Never a problem when I come and shop here. Sometimes there are long wait times for check out but I know it's hard to find good people to work so it doesn't bother me. I saw that they are implementing 10 items or less for self check out to help with this problem.

Expensive. Overpriced. Crowded. 782 checkout stations and they staff three of them. Can't think of a time I've been in here and there hasn't been a line 10 or 15 people deep just to give them some money. What a joke! Anyone shopping here should consider looking up a company called Amazon. Get the same stuff the same day or next day for less money. And, you don't have to leave your house! Genius. By the way, bathrooms are a disaster. The water out of every single faucet is nothing more than a trickle.Costco, Amazon. Look them up!

Got prescription glasses ordered. $500. Came quickly, faster than predicted. Got fit adjustments and out the door. Glasses are expensive. Hard working team of folks in this store. Carrying case, accessories not included.

The prices are okay as far as any other mega store goes. But what has me upset, mostly, is the way the produce looks. The vegetables are always old and gross. And at one point, all the meat was gone, fish, pork, beef all that. And they had caution tape on the racks that were supposed to display it. I'm not entirely sure why that was, but with the way the produce normally looks, I can't imagine it's a good thing.

This location has always been extremely clean and for the most part well stocked. Customer service is also a 5-star rating. Anytime I've ever had an issue I've always been taken care of with understanding and a quick resolve. Target you have a great model and this location executes it very well. Great job to the crew at this location!!!

Placed an order online for pickup. At 7:35am received a notice that the item was not in stock. Please keep your inventory up to date or don’t count the display model as stock.

Target itself is great, and I love the selection of this Super Target, but it’s one of the most disorganized and unclean store I’ve been to. Stock is always very messy and the bathrooms are absolutely repulsive—haven’t been clean in a VERY long time.Growing up, I would frequently see employees putting things away where they belong and all-around going the extra mile, but unfortunately that seems to be a rarity these days.

Frustrated because in stock status not up to date. The closest Store to me is this Spring Hill store. It is a 30 minute drive. Don't like wasting time and fuel.

If I could give negative stars I would. I'm a very nice, kind, and easy going person. But the employees here are God awful. Save your money to spend at a better operated store. They don't deserve it. I gave them a few chances and every single time the employees entirely baffled me with the level of disrespect, attitude, and downright rudeness. There's a bunch of unruly kids running the store and I'm not just talking about the immature high-schoolers. The so called "adults" and even worse. I never leave reviews but I've never whitenessed customer service this terribly rude, and out of hand. This store just needs to be shut down, and rehire all new employees before reopening for operation. And don't even try ti address the problems with management, they're a joke. Never thought I'd need to read the reviews on a target before going. But I've just seen the other reviews and they're not lying. I tried to give them a chance. Everyone has a bad day. But these people are a different breed.

Would leave negative stars if I could. The lady cashier ringing up my items was yelling at me because I was trying to secretly buy christmas gifts for my kids while I was with my kids. Accusing me of theft when I'm literally checking out with her. She scared my children and embarrassed us for no reason other than wanting to check out quietly. I thought she was joking because her attitude and rude personality was over the top and didn't act like a normal person. Get new employees that aren't so disrespectful.

Placed a drive up order here because we are just moving into our new house and needed new shower curtains and a few other items. The gentleman who brought out the order was super great and I enjoyed he was in a good mood and not acting like his day was miserable so it made it enjoyable to have a conversation with him. He apologized for the delay of bringing out or items and he didn’t need to do that. We understood it was a busy time of day for them and if we were in that big of a hurry we should’ve just gone in to get everything ourselves.

Had a run in with the lady everyone is talking about. She accused me of stealing bc my stuff was one top of one another. I had a full grocery cart. While walking to checkout she started to yell to other workers that I was gonna walk out with the products and to stop me. I turned around and pushed my cart into her and told her to enjoy the extra work. This lady has also accused me of stealing bc I had stuff in the bottom of my cart not in bags after I checked out. How are you supposed to put a 24 pack of soda into a bag? Can't complain bc there is never a manager, and they never pick up the phones. Don't go here. You'll be treated better at walmart.

This is my Target of choice for many years now. Although I have always had a great experience here, I wanted to take the time to acknowledge one employee. I believe her name is Bea. She is the friendliest, most helpful person ever! It’s kind of strange to explain, but just her demeanor makes me smile. She acts as if you are the only person in the world and she has all the time in the world to help you. I really appreciate someone like that! Makes my entire day!!

