We've shopped here for years, buying Fromms dog food for our Gracie. She had skin allergies, and this was the only place that carried the type of food our girl needed. The staff is fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable, and eager to help! They even carry the food out for me and put it in my car! Great place!!

They have truly healthy brands of dog food that can't be found locally elsewhere. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Prices are very reasonable. Also Google has marked this location as permanently closed, which is incorrect. I was just there mid-December, 2023.

Poor management and significantly raised prices. The employees follow you around and pressure you to buy things you didn’t come in for. I won’t be shopping here again. ✌️

The girls working here today were so sweet and absolutely knew great customer service. I was recommended amazing products for my new fur baby. I love supporting small shop businesses and having received service that is better than high end stores I shop at makes the experience even better. My bags were even carried to my car. I will definitely be coming back for my fur babies needs!!

This evening was a good one, brought home a new puppy. After we picked up our new pup we where on our way home, and in need of, well everything that you need when you get a new puppy. We stopped in to the shop for the first time ever, as we just moved to the area. The staff was extremely friendly, extremely knowledgeable, offered suggestions and ideas on which products we should get. After everything was purchased they assisted us in loading everything into our truck. I was super happy with the store and the employees at this point. As we where about to pull out our little boy threw up all over our passenger floor. We parked and my Fiancé went inside to ask for some paper towels and a bag to try to clean it ourselves. The staff not only gave us paper towels and a bag, but came out pulled our floor liner out and took it inside to wash it, also helped me check out our pup and noticed his gums showing a bit of dehydration, she coached me as to the best things to do immediately, and also gave us some bone broth to help. Everyone in the store went above and beyond what would be expected of a pet shop employee. We are so very happy that we stopped in and discovered them, we will continue to shop at there stores for all of our pet needs. It was absolutely amazing, you won’t find that kind of service at a big box store, but you will at Nashville Pet

MESSAGE TO THE OWNERS!!!Tbis place has the most knowledgeable, helpful, and excellent customer service. These employees are the best people I've ever shopped with! I love that they have employees who have been there with the company for a long time. Historically speaking, they seem to have always treated their employees really well because when your employees are happy, your customers are happy. So I hope they never stop treating their fron lline workers really well. Because it truly does feel great to walk in and here a familiar voice ask, "How's Millie doing?" Please don't EVER turn into that grouchy money-hungry corporate kind of business who is always worried about the bottom line. The minute you do that, you will start losing us as customers!

Apparently this business wants to increase the prices on their products and say it’s the new price determined by the manufacturer. Called to see if they could price match every other competitor who sells this particular food at the standard retail price and was told yes as long as it’s not an online store. Provided the business, they told me to come back and they would match. I pull in the parking lot and they then tell me they spoke with “upper management” and they don’t price match that particular business. Awful company with awful upper management. Please buy from somewhere else.

We love Nashville Pet Products! They always have plenty of staff on hand to assist customers. They have great customer service, opening doors for customers, helping you out to your car, etc. We love their assortment of dog food, and especially love the knowledge of the employees. It seems like they always have specials going on, and we're happy to be part of their rewards program. When you buy a certain number of bags of dog food over time, you get one free. This location has been great, but we also love the other Nashville Pet Product locations.

We always stop by when we are in the area, to enjoy the friendly staff, cats on duty, and check out new products. It's my go-to for cat beds. Okay, technically a dog bet but my cat is a big guy. He loves it.

I really like this store and all of the brands they sell. My only complaint is that I hate being followed around the store. Some customers like assistance when selecting a pet food but others prefer to decide on their own. They are overly helpful and I can see it definitely being a turn off to customers.

Great place for higher end pet products. They will give you samples so you can figure out your pet's prefrences.They are knowledgeable and are eager to provide great service. They will help you get heavy bags into your car for you.

They frequently run sales that are hard to pass up. High quality products for the same price as the lower quality at big name pet stores.The staff will hold the door open for you and walk you to your car with an umbrella when it's raining.Shop local, support local businesses.

Little pricey but I still got a good treat item for my dog. Recommend they have a display at register that shows what they are ringing up and a total charge. I was confused until after I paid and got the receipt.

I will never go anywhere else for my dog food or dog needs. Toni and the staff here are always absolutely amazing. The first time I came in, I was struggling with my dog chewing up dirty diapers, to which Toni suggested the Acana dog food to ensure he is getting the nutrients he needs, that he was seeking in the garbage. We made the transition and guess what, no more eating dirty diapers! After a recent visit to the vet where I got told I should feed him Purina instead (HAHAHA, don’t do that), I called and talked to Toni again and we decided on a different flavor, with slightly less protein so it would be easier on his stomach and let me tell you. My dog LOVES IT. Toni, thank you for all your knowledge and help to pet owners everywhere. You are such a blessing and I’m so happy I was introduced to your store!

My lil boy Cooper loves this store, especially all the great people working there. It feels like you've walked into a pet products review panel, they're incredibly helpful when picking out the best products for your fur babies. They open the door for you and your lil or big buddy, and even carry out items to your vehicle (if needed, or if they see you need assistance). A++ service.Plus Coop gets a kick out of sampling the goods before purchasing them. It makes it so much simpler to let your animals try before you buy (just like us humans).The store is clean, well kept and fully stocked from top to bottom. Plenty of options to choose from, especially for dogs and cats. Now there is a cat at the store, however Cooper has no problem walking up to it and saying hello but if your dog has issues just be warned.

Where to start they hold the door, meet me outside with an umbrella in the rain, I have help the half second I walk in the door, they remember my name, and what I'm buying, everyone is super friendly I can find great health foods I'm there for my dog I can't find anywhere else in town I'm always in and out in just a couple mins love all the staff there wonderful pet store I got every week and plan on to keep going every week!

Always love going there. Every single person who works there loves animals. They are knowledgeable about pet rescues, adoption, fostering and volunteering. There are many different rewards programs there as well and always a different sale going on.
