My normal groomer was not in on this day. I decided to take my chances with another. NEVER AGAIN!!!! After waiting for 4 hrs( normally wait for 2 1/2-3 hrs for my little 7 lb guy) I walk into the store and get halfway to the grooming salon and hear a dog crying and screaming VERY loudly….. I walk up to the glass and see that it is MY dog…. I was mortified that they were being very rough with him and he was traumatized. When I went in and got him he was shaking horribly and leaned his whole body into mine. His ears were down and his tail was tucked. All I heard from the groomer were excuses as to why he was crying, our other groomer from PetSmart was very gentle and kind and he always came out happy and giving her kisses. I will never bring him back to PetSmart again.If you love your fur baby, love them enough to stay away from this place

I’ve had 3 terrible experiences with the grooming at this salon. For the first two they told me it was my dogs fault for getting poked in the eye with scissors. So I put him on calming medication and yet today when I brought him in I got a call that he was on the way to the vet and needed stitches. It’s not worth my dogs life to get a simple haircut. He has been just fine getting haircuts and baths at other puppy salons.

We highly recommend this Petsmart, especially the aquatics department. The aquatics manager, Einar, was super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He helped us set up our child’s perfect first fish tank.

My dog goes and sees Allyson, the grooming salon manager, every six weeks and she does an amazing job and their pricing isn’t crazy like most groomers.

I am so happy to find a great groomer in Spring Hill! Savannah was amazing with Chloe!! She took time to listen to what I wanted and exceeded my expectations! Chloe looks amazing. She enjoyed her spa day! I will keep returning. I have tried many groomers in the area and Pet Smart is by far the best!!

We had our sweet golden-doodle there today. The girls were great with him! He has a beautiful haircut! Our pup had extreme diarrhea while there. We had to pick him up early but he was cared for and finished. A big thank you to all the lady's in the shop!!

My dog is the friendlies dog ever. Never had any issues leaving her at any grooming or vet appointments, ever. First time my dog was scared to go with someone was on her second and third grooming appointment here. To the point where she was trying to follow me outside. That has never happened in her 6 years with us. Will never come back.

The customer service was great and the store is very clean. They have a large selection of dog and cat food. The staff in the fish section are very knowledgeable. I have bought several things for both my salt water tank and my fresh water tank. My current visit was right after Thanksgiving and they have a bunch of holiday themed sweaters, collars and gifts for dogs.

Store is fully stocked with lots of goodies for your cats and dogs. Lots of Christmas items too. This was the first time visiting this store. The bird cages all looked like they hadn't been cleaned in days, making us sad for the birds.. Also, the girl at the register was chewing on her nails. We won't be back here again.

I actually like the store but the two guys that were working were horrible!!!The guy that checked me out was either Ian or Ethan.He looked mad at the world, had his hand on his hip looking out the window when he wasn't on the register.Not one time did he ever look at me or greet me.Rudely he said the price.I said thank you and he didn't respond.One of the worst customer service I've encountered.If you are not able to look and speak and at least appear happy then don't do retail!!!!

I don’t like the petsmart staff/ groomers one of the lady soo mean to my German shepherd. At that time she was still a puppy like 4 month old she stated my dog bit her/groomer lady and then when I picked up my dog she told that my dog is ban from coming to petsmart

I have to say that in the last 2 months, as well as months prior, off-and-on grooming services have taken a tremendous drop in quality. We’ve used Petsmart for several years. Over the last couple of months, my dog has been groomed in two different locations and has returned with the same unsatisfactory results. She’s a heavy shedder so the furminator treatment is a must. We usually get a little less shedding after a visit. However, after the last couple of visits, she’s returned to us shedding just as much as before she was serviced. Extremely disappointing🙁

My husband placed an order for curb side and I picked it up on Friday 8/13 there was a small bag of dog food they forgot from our order. Called the store checked to make sure no “out of stock” email was received. Long story short I went back on Saturday 8/14 to show proof of purchase and explain that the full price has been deducted from our account. The manager that was there at 12:30pm and helped me was so apologetic and so kind I absolutely had to leave a review. In a world, right now full of anger, hatefulness and jerks. It was so nice to be truly overwhelmed with kindness. Exceptional customer service experience!

