On April 21st at 8am, I showed up for my grooming appointment at the wrong time. I simply asked if there was a way to work them in before my original appointment time. The manager came out and literally yelled at me for even asking to move things around. His voice was raised even though I said it was fine and I could bring them back. He was disrespectful, loud, rude and was intimidating me by puffing his chest out. Maybe he was having a bad day but to take it out on me is unacceptable and I will never go back to this store.
