Got a call that my 3 year old golden doodle got very upset and they couldn't finish her grooming. She has never ever had a problem with any groomer. I was charged full price for bath and then told to reschedule her hair cut next week which I'm sure will require another bath. Very disappointed

Bee was great with both of my dogs. I have one dog that is afraid of everything, and Bee took the time with her that she needed to get her grooming completed. Both of my dogs look and smell so much better. Everything I asked for was done perfectly.

Groomers at Petco at 4913 Main Street, Spring Hill Tn shaved the top of my dog down to her skin and literally did nothing else to the rest of her. They did not even bathe her. They sent her out of the the store like this, with no apologies telling me I had to take her to a vet to get her groomed. The store manager supported this unprofessional behavior and action.I immediately went to Petsmart groomers, at 1038 crossings blvd. in Spring Hill. I showed them a picture of my dog and they were horrified. They offered to work her in to help correct the disaster Petco had left.After many years of taking my dog to many different groomers, including Petco, I have NEVER had such a horrible experience, or such an awful outcome as I did today.Moral of the story, avoid Petco at all costs and choose Petsmart.

We had a great experience! Clarissa was great with our lab, Bailey. He is 5 months old and ALL puppy. She handled him very well and he did great for his first professional grooming experience. We will absolutely be back! 😁 Booking was easy and they communicate very well via email and text prior to the visit. Thoroughly recommend Petco Grooming Spring Hill!

Overall cleanliness of my returned pet is a 10 out of 10! She always smells so good for the first couple of weeks following, and so puppy soft. The staff are so friendly and take great care of My girl.The reason its not a 5 out of 5 is because my pet returned to me with nails still on the longer side. Paid to have the cut followed with a nail buff, but she still has some talon like bits.

Our dog grooming was great everytime we came in , until we got the bill 😳 it double from the last time we came in . They informed us they just raised the rates recently. Sorry, we can no longer go there anymore , because of there business practices.

I have been getting booradley groomed here since it’s been opened and the last two cuts were not what I asked for. The face was not cut close nor was the top of the head. He was also cut uneven had a few gaps