The lady volunteer/employee at the cat adoption center of this store is less than friendly or accommodating. They are only open for adoption 5 days a week from 2-4. That's fine. If you really want a cat like we did, you are willing to go at that time. But, this lady decides that the cat area needs to be cleaned at 2:00 and will not "allow" cats to be visited. She spent a good amount of her cleaning time texting on her phone as we waited.I appreciate the fact that she is a volunteer. But what good is she doing for these cats if she is so rude and unreasonable to customers? Petsmart and the organization that brings them the cats would do themselves a huge favor to find someone who is more customer service oriented and not miss out on giving the cats a wonderful home.

Paige is wonderful!! She takes such great care of our dog. He doesn’t have any teeth so his tongue hangs out, which concerns me when getting groomed. She is always careful, gentle and kind with him. She always discusses with me first what we would like to do before she does it. I think she is great at what she does. Every time I go into or call up there, everyone is always so nice and professional.

Mixesd review on this one. Needed help and when I asked a associate he said in a minute as he continued to walk away. Waited for almost 5 minutes, he never came back. Fortunately another came by when I told him what had happened he apologized and gave me the help I needed. He was very pleasent and knowledgeable in the items I was purchasing and gave me some advice which saved me $$.

I carried my standard poodle puppy to the grooming salon to have her face trimmed to a poodle cut, she in turn was given a schnauzer cut, I complained to the District Manager, Mr. R. Campbell and he made it right, they also cut her nails but failed to smooth them. I called to schedule her for a bath, and was told she couldn’t be scheduled per the manager. I called corporate offices who were very nice, and said someone would call in the next 24 hours. I did receive a call today from Jenn the salon manager, who was very rude, stating “no, we won’t schedule you, because you were unhappy, and I understand you made a call to corporate. DO NOT Patronize this location. Jenn also said it fine don’t shop here. Some type of customer service.

Giving it 2 stars rather than 1 because I have had a good experience here before but almost every other time I have been in has been a negative one. I’m not usually the type to leave negative reviews, I usually give 5 stars for even mediocre experiences, but I have never left a store so unhappy so many times. And before I get into why this store is getting a 2 from me, I would like to clarify that I have worked in retail and specifically pet retail for years so I understand to an extent their side and if anything that point of view makes me even more disappointed.I have been to this location 3 times now with the very real intention of buying/adopting an animal, 2 times a corn snake and today a cat. Each time I have been treated like a joke. Staff starts off ignoring my existence, not even bothering to greet or ask if i need help. The first 2 times I made the mistake of bothering to ask about the animal that I’m seriously interested in and I was immediately shut down. I assume this is because I am younger looking and the assumption is probably made that I just want to “play” with the animals but that has never been the case. They have never bothered to ask how serious I am in buying/adopting and are very short with me.Today I went in specifically just to see what cats they had for adoption. I have been thinking about getting another cat for a while now and was ready to see if there was a good match for me here. The whole situation regarding the adoption process was immediately off putting as there were several signs up that almost seem intended to discourage people from even asking about them. There were also specific adoption time frames (only 2-4 Wed-Sat??). I immediately knew I wouldn’t be taken seriously once again. I stood outside the adoption center with my partner for close to 20 minutes discussing the decision while employees walked past several times, never bothering to ask US if we needed help but instead acknowledging other customers and answering other people’s questions about the cats. At this point I was annoyed and disappointed and felt like it was a lost cause so we left.I’m genuinely confused and bothered by how the employees here are so quick to jump to conclusions about the customers interested in their animals. I wonder how many missed opportunities these pets had to find a good home because people like me have been shut down without a chance. Please do better petsmart! There’s a cat in store that has supposedly been there since July. Truly wonder if that would be the case if employees were more helpful…
