for the plumber they never sent. Do yourself a favor and don’t purchase anything from this company!!! I’ve been a loyal customer of theirs for years and this is the way they treat their loyal customers!🤬

Very disappointing that I had a reservation and make arrangements to move only to have Home Depot cancel my reservation. Terrible customer service. Called the store and no one could tell me why. Blamed it on corporate. Let the buyer beware if you are renting for a short period of time.

I have been shopping at HOme Depots for decades. I find them very standardized from state to state. Their selection of items is excellent compared with other big box stores, like Lowes. Shelves are always stocked. Very good selection of plants, pots. Gardening items, household and cleaning items, apiances, etc. Deliveries of appliancesAre usually within a week and are done professionally and correctly. Help in the store is adequate and you can f I nd someone to help you, and employees approach you if you look totally out of your element. I go to Home Depot after having very bad experience with Lowes and Best Buy. (Pls see my negative review of Best Buy).

Not one person asked to help us. Had to track down someone to help with cutting lumber. It took nearly 10 minutes to find anyone who could simply run the saw.

These guys went above and beyond to help us. The GM was willing to go the extra mile to help us move our gear in a situation that we really needed help with. Lacey was willing yo ask for the help and I applaud this kind of help the customer attitude. They were busy as they always are but still came through. Truly thankful and the good news couldn’t be left unsaid.

While I find that some process might be slightly lower at Lowes... I still opt for Home Depot because I can ALWAYS find someone to help me.The young guy in the paint dept is fast and smiling.The guy in Lumber is super helpful and even the older man from electric supplies knows where everything is and has spent many hours with us when we had to rewire our entire home.I've found that their appliance sales are almost always the same price regardless of the holiday and keep in mind HD doesn't keep appliance inventory, they're simply a facilitator so ordering and delivery times can take weeks or months.

I had a very positive experience today at Spring Hill Home Depot. I entered the store to purchase some balusters and shortly after, a gentleman named Larry in the lumber department took the initiative to ask me what I was looking for, got me a flat cart, and helped me locate and load them quickly without asking. I would have been happy to load them, but Larry's interest in helping people is very evident, and I'm appreciative of him. Home Depot needs more hard working employees just like him.

I ordered a washer and dryer and delivery was set for 10-4-23 between 3 & 7pm. Delivery driver called and said they would be there about 1:30pm. I told them no one would be there at that time. He said that they had a couple more stops to make and would come back to me. I then get a text at 2:03pm saying they rescheduled my delivery for a week later. At this point I had already took off work early to get home for them to deliver it early. I called customer service at 2:13pm and they told me that they would be there at 2:30pm. When I arrived home no one was here to deliver and I got a email saying they rescheduled. I talked to someone in customer service and they said that they attempted. However I have cameras and they did not come to my house and expect me to wait another week for them to deliver after I was told several lies. Customer service was no help. Do not expect to get your delivery when scheduled! I canceled the order and gave my business to Lowe's.

I have been here multiple times with a child where there are no checkout counters open, only self checkout. Trying to hold a kid still and check out by yourself when there are multiple workers present just walking around not helping is aggravating to say the least.

Went to purchase a refrigerator ( ours brokedown) and had a hard time finding a associate to help. We found 8 different ones we liked but unfortunately they did not have them in stock. We would have to order 1. The associate that did help us seemed to be pushing us to buy the larger and higher priced ones which isn't a problem except for the fact we told him nothing over 30 inches wide. Needless to say we left without making a purchase. 😥 and 😡
