I do most of my gardening and hime improvement shopping here because of convenience and supply on hand. Our most recent experience here was to purchase a washer. Mike took great care of us in placing the order. We received a call the next day to set up delivery for the following day as promised. They delivered 15 minutes into the time frame that they scheduled. The install was quick, clean, and efficient.

I have given this Lowe’s quite a few chances, but today really just pushed it over for me.My husband and I went to return an item gifted to us by a grandparent that we will not really use. Without having the proof of purchase, we went in and let them know we just wanted to get store credit to get something else we will use. We scanned on the Lowe’s app, and it was sold by them to order for pickup in store or delivery.So we get to the return desk, and the lady is already looking like she doesn’t want to be there. We explain our return, and off the bat says it’s not pulling up in their system, even though it pulls up in the app. She goes and gets a manager I guess to explain further, and when they both arrive back, we’re awkwardly standing there silent until she she bluntly says to me “you wanna go ahead and explain what’s going on?”I held my tongue on how rude that was, but I went on to explain again, and the manager is also acting with an attitude of “I don’t have time for this” and just says we can’t take it back even if it’s showing in the app, and their return policy just changed last week too. I wasn’t aware of that as we had returned items for store credit after misplacing receipts in the past. And so now hearing this for the first time, I asked if there was a copy of that I could look at, and she gestures to the wall near the entrance and says “it’s probably up there.” Just felt like a complete nuisance and was treated like we weren’t valued as customers. Really don’t think people like this should be representing customer service.Another time recently I went to help my mom get some bags of mulch for her home, and we were having trouble reaching the kind we needed. There were two male workers nearby just talking to eachother in the garden section, and so we asked them if they could help us get to the mulch, and maybe help us bring it to the checkout since they’re heavy.The guy told us he’s not in that department so he couldn’t help us, and there weren’t carts nearby so he couldn’t help us get it to checkout either. So as two women trying to get help getting something heavy down, felt pretty disgusted on how it was handled. Like there was no follow up to find someone to help us, or even help us find a cart. So I took initiative and climbed up and got it myself, and struggled carrying it to checkout, passing the two men working who still didn’t seem to care at all. We let the cashier know about it, and she apologized on their behalf. But nothing was probably done about it.I am just so disappointed in who is chosen to represent customer service these days. I have tried giving Lowe’s chances, but after this I just really don’t want to give them business anymore. If Lowe’s wants to be portrayed a certain way, they should check in on who they’re hiring.

Painting department is superb !I went in to request a paint match / sample and Margot helped me out tremendously, above and beyond. I had an issue with a piece of trim at an apartment unit. She was so helpful!

I needed a new aerator for my kitchen faucet but forgot to bring the original for reference. The young man in Plumbing was super helpful and pointed out exactly what I needed.

Went to look for a new set of faucets for the bathroom. The store was clean and there were actually a lot of workers out and about the store. The guy working the plumbing section asked if we needed help looking for anything and was very friendly. When we were browsing the refrigerator and kitchen section a couple employees made sure to ask if we needed help or had any questions. The store was clean and organized. We'll definitely be back.

I usually only give 4 or 5 star reviews, but Lowe’s Protection Plans gets onily 1. They came out 4 times to try to fix a simple update: Tyler did a great job helping me replace the washer after the original was deemed unrepairable finally. Lowes store in Spring Hill is great. But the warranty from Assuarent - not worth it.It took than 35 days to determine that they could not fix broken washing machine.

Knew what we were looking for and got it quickly. I don't like that they have only self checkout 😕 But there was a lady that was watching, and she helped us check out.I would rather shop any store that has full service, rather than self checkout!

We recently purchased a new washer and dryer. One of The hoses used in the installation was leaking. Lowes promised to send someone out it was someone from a third-party company that they use, They did not show up. We called and got Shane Bailey on the phone, and he immediately came out and made the repair for us. We really appreciate his commitment to excellent customer service. Shane has made us loyal customers.

Everyone from the pro desk and beyond was SO helpful. It was a blessed experience because of this awesomw team!

