Max and I have always had a great experience with the groomers here. They really care for him and give us a great cut.

I just had an appointment for both of my dogs to go in to the groomer. They told me as long as I arrived within fifteen minutes of the appointment I would be fine. I walked into the appointment at ten minutes after the hour and the groomer was very ride and denied me even after seeing me thru the window stand inside the store for 10 minutes for my turn. Also was very rude on the telephone.Not even close to what Petsmart was like at my previous grromer.

Had much difficulty making an appointment but was finally able to complete via phone. Called to confirm appointment - however apparently there were two appointments and they cancelled the wrong one. Arrangements were made to keep the one they had not cancelled and when arrived with the dog half hour late due to a flat tire they would not complete the appointment even though they were informed of the delay and the reason and never said on the phone they could not keep the appointment. I will never enter this store again for any reason The staff were not pleasant
