Haircut was good. But I had a 10:00 appointment, I dropped him off at 9:40, and when I called at 2:00 to see if he was ready they hadn’t even started him yet. So my dog was just sitting in their crate for 4 hours for no reason. What’s the point of a 10:00 appointment if he’s just gonna sit in the crate all day? I will not be back. I left a $4 tip and that’s generous. I was mad they did that to my dog.

I am very satisfied and impressed with this place. Very warm and welcoming and you can tell they enjoy working with animals. I am watching my brother's dog while he is on deployment and She had never been groomed before in her life. I could tell when I picked her up she was not traumatized and very relaxed as you can see in my car. They did a great job at bathing her and brushing her and trimming her nails. The prices are very reasonable and you can find them when you go into the store or call them. I definitely would recommend the service and would go back with my own dogs in the future.

Horrific. Our first haircut here was good. Then we went back for only a bath. 5 hour later, walked in to my dog soaking wet in the back with box dryers on him. 30 minutes later he was getting yanked and prodded at when we asked that they trim his beard and face like we had been charged for. He was in a ton of pain as the grabbed and yanked his beard out of impatience, and my husband had to intervene and ask them to be done. We also received a lot of attitude from one of the younger girls.It was a very traumatic experience. Our doodle usually loves baths and going to the groomers. He left shaking. Long story short, I called the owner to nicely tell her that our visit didn’t meet expectation like our first visit. She yelled at me and told me that she’d refund me and I shouldn’t come back. AVOID!!!

Highly recommend! We are new to town and I had to dial for dollars looking for a groomer. I was very very happy with the grooming my elderly blind dog received. I will definitely be using them on a regular basis.

I've been bringing our boy Domino to Heavenly Hound for the last 9 years. He loves going there and gets treated very well. We starting bringing our newest member Letty there as well and she is always excited to go and get pampered with her big brother.The staff there are always nice and helpful. Can't say enough good things about Heavenly Hound.

This place is exorbitantly overpriced. Just call them and ask for their rates and you’ll see. A 4.5 pound puppy should NOT cost $44.00 flat rate for a haircut. An 8-10 pound adult dog should NOT cost $55.00 flat rate for a haircut. They should scale to weight and account for particular breeds. Save your money, invest in a good Wahl electric shear kit, learn how to cut your pets hair and use it as a bonding moment instead of paying for a service that’s this disproportionately priced to your particular need.

If your dog is afraid of the groomers or has abandonment issues, they allow the owners to come in and use their wash tubs to bathe your dog. This is SO MUCH BETTER than doing it at home and having to deal with the clean up. They let you use their own shampoo (which smells amazing!) and they even have hypo allergenic shampoo that is safe even if it gets in their eyes. Coco got spritzed off with some stuff that made her smell amazing, and even got a treat and cute scarf to go home in.The staff is friendly and prices are reasonable. I recommend giving them a shot.

Great, great, great! I can't say that enough! Love the atmosphere there! 2 cats and 2 beautiful birds there. Small family -feel groomer. Groomer with much experience! My dog was cut beautifully and he was well cared for.

Well i can had great service till today when a young girl got nasty with my aunt because we needed our dogs done by 1pm. We were the 2st appointment. My dog got him back he was shaved near bald you can tell who did the hair on berry was mad because she had to do her job. The older lady who usually cuts his hair love her that young girl needs to fired or i will get lawyer and get that place shut down.

My husband and I took our 13 year old Golden to Heavenly Hound to be groomed! We received fantastic care and treatment. Cody has trouble standing for long periods due to weakened back legs. The two gals who groomed him were patient and caring! Would definitely recommend......Cody looked gorgeous when finished! Thank you, Heavenly Hound!

I have a Newfie! He is full of energy, he gets excited very easy, he cries out when he gets excited, and he is jumpy and not easy to handle. I know he can't be an easy dog to groom, but they treat him amazing here! I walked in and he had a girl sitting there just loving on him. He's really a big teddy bear. He's just big, clumsy, and intimidating if you don't know him. I have tried a few other groomers in the area and the prices were always different and they seemed to dread him walking in the door. At heavenly hound he is happy to see them and they seem happy to see him. I pray he'll relax eventually 😅 but they have earned our business for as long as we have 4 legged friends. 😊

I love this place!!! Nancy treated me and my cat so well today. I brought in my five year old tabby cat who had needed a bath for a loooong time and was also a little sick due to some constipation. His butt had needed to be shaved by the vet because his fur was so matted down and he had a lot of other gunk in his fur like feces, urine, vomit, etc. He was understandably in pretty rough shape but they treated him so well and he now literally smells like a fresh spring meadow. I only asked for a basic bath but they went the whole nine yards and trimmed his claws, got a lot of his extra shedding fur out of the way, and even washed the towel in his cage and cleaned his cage (he peed on the way there, I live kinda far away). He had been in pretty bad shape but after I took him there it seemed his health and mood overall improved 100% and he’s now doing (and smelling) way better and eating/pooping/peeing properly. Sorry for the long explanation of my cats problems lol but this place was exactly what he needed, especially sense it was so hard for me to find someone willing to groom a cat. I highly reccommend this place for its amazing service and great cost, too. :)
