I lived in Germany for years and loved Aldi. This Aldi is pretty comparable. But every time I go the lines are extremely long to check out. Many times there is only one cashier. Today another girl finally got another register but didn't turn her light on so no one really knew what was happening. This led to other people lining up in her lane while those of us that had been waiting for a while were still left waiting. Do better.

Great selection, horrible customer service. I have shopped here for the last year or so, both through Aldi directly and Instacart. Today I placed an Instacart order, which said I could pick up until they closed. We arrived just a few minutes before close (cutting it close I will admit, but still before close) and opened the Instacart app to be told to contact the store. I attempted to call the store to avoid getting out as we had two babies in the car, but quickly realized I wasn’t going to get through in time and decided to go in instead. I approached the door at 7:59 to find it locked so I attempted the exit door where a checkout employee immediately saw me and yelled “NO, we’re closed”. I gestured and stated that I had a pickup order, and she said nope, it’s after 8 it’s cancelled. I offered to come in and load it up myself, and she again said no, after 8, the order is cancelled. I understand it was closing time but I’d been there for 5 or so minutes trying to get ahold of someone and then I’m told my order is cancelled. I’ve always loved Aldi for their quality food at a bargain price but I will not be returning to this location because of this experience tonight. I will make the 20 minute drive to the location in Franklin from now on.

This is a very nice Aldi location. It is full stocked with fresh vegetables, packaged meats, and deli type selection of sandwich and charcuterie style fixings. Plenty of parking in front. The check out line was a bit long but it moved quickly.

Aldi has a great selection of lower-priced groceries and other items.

We love doing the majority of our grocery shopping at Aldi. They have everything you need without an overwhelming number of options. Good produce, meats, dairy, baking items, taco night supplies, charcuterie board cheese, meat and crackers, and more. We love going to Aldi first for our regular grocery trips or for entertaining. Don’t forget to bring a quarter for your shopping cart. Shopping bags are not included but we purchased the reusable bags (or bring some you have) or you can purchase paper bags really cheap.

I Loooooooove THIS PLACE!!!Where do I begin???I will always say I’m only going to pick up a few items, but I still walk through the entire store. From salad fixings, my favorite seedless purple grapes, frozen fruit for smoothies, and the list goes on and on. I can find something in practicallyEVERY AISLE that I is perfect for my lifestyle. AND the prices are reasonable. I am happy to have another reasonably priced store to add to my list of places to shop. Thank you Aldi’s for your service.

I love Aldi!! Their produce is good, meats are fresh, merchandise is chosen for value to the consumer. I get good quality, staff is friendly, and they don't make me pay for their gimmicks and decor. Honest foods that help me make the most of my $, and I can be in and out quickly without walking a mile. More like a hometown grocery, not a chain store, and I love it. My $ always go further, often by 1/3 or more, and that's important, now more than ever!

Zero STARS!! There isn’t enough ppl to man the store. One check open. Ten ppl in line. I put my selections down and walked out never to return. Third time this has happened to me. My time is too valuable.

Love shopping at Aldi! Some produce is great quality and some not so much... their private label products are generally pretty good!

They had almost everything I needed. Clean and organized store. However, there was an entire pallet of frozen pastries sitting out in the aisle, some boxes were opened, with no one attending them.

I've been shopping here since they opened in October of 2015. I love Aldi. It's where I go for most of my grocery shopping. Staples for my family are always cheaper here compared to Walmart and Kroger. It's really convenient for me because I can shop pretty quickly since it's a smaller sized store. The cashiers are fast too.

I really like how organized and clean this Aldi is! Products are easy to find, and the store is very easy to navigate. I appreciate their "twice as nice" guarantee as well, which means if you have to return a product for any reason, you get a full refund AND a (free) replacement. I have needed to use this guarantee a couple of times, once because my can of cinnamon rolls exploded on the way home, and another time because I didn't realize the pizza I literally just bought had been expired for 48 hours until after I checked out. They make it worth your while if you run into issues with their products!I'm omitting a star from the rating for a few reasons. First, this store is small. Whenever it gets crowded, it's very hard to navigate and a bit frustrating because they only open 1-2 (out of 4 or 5) checkout aisles, even during busy times. I know like many other places, they are probably short on staff.Another issue that is created by the ongoing dilemma of staff shortage was the presence of expired products (as I mentioned above about the pizza), and the fact that some of the shelves are bare. I'm not sure if they ran out of product, or if they didn't have anyone stocking at that time. They don't carry everything you would expect a grocery store to have, but neither does any other store from what I've noticed, including the local Publix and Walmart! If you--like me--tend to assume Aldi is going to have the best/lowest price, beware! Make sure you compare prices to other local grocery stores because Aldi isn't always the cheapest. I noticed once they started taking credit cards as a form of payment, their prices on some items have gone up a bit. Of course, food prices in general are up, but this increase happened well before that.My last grievance is that Aldi's produce isn't always as a high quality as I'd like. To compare apples to apples (pun intended! 🍎), Aldi produce is probably the quality of the local Food Lion or Walmart; it is never as high quality as Publix. Kroger can be hit-or-miss, but generally has pretty high produce quality like Publix too. I've had produce from Aldi go bad in 1-3 days when others can last the week. I have to be picky when purchasing Aldi produce!Other than the few frustration points mentioned above, I highly recommend this Aldi. The main manager--Brandy--is always on top of it. 💯 My husband and I were low on groceries and went in one day after a heavy snow storm, and Brandy was the only one there, making sure Aldi was open to anyone who could get out in the winter weather. We were especially grateful on that particular visit because not only did Aldi have everything we needed in stock that time, but also, sometimes smaller stores tend to close during or right after inclement weather, so we had very limited options. ❄️

I have been going to aldis the past couple of months because of the price different. EVERY SINGLE WEEK, I find half the produce I try to get is moldy or already turning. I asked when they stock and they say everyday. Why are they not checking the produce and rotating them out? The past couple of weeks I haven’t been able to finish my grocery trip because of the bad food or out of stock. You can’t go in the morning because they are just now stocking and nothing is out. And the organic bananas? Green completely. Very disappointed.

We have been shopping at Aldi for several years. They way it is setup, and laid out, takes a quick second to get used to. After that they have amazing quality produce, and food, at great prices. We absolutely love it! Don't forget to bring a quarter!

The prices are cheap and there is never much of a wait. Some of the products are good quality, for others you are getting what you pay for. The employees are friendly. My low rating is primarily because it is not a one-stop shop. I always have to go to another store as well.

Really clean store, lots of selections, and I usually have a good experience. I'm rating two stars though because of an employee who is always really rude to people. Today I had to listen to her mock and tear down a customer (who had asked her a question) behind his back, referring to him as 'that straight boy.' This isn't the first time I've seen her act like this and other customers have made comments about her. I truly love Aldi. I just hate that I had to witness that today.

I like Aldi's stores. Today, there were two registers open with probably 10 people in each line. I went in for one item and stood about 20 minutes in line. If they had only 2 people in the store who can cashier, they need to hire more people! But, PLEASE DON'T GO TO SELF CHECK-OUT! I do not appreciate working free so the store does not have to provide a job for someone who needs it!