Management needs to contact that lady and apologize for what their employee did to the lady with her child making sure he didn’t see his Christmas presents to not ruin the surprise . Mentally ill or or not it’s still not ok. Even if she has a disability there’s no reason to act like that and she needs to be corrected or fired.

I was accused of stealing by an employee at checkout because I had items under other items in my cart. She was loud and obnoxious about it. I tried explaining to her that it would be impossible to lay everything out in my cart in a way that would make it possible for her to see everything, and due to the large quantity of items I was purchasing, some things were going to be under others. She would not listen. After that, because I called out her inappropriate behavior (I believe), she began aggressively slamming my items into bags. Completely unprofessional and rude. I tried to call the store to speak to a manger about the situation after I left (as I could not find one while I was there) and nobody would answer the phone. I won’t be going to this target location again.

Why is the lady so rude?… she intentionally slammed my kids toys around and just acted like I was a complete inconvenience because I wanted to wrap my gifts. Totally unprofessional. Target needs to hire better people! AND NOBODY ANSWERS A PHONE ANYMORE?

If I could give negative stars I would. Cashier lady screamed at my son for giggling in line. She also was so rough with my groceries she broke a lot of my eggs and I didn’t realize until I had gotten home after making a scene and asking to speak to the manager I was told the manager wasn’t there and the assistant manager was dealing with an “emergency” I called several times to leave a complaint and nobody ever answered the phones. This lady needs to go to a mental hospital because someone is going to end up hurting her. She needs fired on the spot.

Store is clean but the person who watch the self check out is not so friendly to Asian. I saw she greeted every WHITE person, except me as a Asian face. And when I need her help, she is impatient. I do not feel very comfortable to shop here after I check out. By the way, she is a black lady. I hope I can be treated nicer in this store doesn't matter what the color I am and what the color your employees are.

Fire that horrible cashier!! She slams items around and is so disrespectful and hostile. She's going to snap on someone one day and someone is going to get hurt! She's aggressive and literally the worst humans I've ever had to meet. Clearly I'm not the only one to have been graced by her violence.

Don’t buy alcohol here, went earlier today to pick up some 12 packs and my younger brother came along to use his gift card from Christmas. At the self checkout I was accused by the guy there that I was buying alcohol for my brother right off the bat. Obviously if I was attempting to buy alcohol for a minor I would’ve left them in the car and no one would’ve known. What a joke this place is

I was at the Spring Hill location. Great merchandise at reasonable prices. Clean, well-lit store with spacious aisles. As a physician, I was very appreciative to note all of the employees wearing masks; so many businesses these days (including restaurants) seem to disregard this recommended safety measure. Emma at checkout was exceptionally helpful and friendly; she made my overall shopping experience better. If I lived closer to this location, I would shop there far more often, as I have a great shopping experience every time.

Miss Kate B at the Crossings in Spring Hill was so helpful tonight. I had a few questions about the price of something on my receipt. She took the time to review my recept with me. Answered my question. Now days, customer service is a STRESSFUL job. I have worked in customer service going on 40+ years. Miss Kate was understood the assignment! Spring Hill Target you need to do what it takes to keep Miss Kate. I see an up and coming manager right in front of your eyes.

Just left and watched a woman working at the customer service counter act very rude and intolerant of an elderly man and his honest mistake. He did an online order for groceries and selected in store pick up instead of drive up, being his first time to order fromTarget online. When he called customer service to ask if he could change, he was told absolutely not without cancelling his order. When he came inside the lady was very obviously annoyed with him, made him stand and wait while his order was collected from all over the store. Then when he asked if there was a way that he could make a suggestion in the form of a suggestion box, she said oh no…we dont have anything like that! Then she said, we’ll you could have called and told customer service you made a mistake and they would have brought it out to you. He said I tried. And she just said Oh, rolled he eyes and walked off while he was still talking to her. Her name was Shelia and I never leave reviews like this but that made me so angry for the sweet gentleman I just thought I’d leave this on his behalf. I know our retail workers are being stretched bc of staffing shortages but it is by no means a reason to be rude. Especially when you’re in customer service.

Other pharmacies are being complained about online for having ridiculously long wait times. Target CVS has been busy but it seems like they are efficient. They have one pharmacy tech at our location that does her best to keep that line moving!

Management was unreachable, which is not a surprise considering the way their floor employees act. They have an extremely rude and hostile cashier who honestly scares me and other customers with all her yelling and hostility. I will never visit this location again. Fix this target.