If I can give it 0 stars I would. Stay away from getting things installed. Got my door installed thru their install department and so far gotten water coming in. I have hardwood floors so its great. They don't see as important since now I am sitting at 2 weeks and no one has come out to fix it. 6 calls later and now I am waiting for a manager to call me back since they were in a meeting. They made an appointment to come out and no one showed up. They keep telling me they sent out an email to the installer. I was thinking about doing windows now I won't.

I don't know that this Lowe's is any better or worse than any other lowes. All of the employees seem to have that "deer in the headlights" look to them. These types of corporations have done the analysis and determined that employee knowledge is not nearly as important as employee presence. It's been a long while since I've asked an employee a question that they've been able to answer without pulling out their little wireless device and asking a computer. I guess that comes from underpaid employees not motivated to go above and beyond.

Have had the worst experience buying a refrigerator from here. Do yourself a favor and go to home depot. Was delivered a brand new refrigerator that didn’t work properly and it has been a nightmare trying to get help from anyone. Every person you talk to has a different answer that contradicts the other, the 3rd party delivery is no help and all Lowes does is tell you to call and speak to them. We are now without a fridge for over a week because they refuse to give us a replacement and took the original. Do not buy a refrigerator from here!!!

Had to return a door hardware kit as it was missing pieces. Return desk was polite but not "friendly". Associate asked us if we needed assistance but was not really able to provide any help finding the exact same item we were looking for. I finally found it behind a similar kit as the shelf looked nice and clean but whoever did the organization just put multiple of the same item at every SKU so it had no open spaces showing. Not very helpful when trying to find a specific item.

Just trying to return a few things, and get stuck return line. No big deal it happens and one guy working the line. In line for 30 minutes one person goes threw the line. Meanwhile multiple employees walking around just talking and no really doing anything. Came off with the big impression don’t care about customer service. Took 1 hr to go threw 4 people line. I think I will go to Home Depot from now on.

This Lowe’s will no longer let you return defective items. I bought a carpet cover protector for a repair job that was supposed to stick to the carpet. It did not stick and I took it back to the store for a refund and was told I could not return it. I even provided photos for proof that it did not work. Very disappointing. I guess I will shop somewhere else with a better return policy.

Ordered a dual washer online November 21st a couple days before black Friday with home delivery. Washer is carried in stock at the larger Lowe's stores. Took a week before the store to receive items and I was told it would be at least two more before they could deliver because of Black Friday so I picked it up myself. Found the drawer washer damaged. Afraid to return it because I can't wait another couple months for a replacement due to Christmas.

Service was excellent, unfortunately although, they had plenty of floor models of appliances they had very few in the store room. After checking on approximately 10 refrigerators ( NOT IN STOCK) we left without a refrigerator. Sad 😥

Went in for a certain item. Had to ask for help to unlock the tool cabinet..the associate was super helpful and friendly apologizing for the tool having to be locked up now. Great price for the tool. Quick in and out and close to my work..

Supposed to have a $3000 mower delivered days ago, no delivery, no call or update. I've called the store 3 times and was referred to customer service. On hold with customer service for over an hour before the call was answered and no one has a clue where this mower is. Someone was supposed to call back today - nope. I've gone to Lowes for years and this is the worst experience I've ever had. How do you lose a mower?? Time to cancel this order and all others and head to Home Depot.

So I went to the Spring Hill lowes today to try and buy paint and deck stain . I had my paint color chose and need help with the deck stain . I asked the older white haired lady behind the paint desk if she could try and help me match it , she said well with every phone you get a different color which I understood. I asked her if she had a pecan deck stain color and she said I only have what’s listed even though prior a different guy told me they can look up the color through there system and check brands they may not carry , after she said the same thing three times in a row I just put my 400 bucks worth of paint and stain back and went to Home Depot, I’ve had issue after issue with lowes and I’m done won’t shop with them ever again

We purchased a Maytag dryer from this Lowe's and they came to install it. The first time I ran the dryer, it did not work. It did not heat and dry the clothes. When we contacted Lowe's, they took no responsibility and only referred us to Maytag. I think this is horrible, and Lowe's sold us a dysfunctional product. I never want to buy an appliance here again.
